Have had Butler AC & Heating for more than a decade now. Excellent service and friendly, professional staff. They respond to after hours emergencies in a very timely manner.

Jeff and Mike installed a new Trane 5 ton air conditioner at my Brooksville home. Was at the job site by 8:00 am and worked non stop until 5:00 PM. Did a very professional job, great quality. Took great care in routing tubing and wiring. Cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed and would highly recommend Butler, they have serviced the old unit for the last 4 years, prompt and very reasonable.

While I was in bad need of a repair, after extreme temps over the weekend, another company showed up before Butler. As 12:00 and they did not call or arrive at 10:00 as was prior agreed. Despite this, Butler did show up and was very understanding and professional about everything. It was greatly appreciated and I would recommend them highly to others.

Great company to work with. Honest and reasonable

After receiving poor (no) service from my home warranty company and the HVAC business they contracted with to service my area (and going two days without AC), I contacted Butler AC to diagnose and repair my AC. They had a tech (Shawn I believe) out to my house within a couple of hours. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly. Although additional parts needed to be ordered, he got my AC running. This was a blessing as we had been living in a 92 degree house for a couple of days.A couple of days later on a Saturday another part failed (completely unassociated with the first repair, but now that I look back at the issue I should have had this looked much sooner). This time, Mike came out and got our AC running within 30 minutes. Mike was very informative and took outstanding care of us.Later that next week the original tech returned with the part that was ordered and repaired the original problem. I was charged less than quoted and everyone I dealt with was extremely honest. In fact I wasnt even changed for the original service call until the first repair was completed. Who does that nowadays?I also received outstanding service from the office staff - Rena and Christina(?). I recommend Butler without hesitation and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Outstanding company and people!

Butler Heating & A/C was prompt when they heard my unit wasnt cooling my home properly. They brought the right people to fit and install my new parts in the tiny spaces in my roof. They recommended I sign up for a maintenance plan so I could get free service calls and a discount on parts I needed for my unit. They were a great help and genuinely nice - the office staff and technicians. Highly recommend!

Always excellent service! We have used them for the past 3 years and they always arrive on time and go above and beyond to make sure we have AC. Twice now our AC has frozen up on a Sunday and both times they were right out within an hour. One time during summer, the AC wasnt going to be fixed until the next day because a part was needed, their guy was willing to drive all the way to Hudson (we are in Brooksville) to pick up a temporary window unit because I have 4 small kids and the heat was insane. He ended up getting it to work but the fact that he was going to do that for us has never been forgotten. Highly recommend them to anyone for their AC and heat needs. Honest and trustworthy. I wanted to add to my review. They came in and replaced the old duct work that had failed and was causing water leaks all over our kitchen and guest room.The replaced all of the old ducting with modern fiberglass ductwork. They customized an area to place an upgraded air handler . This system is very efficient and not one water drip after a year now. The technicians really did great work. Kept things clean as they went. Very pleased and satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend.

Very bad company to work with!Stay away! they changed me and also couldn’t fix the problem came out wanted to get paid for a job that was not done so they got paid knowing about the machine And the problem!After all of the time they try to figure out how to fix it the company just gave up and told me we will just call it quits And told me to call someone else!

Butler provided excellent service for us. They were very reasonable with their rates and also were very prompt. I will continue to use them in the future and you should too.
