We rented a 15 moving van from U-Haul three times (once from this location) in the last month, and each time, we were treated fairly and with good-natured trust. Prices are fair, in my opinion. I cant speak to any of their other services.
Major props to Thomas. My grandmother is disabled and could not travel to close out her storage unit. Thomas helped me do it for her so she was able to stay home. Our unit wasnt even at his facility but i couldnt get a hold of the manager at the other location. It seems like nothing ever goes smoothly but this couldnt have gone better. Thomas made it seamless.
This place does nothing but collect money for NO work. Theyre the most expensive storage in Spokane. They raise the price EVERY YEAR ! Even in the middle of this pandemic ! Im on SSI, and cant afford their constant price increases. If youre looking for storage, forget this place, If you possibly can. Their motto is make them pay more. I have to look for a more reasonable price.
Very good location, the staff was awesome and made everything super easy. The only thing that happened was the check engine light came on and the truck I rented started not wanting to shift gears properly, but that all happened after I already picked it up and started driving. Great location tho!
Had trailer hitch installed… they did a great job…However there phone answering service was absolutely terrible….15 minutes on hold four different times same afternoon….when they did answer they were no help at all…hung up twice on me….couldn’t get any information on my car…probably go else where next time…
I returned my uhaul full on gas even tho it wasn’t full on gas when I got it and they never are from this location. I then got charged extra money on top of my hold and that is outrageous especially considering I returned the equipment in better condition than when they gave it to me. I am never renting from this Uhaul again.

Worst experience ever. The employees with super rude, took my money out of my account and havent put it back. Over $80, and whenever I try to call it is impossible to speak to a human. I will never go there again.
I was less than a mile from the business when the steering went out on the 15 foot truck I was driving. It jumped the curb and almost tipped over. I called them for an hour in 100 degree weather sitting on the side of the road. Finally, a friend came and took me back to the business, walked in to 4 emoyees just sitting around. They refused to refund my money and they did not have another truck. Horribly rude staff, never will I rent from them.
I wasn’t happy with my experience. The computers were down so check-in took longer than expected. There was a storm and while I was getting on the freeway, the driver side windshield wiper flipped out of the arm. I wasn’t able to see or pull over and felt lucky to make it to the next off ramp. Then for after hours checkout, the website wasn’t working. I texted the owner because his number was on the door and he told me to call the main number. I did but it was a 20 minute hold. I dropped off the key and left because I had someone waiting to drive me home. The next day I tried calling in to explain the issue but I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone and it kept taking me to an automated menu after so many rings.
6/30/2021 Trea fixed my online reservation. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and made sure I was a happy customer.Keep him around, give him a raise.

Thomas went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. When his hitch supplier last minute informed him that the hitch for my VW Tiguan was on back order, Thomas took time to contact all the Uhauls in the state to try and find one; when there wasnt a hitch to be found he broadened his search and had one overnighted from a few states over. What could of messed up an entire cross country move, Thomas made easy work of and didnt quit until he had a solution in place.
Received a call 16 hours before my rental to tell me they didnt have the truck I reserved. Instead they switched me to a van. If I wanted a van I would have reserved a van... Asked me to call them if the van wouldnt work. I did get switched to the next day but this has been an issue in the past. U Haul doesnt use a very intuitive system for organizing and scheduling their rentals and this can be very frustrating for customers.
Went in to buy a box. 20 minutes later, I completed my purchase. Not busy at all. Employees were constantly engaged in personal conversations with each other. They made me feel like I was interrupting THEM. One employee was unmasked, another masked at the chin as they moved freely around the space. Won’t be back.
We rented 2 trucks 2 trailers. On the way home a truck broke down we sat in 82 degree weather for 5 hrs waiting for dispatch to send a tow truck. They were 3 hours out it was 8pm we had a 3 hour drive home. We had to secure the Jeep on the trailer and the U-Haul truck to get home we were tired and heat exhausted.Thee dispatch never said sorry and the manager won’t refund anything. Even charged us an extra day rental on the broken truck and trailer.Update: now the manager is playing head games. He reverses charges, the. Later re charges me, has done this 2x.
Horrible experience.. I repeat do not waste your time with this company and this dealer. Get a quote from Uhaul and call Penske. Uhaul does nothing but make your life more stressful during a stressful time. They are no help and have an obvious distain for their customers.
This location is kind of smallish for a company owned store. But I was able to get in and out of there fairly quickly. I rented a u-haul auto trailer for a quick round trip. The auto trailers are easy to use and when loaded properly they handle very well. I hardly knew it was there while towing it.

The store associate that took down my information and hooked up the 6 by 12 trailer with ramp to my truck was less concerned with being at work and more focused on being able to clock out for the day. I didnt catch on at first though I did overhear him talking to another store associate asking if he could go home soon as he finished with me. And upon leaving I was heading down magnesium off of division towards home, the trailer completely detached from the ball hitch and bellied down across the pavement, luckily I had an uneasy feeling and was able to safely stop without causing an accident and or damaging my vehicle. And visually it didnt appear to cause any damage to the trailer either. I dont want to believe that this would be a common occurrence because that is an extremely unsettling thought. Im not reporting this to get anyone fired. But I do think properly connecting a trailer to someones vehicle must be taken more seriously when by doing so incorrectly, you are putting lives in danger. Fortunately Im okay but the next person may not get so lucky. And I thank you for your services otherwise. Sometimes I just dont know what I would do without uhaul.

Rented truck at 11am returned it 12 hours later at 11pm got charged for 2 retal periods even after a self check in that takes 30 minues and 6 pictures a bunch dumb questions ... Wow $ 136 bucks drove it 6 miles had it 12 hoursSign states 39.99 a day + mileage ....... What a rip off cuz they close before i returned it im charged for 2 days
Returned the trailer before the company was open this morning. 6:30ish called to make sure it was checked back in and off my card. 12:28and still hasn’t been checked in! Bad business!
Very professional very clean vehicles in great condition
I had an appointment to have a hitch installed. They knew my exact make and model before I came. They went over my charges twice. Then suddenly, after the hitch was installed, the ball mount cost $35 MORE than on the paper I had signed. I was stuck because the bulk of the work had already been done and it felt like they were taking advantage of me. Another customer in the store overheard and told me that they’d done the same thing to him a year beforehand. They offered me a 10% discount on the ball mount but that did little to get me close to the original price.Also, we are in the middle of a global pandemic yet neither employee was wearing a mask. I would have appreciated them wearing masks as a gesture to protect the health of their customers.Quality of work seems adequate but we’ve yet to tow anything or mount of bike rack.
Location has tremendous access issuesStaff was confused on the process i prechecked in to save time which did not help.To get a simple trailer for day use took over 30 minutes and my reservation was not completed as ordered because the location did not have everything I requested.During the return process no staff would assist us so i had to go find someone to check us in while the 4 service guys stood there looking at us with no acknowledgement, poor customer serviceIn all this location needs customer service training, workflow training and merchandising training for starters.
Over charge for gas not talking the price talking about the amount would not go here again

Picked up a rental for a job we had for work. Mr Alvarez was very professional and friendly. I would assume he has been doing this for awhile because he was very quick with their P.O.S and knew how to quickly correct some misspelled information with my reservation. The pre-authorization on your cc card can be pretty complicated and I felt he did a great job explaining what to expect with running the card. (I was familiar with what to expect but he was great at explaining it)Drop off was just as good as pickup. I pulled up (with full tank of gas) and without feeling rushed gathered my things and loaded up my own vehicle. Since I needed a paper copy of my invoice Mr Tre Jordan was very friendly and offered to go grab one for my records. Again he let me go at my own speed and kindly asked to let him know when I was done. Great job team U-Haul.

Let me start by saying that I’ve rented from this store before and my feelings about it are the same. This store is unorganized, no one knows what the others are doing. On this particular visit there were employees lounging in th store while I stood and waited for them to finish.. I was the only customer in the store and I had to stand and wait for them to finish conversations that had nothing to do with Uhaul. Unprofessional. Then the young lady who helped me was by far the most inexperienced person there. I would 10/10 never recommend this store

We rented a unit and after loading a truck full of stuff were unable to access the unit. I tried calling and was told the call center could not help me. I went to the storefront a few miles up division from the units and there was a line of people out the door. I waited 15 mins and left. What a joke. They take your money no problem but I lost a full day of moving because I could not access the unit
I ran to the truck squeaky breaks truck but had barely any get-up-and-go Charge me a cleaning fee just to remove a piece of paper out of the back end of the truck This place Stephanie does not have very good customer service skills and they are just a bunch of scam artists And all my years of renting U hauls from them I dont think Ill ever be using this location ever again the manager is Its very very rude Thomas

This U-haul is one of two i use they go the extra mile even when dealing with difficult customers. The manager Robert does all he can to make the experience worth going through i would like to say thank you guys down there for all your hard work. I recommend you use this location if your near them

The truck given to me had a check engine light on and was horribly loud. My ears are still ringing two days after driving the truck. I called both the location and roadside assistance about the issue and they both assured me this was normal and part of the tow/haul feature. However, when I checked it in at Kalispell the owner of the U-haul there remarked how loud that truck was and said there is something wrong with the muffler/engine. It is very frustrating that I was told this truck was fine at check-in instead of being given the option of a different truck.
Today we came in to rent a trailer for our move to Phoenix. Will was the associate helping us and he did everything he could to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Not only did he help us switch to a bigger trailer, but he also helped us switch the ball on our hitch and was literally running back and forth to speed up the process. He had an excellent attitude and was the most helpful uHaul associate we’ve ever encountered. Overall, we had excellent customer service today, thanks Will!
Rented an auto trailer from these guys and pickup and drop off went extremely smooth. Prices were fair and customer service was excellent. Going to use you guys multiple times in the near future.
Give Eric Alvarez a management position or atleast a raise in pay. I do not know the ladys name who 1st helped me but she was also a rockstar. 1st truck i had to tow the dolly, had lighting problems. 2nd truck worked after I purchased an adapter for the lights that they sold in-store. Once i was on the road the dolly did just what it was supposed to. Very easy to use as well. And returning was a breeze too! All in all I am way more pleased than I expected to be. The crew at the Division store by Dutch Bros are all AMAZING. Thank You!
They are very expensive and have TONS of hidden fees. $100 for 3 hours. And I did everything right! I will be using any other service in the future.
Literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The girl at the front was extremely rude to the man before me, me and the man behind me. The manager sat at a table in the corner and only “helped” enough to say “yes” to a question the employee said. I sign my 24 hr contract at 10:55 am and get my truck. Supposed to have a full tank, it’s under 3/8. Fix the contract with a side of attitude. Leave. Start loading my stuff and the floor of the truck has been freshly painted. My stuff is getting paint on it. My shoes are sucking so bad I step out of them. Over 8 hours later I get a call saying “we gave you the wrong truck.” I tell the guy who calls me what happened and sorry, I’m at work there is nothing I can do” he emails a new contract. At 9ish the next morning I get another call from a different employee stating I was supposed to return the truck last night at 7pm. I respond “my contract says 11am today” and hang up. I get a new email contract. Get to return the truck. It’s the same rude girl and she is extremely busy and the manager is “to busy” to help her. Another employee walks in at 11:03. Rude girl say “hurry up you’re late and I need help.” I start my return with the guy that walked in. I’m giving him the run through of my issues and this poor guy starts apologizing saying these problems happen all time. He goes to get the manager due to all the problems I’ve had. Comes back and tells me the manager is “to busy to deal with me and he will call me later” I never got a call from the manager. Over 24 hours after the return and still haven’t gotten my final receipt emailed.
Super slow. Had them fix wiring on our truck and told them to just fix it. Whatever it needed. We need this for our business ASAP. Gave them 3 whole days. After 4 they still were not done. They said it needed a brake controller (takes 10-15 min to install) and wanted to schedule it in again. I told them that I told them to just fix it no matter what it needed. Now its 5 days at 3:30 and still no call. Poor customer service, they need about 5 more people working on shift, need to learn to communicate with the customer and need to learn to do what the customer asks the first time.Never using them again for anything!!

The service at this U-haul was great, everything was done quick, carefully, and with good service. Was in and out to pick up a truck reservation in about 5 minutes. The people who answer the phone are also very nice, not like some grumpy customer service I have experienced. The owner didnt even sound annoyed when i called about how to release the parking brake, I was blind I guess when I couldnt see the release a couple inches above the break. Live on the South Hill, but I didnt mind driving up north to this U-haul.
For one, they didnt have the uhual I reserved. When I went to pick it up, all they said was already reserved. Had to do a couple extra trips in total of putting 5 miles. My move was down the street from where I moved.So I get my charge for what I used, plus the insurance. Thats fine, but the fact that I get charge $31 For apparently 25 miles, and on my receipt that charge was for another truck!? They couldnt be on top of their reservations, not even on their customer service. Went into one of their location asking for supervisor, guy hesitated to get one. Finally someone close to it came. None which had name badges.Wouldnt recommend this place unless you like crappy service, and wrongfully charge. They want you to take photos of everything when its their job to have it down on paper.

I ordered a larger truck but was down graded due to availability. Customer service was great on the front end... Sarah was friendly & helpful during the Saturday am chaos. I returned the truck after hours... Credit Card on file... end of rental!Nope... The frustrating part was... 5 days later I received an email threatening to send me to collection if I do not pay the balance on my rental.If payment is not made, your account may be sent to a collection agency or attorney who will secure paymentNo call.... Just a sh*tty email. Great Customer service on the back end!
I showed up and the manager seemed a bit flustered as the hitch installation was extremely behind so I now had a 3 hour wait until they could get me in on a very busy day before a move. The young lady, Hope, at the desk was super helpful in helping with getting it re-scheduled and then even problem solved for me and was able to get my car in immediately and hitch attached in half the time!!! So grateful for that!!! Going back to pick trailer up there in a few days.
The manager at this location is awful. I made sure I could come back to pick up the truck after hours and I was assured this would not be a problem as long as I had the truck back before they open the following morning. I come back to get it, and its blocked in. I was on a very tight schedule and this caused me a huge problem by not being able to clear out my rental on time. I call customer service they tell me there are unable to get a hold of the manager and that I needed to come back when they open the next morning. When I show up I am greeted by a worker that said sorry but the boss is late this morning and Im not authorized to do anything with the trucks. He ends up coming in nearly 40 min late without apologizing or attempting in anyway what so ever to make things right, but simply says it was my fault coming back after hours to get it.
Rented trailer on day one and reserved a car trailer for day 2. Get a call at 8 am that the manager failed to have the trailer I reserved ready for pick up.
I will not rent from here again. The pickup location was changed from my reservation without my knowledge and I only found out because I called to push back the pickup time that day. The trailer I rented had not been cleaned out from the previous rental so there were boxes blankets etc still inside and it had a foul odor to the point I have to wash everything I packed inside. The gentleman who was working was busy and doing his best but the place was clearly understaffed for the amount of customers. I’d look into other options before renting from Uhaul again.

Trevon helped me out big time. I couldnt find a wiring harness with the right connectors so he took the time to take one of the wiring harnesses off of the shelf and splice all the wires onto my old connector. It would have taken me forever to figure it out myself.
I was here ti pick a friend up after they dropped off the truck. Groin what I saw the staff was friendly and very efficent at their jobs.
Jakob is super helpful and positive location was professional and had clean restrooms they even helped with trying my rig ready to pull a trailer installing a new plug for trailer lights thank you jakob
Seen an employee threaten to assault a customer. This place is the most unprofessional I have ever seen. I am shocked at what I just witnessed.

This place was full of problems. We reserved our U-Haul ahead of time showed up to pick it up the person was not back yet came back an hour later still not there decided to try the other U-Haul place showed up for some weird reason after giving the U-Haul problems having us run all over the place they decided to block my account so I had to have somebody else or rent it for me never use U-Haul again or recommend them to anybody

Called to have hitch put on vehicle before Memorial Day set time for 5:30pm showed up 10 minutes early to be told, uh um well we have you down for 4:30 and our national line must have screwed up. Well we called the local number oh well if we dont answer it goes to a national line nice so you cant help us? If you leave your SUV over the weekend we can have it done Tuesday after noon. You do realize the only reason Im having a hitch installed is for the weekend not Tuesday of next week? Uh um oh sorry about that, uhaul has now failed me 2 out of 3 times and in a extremely unhelpful manner. Call somebody in have a manager do it, your company made the mistake not me.Do not use uhaul in Spokane.
