Just received my Beltone hearing aids from Scott. He was very explanatory and made sure I was comfortable with operation and maintenance before I left. My recent follow-up was also great as I had several questions which Scott clearly answered. I cant say enough as to how good Scott is at patient care.
Had an appointment booked for me and my husband today (spoke to a man at Huston Hearing yesterday who confirmed our appointment for 2.30pm today). Showed up and the building was locked and no one answered the door. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and left 2 voicesmails at 2 separate numbers. No response as of yet. Very disappointing as wed gone out of our to get to this appointment.
When I first arrived I noticed the waiting room was neat, quite, and very comfortable. The staff greeted me and were very pleasant. I love how they explained the results of the hearing test, and made some recommendations that would help my hearing. I will definitely be coming back to get my yearly hearing test at Huston!

Steve Williams really knows his stuff. I have been to him to get a fix to my hearing problem for about 5 years and will continue visiting him as technology keeps getting better.

I had a pair of hearing aids that worked fairly well, and Huston adjusted them so they worked essentially as ear plugs. I went for several weeks without using them, and eventually called to see if the hearing aids could be restored to their former program. I was told that because I had waited too long, it would cost me another $48.00 to have them adjusted.After I had declined to pay to have them fix their mistake, they still called me occasionally to try to get me to come in and spend more money. I finally told the receptionist that I didnt like the way they operated and that I was taking my business elsewhere. So far, they havent bothered me any more.
