After years of hearing decline I finally had a complete hearing evaluation at Columbia. Peggy was so helpful and I was fitted with a quality set of aids. The results were great and my quality of life has improved dramatically. Five Star service and product.

Shannon the receptionist and scheduler advocate is very rude and disrespectful. She needs to be fired.
