Postal Annex did a good job for me today.

These guys are awesome! Dan worked with me to get an international package shipped to Costa Rica. He was very thorough, making sure everything was perfect to guarantee the package would get to its destination. I also witnessed multiple customer interactions with the other employees while I was waiting. It is clear that this business truly cares about customer service! I will use them for all my shipping needs in the future. Thank you Dan & PostalAnnex!

This is the place to go in Spokane if you need fingerprint cards. Reasonably priced and competent. Rob helped me out by making sure they were all super legible and not smeared. Thanks so much!

I needed to have levy flyers printed for my district. I worked with Ella and she was SO helpful and patient! She had a great sense of humor throughout the project and it was completed quickly and accurately! I would highly recommend using their service.

Person I spoke with was very nice and professional but they wanted $30 to put a laptop in a box??? Extremely overpriced. The next place i went did the same exact thing for $10 and insured it.

Cannot say enough good things about these folks. I had a fairly complex overseas shipping situation and they walked me through all the steps needed to dot is and cross ts. Also, an in house notary for last minute paperwork. It was well worth the drive to Spokane to get it right.

We needed documents notarized ASAP. Called to make sure the service would be available. They advised notary was there until 5. We didnt think we would make it in time. They said they would wait up for us! Got there and the notary was tied up with another customer. It was well past 5 by the time she was able to help us. We really appreciated her going the extra mile.

I needed to get some finger printing done to apply for new medical licensure. The young guy working there who initially started helping was friendly, kind and professional. The woman who was in charge of finger printing was not kind at all. Unfortunately, that interaction with her was so unpleasant I will likely never go back there, and certainly not for finger printing services.

I went in on a Friday needing to mail a package for Saturday delivery to Seattle. The woman who helped me talked me out of paying $70 for overnight delivery by assuring me there was an option, through FedEx, that would get it there Saturday for $14. I, of course, chose that option. When I got home and began tracking the package I saw it was scheduled for a Wednesday delivery. What!?! I contacted FedEx only to learn that it had been sent FedEx ground, which doesnt deliver on weekends. It needed to be sent FedEx home delivery to be delivered on a Saturday. Postal Annex advertises the fact they will find the most efficient/effective delivery means. Its their job to know these things. So disappointing. Choose who you ship with carefully if you have a package that needs to get somewhere in a timely manner. Also, be very wary of employees with in training on their name tags. Clearly more training is needed.

Prices for in-store shipping supplies are ridiculous! They even mark up the price of postage stamps! The owner is a money monger.

Friendly group of people. When you need something and it can only ship to a business, I recommend using them for a drop off. You will get your item and it will be ready when you pick it up.

I went in today with some wheels to ship.I had them packaged in separated boxes, and wanted one large box instead of two smaller ones. Shellee, Ella, Matthew, and Sarah were working. They helped me find the right size box and helped me to package it. I feel they went completely above and beyond, and even waited for my always running late hubby as he had some lug nuts that went with the wheels. Exceptionally patient with me was Shellee, then Ella, and Finally with Sarah. I was even there up until about ten minutes before closing, and they not once gave me a hard time or anything. GREAT PLACE. I will always come back.

Ive had a mailbox here for my business for over a year now and it has been an amazing experience.First off, I collect mail and small to large box shipments every week. They have a FREE service where you can get notifications when boxes are checked in AND when mail is delivered to your box. Also they are a commercial address so not only is your stuff safe from doorstep thieves but your boxes come early, not like packages that get delivered to your home past 5PM.Secondly, they are slightly more expensive than a USPS, UPS, or FedEx store but its because they are NOT employed by them. They are a separate business providing services for the convenience of the customer. I mean people pay for water service at their homes and buy bottled water, but Im sure most people dont have rain catchers to save money.Lastly, their whole staff is amazing and very helpful every time I come in. They even have free candy to munch on at the front desks. I highly recommend the Postal Annex!

I called this store at random because they were a DHL provider in the vicinity of where my package was delivered. Even though they werent the exact location that had my package they were incredibly helpful, got me pointed in the right direction, and were super friendly in the process!

I asked the clerk, Matthew, if they did passport photos. He said yes, and walked away without saying anything or even looking at me. So I followed him around and had to pry words out of his mouth. He took my passport photos without giving me any direction, except not to smile. He didnt show them to me until after I paid for them. And they were terribly with poor lighting. But it wasnt nearly as bad as the customer service. I will never go back, and Ive already told my family to never go there.

They do it all. UPS, FedEx, and US Mail. Very helpful and friendly.

So much nicer than the UPS Store!! AND they charged me $65% less for better service packing my item and shipping it!

Shipped a box, Costed $71! Went home and looked on USPS and it said it should have costed $41!!! Where did my $30 go? I feel like I was robbed. Bad Business.

Difficulty tracking an expensive package after fedex states they never received and the annex also has no record of it. Arrived a month later. Uncertain what actually happened

I needed color laser prints -- they were $10-$12 cheaper than other similar stores! Very pleased!
