Weve been expecting a ground package that was delayed several times. I was in the dining room eating as I watched the driver pull up to my curb, sit in the drivers seat for a minute, do a U-turn and drive away without coming to our porch. The tracking info said he made an attempt to deliver, but he never got out of his vehicle. I guess he wanted to get off early on a Friday!

I was told that my iPad would be in 727 of 2021. I waited all day, we have an electric gate, so we kept it open all day. I kept getting notes that he was coming all day, gate was left open till 10 o’clock at night no one ever showed. We had appointments today and the gate was locked when we got back I had a little note that They tried to deliver today. I called FedEx customer service no one could help me. My birthday is tomorrow I will not be home. If I sign that little piece of paper and leave it on our gate that means my iPad will be in the sun all day. Your problem.
These drivers dont knock. Im so annoyed. This is the 5th time it happens. I was in my living room, took the day off work for this, and still, left a tag and not a single knock. I hate Fedex

Their delivery driver refused to knock on my door then when confronted and told they were caught on camera not knocking on my door they continued to lie and say they knocked with attitude
The clerk could not find my package after they called me 6 times in 1 day I told whomever I would be there next morning as soon as they opened. She blamed someone else and than a nice lady in the back finally found and was the rude one signature on it. Lol...

Left a door tag with NO INFORMATION ON IT. I tried to enter the doortag on the website and it wasnt in the system. I tried to use automatic customer service which didnt work. Now Im calling in and they said that the package was delivered at a drop box??? Then why in the heck would you leave a doortag for something you already dropped off???? This is a confusing waste of time, FedEx needs to keep up with UPS and USPS
They were was suppose to hold my $2,000.00 package there at the 515 N Havana St Spokane WA. FEDEX instead it was put on someone elses delivery cart and delivered and signed for by them, instead of the right person ME . The person that I talked to at that FEDEX location said they will try to get the package back I will wait and see if that happens.

Sending a customer out of their way to another location because you cannot or will not print out a fed ex label at this location is poor customer service.

This fedex shipping depot is the worst one Ive experienced yet. Yesterday, I waited all day for my expected package, and watched as the driver drove by without even ATTEMPTING to deliver. So I called customer service, and they agreed to have the driver call me before delivery. No phone call attempted! When my package finally arrives, Im taking down this drivers name and reporting them, because I put in every effort to be available for delivery, only to have the driver decide it was TOO MUCH EFFORT. Lazy drivers! Awful service!

This FedEx office went over and above and provided a really high level of customer service for me when I really needed it. They delivered a computer to a local Spokane college for my son, but the mail room there, through some snaffu in their processes, rejected it. It went back to the FedEx facility on N Havana, and was on its way to be shipped back to the sender. The man at this office held onto the package for me until things got sorted out at the college, and then had it re-delivered. He was friendly and willing to listen to my situation--I felt a bit helpless, living in another state, and I feel like he genuinely cared and did me a solid. I believe he provided superior service that is rare to find.
Got kicked out and told I had to wait outside until the end of the line to be serviced because my medical condition prohibits me from wearing a mask, the clerk was very rude, impolite and it was clear he had something up his you know what, employees like this should not be aloud to work with the public and should be relocated to new positions, Especially if they are scared of human contact, employees like this create second class citizens its not my fault I cant wear a mask.
Received my package today and I am really unhappy with what they did. I live in an apartment and there are a couple steps down to my first floor apartment and who ever delivered my package threw it down the stairs hitting the ground. What I got is fragile and its a Christmas gift which I cant open until Dec.25 and I have no idea if its broken since I cant open it and its not for me. Who can I get ahold of to complain about this? Absolutely not ok to do that. My next door neighbors package was also thrown, not hard to hear that. Also, a signature was required and they signed it for me without my permission.
Im posting to thank the staff for going above and beyond the call of duty today to get me my package in time to catch my flight, when it was on a truck after a missed delivery. So grateful for your kind intervention that saved me from having to change my flight and stay an extra day!
Dealt with them over the phone.They are leaving my packages in the Lobby of my bldg.not good.
I have called and filed 3 complaints against my driver for throwing my packages in my yard when I have a sign on the gate that says, “please walk down driveway and deliver on porch. Do not throw in yard!” So apparently he can’t read or is too lazy to walk down my driveway. Each time I call they say they are escalating the situation yet my packages are continuing to be thrown in my yard. I told the people I have them on video and I have pictures they apparently don’t care about their customers packages.

The FedEx truck on the South Hill spews smoke all over the place like it’s in horrible disrepair! Could you guys maybe fix your vehicles so you don’t smoke the entire neighborhood out?

Easy drop off for fed ex package
Trying to get ur package information and get customer service is the worsr spend hours on hold just to get hung up on then another 40min trying to talk to someone who ends up so rude and unwilling to help that its better to just hang up then continue in frusteration. And 2 days later i still dont know where my package is or when it will be delivered on something i ordered about a month ago. And this is after a package i had that gave me 3 diffrent delivered emails. I wont use fedex to ship anything and if i can avoid buying from sites that ship with them i will!
Repeatedly had packages scheduled for delivery on the truck at 6:00am and still don’t receive the packages that day. Just unreliable when you need a package on the day it’s scheduled. Because you can’t go pick it up at the location before close due to the truck not being back.
Excellent service by the people there at FedEx, they helped carry the package out to the car. It was an overall really good experience because I have had really crappy experience with FedEx deliveries in the past. FedEx was able to hold my package until I was able to stop by and pick it up which was great because we all know how often are packages get stolen nowadays if theyre delivered it to the house.

I needed a package delivered by a certain day. I live in a secure building that cannot be entered unless you have a key. Fortunately on the call box, if you dial our apartment numbers it will ring through to my cell phone and I can open the door using my cell phone. This means I do not have to be anywhere even near my apartment in order to open the front door for someone to securely leave a package inside.FedEx doesnt even TRY to use the call box. Which makes no sense, because I could literally let you in if you just dial a number. Instead, they left a note saying they could not deliver the package because I was not home, and to please sign the note if I would like them to leave the package next time.Well, I SIGNED the note, left it in plain view by the front door, AND THEY STILL DID NOT LEAVE MY PACKAGE A SECOND TIME. All I got was ANOTHER NOTE SAYING THEY HAD MISSED ME.To top it off, the FedEx location that my package is supposedly at does not have its own listed phone number??? Meaning I have to call the 1-800 FedEx number and speak to someone I cannot understand to STILL not find out what exactly is happening with my package.So now I have to drive 30 minutes in the snow to pick up a package that could have been left TWICE by now at my apartment.Well done, FedEx. Thanks for nothing.

My overnight package was 3 days late, and when I called they said they would only be able to deliver it in another 4 days. I couldnt wait any longer, so I had to go pick it up myself. This is not directed toward this 515 N. Havana facility. Im really angry with the FedEx driver!!! The driver didnt even leave a door tag when he supposedly came by to deliver my package. I think he saw that it was a certain apartment building which he knows has a secure entrance and drove on by and will lie that it blew off the door or something. Well guess what? I was on the phone with FedEx when he supposedly left a door tag and I was at the entrance in 30 seconds and there was nothing there. I even looked outside all over the outside of the door and grounds. Im sure it was more important for him or her to enjoy the long weekend. I am requesting the shipper never use FedEx as their carrier for my packages again the next time I purchase from their store. I would rather leave no star, by the way. Very disappointed.
FedEx truck came down my driveway, apparently couldn’t locate the package in the truck, and then left. This is one week after it was shipped to me. What’s going on?
Not great, they only had one person staffed so he could not take the time required to find my package because it would keep him away from the counter for too long.If the had 2 people staffed, then I would have my package and be happy, but that is not how it is.

If I could give a zero or even a half of a star, I would. I asked that they held my package, since I was going to be in town for work since I live in the country. They ended up delivering it to my house and ignoring the fact that I put in and confirmed a request to hold the package at the facility.
FedEx delivered a package to our business, we get packages everyday and they just set them on the counter and we sign. But today FedEx sets the package on the counter, I sign. After a few minutes I looked to see whose department it would go to and saw that it was to another address with the same digits. I called FedEx and was informed that because the package was signed for they cannot come back to pick it up. Totally bad customer service. So I will be delivering that package myself.EDIT: After my rant they did send the FedEx delivery guy back and deliver it to the proper address. Thank you!
Never get signature confirmation from this Fedex area. They will NOT knock/ring your door bell to get your signature and your options are extremely limited for how to get your package. Absolutely lazy and inconsiderate service to NOT ring your door bell.

I live in a small apartment. I can even hear people knocking on my neighbors door in my apartment all the time but somehow don’t hear the knock with my package I waiting all afternoon for???! This is the second time missing my package from not hearing a knock. I’ll just go get my package myself and def let the company know about this. Maybe they won’t care but I def will be weary about anyone who ships fedex and know next time to just ask for it to be delivered to a store which is inconvenient considering the closest one is about 20 mins away

This review is for FedEx as a company and not necessarily for the in-store staff (who were respectful despite my growling).FedEx and UPS both cannot deliver to my address because it is within a secured entrance. However, UPS will still knock loudly on the outer door to see if someone answers(which I have answered for my neighbors before). FedEx does not knock on the door. I was home and available to take the package each time delivery was attempted, so it is frustrating that they failed to make anyone aware of their presence.They attempted to deliver my packages multiple times, despite the fact that it made no sense to revisit the same location three times with the same end result. A real person emailing me to understand the situation instead of going through the motions of attempting delivery (wasting their fuel and time) would have been preferable.I was informed that I can call a number to have a package held at the ship center, or ask the mailer to ship the package to the ship centers address. This does not help because I do not use the building entrance FedEx leaves tags at, and dont expect packages from them. I wouldnt know they came at all unless I happen to check my email notifications in time.This is not the first package that has been returned to sender from FedEx. I have lost many hundreds of dollars (merchandise and checks) via FedEx failing to deliver.It might seem petty to get upset over mail, but the real problem to me is the companys lack of flexibility to delivery exceptions and lack of human customer service.Shout out to my landlord for making it impossible for FedEx to deliver here as well, haha..!(Again: The front desk ladies at the 515 N Havana location were rather nice, though. The driver for my route continually leaves my packages with other business owners in my complex. He doesnt even make an effort to bring my packages to me. I have lost valuable time searching for my packages and calling FedEx to resolve this issue. One star is too many!

My package was sent to the wrong address, I call there shipping center to try and correct the address but they told me they could change it and the shipper needed to. After calling the shipper I was told they cant ship today even tho they close in 4+ hours and say on the tracker it would be delivered by 8pm, 8pm was 6 hours after I called and changed the address. Horrible service and will not use FedEx again.

It is ILLEGAL to intentionally leave a package at the wrong address.when you can clearly see the office hours are from 9-4 and you leave a door tag stating that you will attempt to re deliver the package, but say at the very top LEFT AT BEACON CLEANERS, and that businesss office hours are from 9-3, like what were you thinking! I have been a life long FEDEX customer, but I will be consulting my clients to switch to UPS.
Their Customer service is useless. Im so disappointed with them. They have never actually helped. They are good at telling you what they are going to do regardless of the situation. They are unyielding and do not work well with others.Fortunately there is always UPS.

I ordered two day shipping and on the third day the left my package at the center. I showed up asking if I could have my package because on the day they were going to deliver it I was going to be at work and couldnt pick it up for 4 days. They said no without even looking up my info. I asked if I could change addresses so I could pick it up from my mother in laws after I got off work. They said no. They literally wouldnt work with me in anyway shape or form. Ive done all of those things at other fedex offices no problem. But not here. Worst fedex facility ever. Always order Fedex home or ground because Fedex Express in Spokane is the worst.

Tried to schedule a pickup for Saturday on the day that it shipped with Customer Service to hold the package instead of putting into the container where the other packages for the following Tuesday (It is Memorial Day weekend) were going to ship. I was told that if I had Fedex2Day shipping that it was possible to get Saturday pickup at my local Fedex station. Instead they placed the package in a container for Tuesday and decline to look through it to find mine so I can pick my package up on Saturday instead of waiting three more days for Tuesday even though I paid for Fedex2Day shipping. They wont even try and help me with this. Horrible Customer Service from this local station.
Ya know, I find it to be nothing less of fate by me coming here to review this place today. Ive been coming to this Fedex for several months now, and refuse to deal with any other staff at any other store. These are the guys. I consider myself a regular, and an educated one that understands shipping requirements. Unbeknownst to the most current one star review, I was the other person in the lobby listening to your interactions with the longhaired guy behind the counter, and its for this reason I came to review this Fedex based solemnly on your interactions with him. Lets get my problems with your story out of the way first. That guy treated you with nothing but understanding and respect from the moment you walked in. He tried to find your account number, of which you did not know, and attempted to look your information up, but you didnt even know who the account was through, what address it was assigned to, you literally said I dont know something in Lynnwood. Are you kidding me guy? You then threw a fit and called someone for the number, which still brought no help and you took it out on him. He presented you with alternatives, prices, and the whole 9 yards to appease you and make your transaction work and out of your clear Ive had a bad day, Im going to take it out on you mentality you proceeded to take it out on him? And post a nasty review? All stemming from you being unprepared with your own materials and information, with literally no way or basis to be helped. He literally did everything he could possibly do to help you. You even apologized for being upset, and that you didnt mean to take it out on him, that it wasnt his fault. SO YOU DO THIS?Onto the good.I came here to applaud the long-haired guy behind the counter. He kept calm, he was polite, and did everything he could to service this angry impossible customer even with alternative ship methods. I wouldve had no patience for any of it and wouldve asked the man to leave, but thats why Im not in a customer service job! haha!If you want the most professional, knowledgeable Fedex staff in Spokane, you want to go here. Ive had nothing but fantastic experiences here, and know my coworkers feel the same way. Its obvious the longhaired guy DOES care about his hair as much as he does about his customers.
