Incredible customer service. Not knowing much about computers at all, I got interested in building my own PC for the first time this week. After visiting this store, I now know exactly what I need to do and what parts to get. They did an amazing job of answering all my questions and explaining everything I need to know to start my project. I highly recommend this store.

More of a Gqming pc store than you might think so I wouldnt be afraid to bring your high end rig in at all,. Owner is a phenomenal person thats just there to help you as much as he can. Amazing prices too. Sets the bar high for spokane. Hopefully other businesses take notice.

Dusty at this location was extremely helpful with my build. Finding me a new CPU cooler, several small adapters and connectors, pcie card, and was generally a blast to talk to and work with. This is the best place to shop whether you need some obsolete small piece of hardware or a top-tier case. Ill be back!

I am not a hardware person, that being said Rusty helped me step by step to build exactly what I wanted and made the process as simple as giving me a list of parts to get without asking anything beyond the price of three hours of build time, giving the ease of a pre-built computer with the benefits of a fully custom built one, the cable work looks very professional as well. Fantastic experience.

We were on our way to Best Buy or some other bog box store to buy a new home office. We stopped at Recycle Techs first to drop off a decades worth of electronics. We discovered that they take many things, and we discussed electronic recycling (kind of creepy). Anyway, Rusty is excellent at customer service, and we ended up buying our (almost) new computer from him. So far its an excellent machine, and we are very happy with our purchase. We ended up spending about $1k less than anticipated, got to support a small, local (excellent) business, and didnt have any pesky packaging to dispose of! While this place looks perfect for those who really know their technology, it also worked for us, who just wanted a plug and play home office. Were very happy!

I took my computer in to have an updated one day and had it the next day. The cost was more than fair. Rusty was polite and knowledgeable explained things the way I could understand them. He gave me alternatives so I could easily decide what I wanted done. I will definitely go back to them again.

Only PC shop Id go to in Spokane. Went there in 2015 to get my first gaming PC built and since then thats been my first choice for local computer stores. Amazing customer service, they know exactly what theyre doing, give PC advice & teach you a hell of a lot about parts.

I have been to both locations of Recycle Tech over ten times the last 3 years for all sorts of things. Rusty at the Nevada and Chandler at the Appleway location (among others) have helped me figure it what upgrades made sense for my computer, helped me build it, and have always been more then fair on prices. On MULTIPLE occasions they helped me troubleshoot issues free of charge assuring me they just want to make sure I knew I was a valued customer. I highly doubt that there is a better place to take your business too, no matter what computer issue it’s about. Best service you can get.

This place is amazing! I highly recommend going here for your computer needs. They offer quick, amazing and honest service. And their prices are reasonable as well!My laptop wouldnt load past the start up screen and Rusty was able to quickly figure out the issue, the hard drive. He replaced it and my computer is as good as New! And even faster than it was before!

First of all, I always come to the recycle techs when I have a problem I cant figure out with my PC. Second, I recently had an issue with my power supply and Rusty really took his time to hear me out and make sure to the best of his ability that my problem was resolved. Clean, fast, what more can you ask

This bought a good majority of the parts for my first PC build here. They dont have a ton of selection of newer stuff, but they have a healthy amount of vintage and collector stuff. The staff is friendly and knows where to find info on specs and compatibility, so theyll take care of you. Word to the wise, you should know the basics of computers before coming here, otherwise you might be lost.

Fantastic service! I will definitely shop at this store in the future. The gentleman at the counter was super knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. Not to mention he was able to multitask and help several customers all at once. I was blown away by the fast, friendly, and fabulous customer service.

Needed a power cord for my laptop he took one glance at the pic I had and was able to offer me a name brand replacement for an affordable price. Was in and out in no time flat and I dont have to shop online or pay 40 for one from Walmart. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and knew what he had in stock right off hand. Very impressive and if I need any repairs on my laptop I will be using their services again : )

Really good used desktop and laptops. A bit pricey, but they are performing a needed service.They have two convenient locations and lots of helpful staff. I bought a used laptop and it worked great.

I came in looking for a very specific cable, and they said it must have sold out and to go to the valley location to check there. But as I was pulling out of the lot, the guy I was talking to ran out and waved me down exclaiming he found the cable I was looking for. He apologized and didnt even charge me for the cable. This is a great place for dropping off old tech that I no longer need. They also have been very helpful with finding that one weird part you need on a Saturday evening to get the computer back up and working.

Great place to go shopping. Little business, not huge enterprise. They will diagnose your computer, they will fix it, and its free for the first 15 minutes of checking it out. They are willing to help anyone and everyone. Though they are having issues and I cant call them. They are a computer repair, recycle, and part or whole computer store. So they should fix it

Had a power up problem with my laptop. Took it to Staples. Tech said 3 weeks to repair, $370. I didnt have time. Went in and saw Hugh. 20 minutes to take apart, clean and reboot, had to haggle him up to feel like I wasnt cheating him! Top notch service.

Both the employees working at the time were eager to help and quickly found the solution to my problem. I had spilled coffee on my laptop and Hugh helped my figure out that the ram port and sticks were fried as well as my battery. The entire visit was about a half hour, and Hugh helped me find a quick and relatively cheap solution to my problem. Excellent service, I will be returning if i have any future computer problems.Update: returned here to have a newer laptop serviced, Rusty was super kind, helpful and worked with me on my schedule! He got my laptop fixed within a week and informed me on what the problem was and how he had fixed it. Super happy with my service and that my machine runs even better now! Good place to pick up computer equipment

Great Service from Ken! Cheaply rescued me from a non-working keyboard on my laptop. Only wait was on the keyboards arrival. He switched it out right in front of me. So affordable for a very small budget. Ken bases his price on parts and labor...$40 an hour when he can fix a number of things in an hour for that price. Nice guy. Obviously doing well since its going to be 8-10 days before he can get me in because I need help with my screen that is acting like poltergeist between times it chooses to work...hes worth the wait!!

The first time I bought a desktop from them, and the monitor did not work. They were willing to give me an exchange and if that was the only thing, Id rate them well.I later bought an external hard-drive to backup my laptop. For some reason, the laptop got wiped clean after doing so and now I can no longer download anything. When I called them, politely asking about what I could do, the man was very short with me and rude. Buy at your own risk.

Perfect used computer store. Ive come to Recycle Techs for a couple of years now to purchase or just ask a question. The staff are very knowledgeable and items are priced reasonable and work as expected.

Great customer service, good selection of parts, peripherals, and pre-built desktops, fair selection of laptops, all at reasonable prices.I think this is just about the only place in the Spokane area that actually has computer parts, instead of just service, which is good, for people who, say, build their own computers, or have a small fleet of laptops from all across the spectrum that need some stupid odd part every once in a while.

I was referred to this place by some other big corporation computer tech place. They do free 15-min consultations on your computer (which is very much appreciated because frankly, who wants to pay to find out that their computer is done for, if that ends up being the case?). Anyways, the guy was good; very efficient and knowledgeable. He quickly found my problem and offered a nice, affordable fix for me. He was very friendly, trustworthy, and personable, and I will definitely be returning there for any future problems with my technology (I recommend you do, too). P.S The guy that works there has a bit of a.... Johnny Depp... persona; so thats always fun (for the Depp lovers). ;)

Highly Recommended!I needed to purchase a Windows XP PC for my son so he could play his favorite games and go online when his old PC croaked. I didnt want to buy a new computer with a new OS that would not recognize his older programs.I got a great used PC here for an extremely reasonable price. It worked flawlesly, and I was able to transfer his hard drives and video card to it with no problem.I have also been able to recycle my old machines and RAM here!
