They did a fantastic job. Equipment was handled with care and absolutely no damage or even a scratch to report. Take out old 5 ton internal end external units and install both of the new units In less than 4-1/2 hours. They did a great job of acquainting us to the new touch screen thermostat. Gave us some good advice and looked over our system thoroughly, and added some freon - we didnt even know we were low! Its already cooler in here than its been since we moved here 3 years ago, and the tech just left within the past hour. Would definitely recommend for their start-to-finish customer service.

One of my better experiences with companies nowadays. There was a moments discussion with the technician as to wearing a mask, as we (both of us) are high risk. I have not been out of the house since this pandemic started as my Doctors have told me that if you catch this, it will be a death sentence. I supplied him with a mask and that was settled. He did what he had to do and did a really good job. I was and am so satisfied with this company. I passed a remark to my wife today saying that it seems to me that the air is running more smoothly than it has in a long time time and she said that she was going to tell me the same thing. I did not get the technicians name but would like to say thank you for a great service experience.

The emergency tech call us right back and explained how to turn the air conditioner off to ensure we would be safe. The tech arrived ahead of schedule and made the repair. Contacted Senica and scheduled an appointment. Technician Turner arrived on time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He throughly check out the A/C unit and provided several options to repair or replace the unit. A Senica salesman has been in contact to discuss the repair or replacement costs. As of now, no decision on how to proceed has been made. This is my first contact with Senica and I have found that the business to be very organized and competent.

This was a semi-annual maintenance call under the terms of our annual contract. Ken, who has made previous service calls, completed a thorough check of our A/C system.He recommended the installation of an ultraviolet treatment system which is designed to reduce air pollutants, odors, germs, etc. The cost was reasonable, and we received a discount being a preferred customer. We are satisfied with the service we have received today, and we would recommend this company to others.

A few weeks ago our a/c stopped cooling it was around 4pm, we called a few places that said they were 24hrs and no one responded accept Senica. A man Turner B. called us back within a few minutes and said it would be a little while before he got to us, because he had 3 calls ahead of us. He did finally make it out by about 10pm that evening, we didnt mind waiting up being it was a weekend night & my husband cant live without a/c. I just had the most amazing experience with Senica air conditioning. Victor came out for routine maintenance. Very pleasant and very professional. He took the time to answer any and all of my questions with a smile. We were having issues with cooling down several rooms of the house. In a matter of 30 seconds he found a major problem with some blocked vents. Something my husband and I can fix with just a screwdriver. We are very happy with this company. I called Senica in the morning to repair one of the zones of our air conditioning system. Called at 10am. They were here at 1pm with the part already on the truck. This company has always been responsive and appear to make customer responsiveness a key part of how they do business.

They came to my house 3 times on this last problem that I had with my A/C and the last time they came out the a/c was working when they got there and wasn’t working when they left. The guy said my compressor was bad and he wrote in the work order that it was bad and that I refused the repair and it was inoperable when he left. I had another company come out and showed me that my blower motor was bad and my compressor was and still is running great. So I had a new blower motor installed and it works great. I bought this unit from Senica in December 2010 and they was recommending me to buy another unit. I didn’t believe that I needed a new unit or a new compressor and it’s now fixed and running great thanks to another company. I always recommended Senica since 2010 when I bought this unit but I will no longer recommend them after this. This was a total misdiagnosis and if I would have had the new compressor installed I still wouldn’t have had a running unit because the blower motor was bad.

Maintaining HVAC system properly makes it last longer. We have had a continuous agreement with Senica since the house was built. They have serviced our equipment well and kept it in top condition for over 10 years.

He took 5 screws out to check the freon and said it was good said I needed to replace the unit . Didnt use anything or do anything else and tried to charge me an additional 30. Dollars. I told him what the Lady said when I called her was there to be any additional charges she said if they didnt use anything no. He was here probably 10 to 15 minutes at the most. So you might wanna record the conversation with the Secretary to play back to the technician so theres no dispute also they dont carry change if you pay them in cash.

We have a service contract with Senica. They do outstanding work and technician Jim was here today. He has serviced the unit the past two times and has done an outstanding job each time. We are extremely happy with Senica and their personnel.

Israel is a great tech, respectful and friendly. Thorough job, including hosing under the unit to clean away grass that may get sucked up and bend a fin. Give this guy a raise.

Called because the HVAC system was turning off and on sporadically. A technician appeared at the door in about ½ hour! Turned out the drainline was plugged, which he quickly cleared and explained the process. Could not have been more efficient!

John is an awesome technician and the service center is great at making sure our needs are met as soon as possible. We never have to wait for services and they are always done so efficiently. Such a relief in a time when people worry so much about everything in their home👍

After 5 days without air conditioning (due to home warranty company and 2 other A/C repair companies that were clueless) Seneca arrived 20 minutes after I called them. My air was running within 15 minutes.I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat.

Used Senica twice now and both time the techs were professional and efficient. I like that they come out late since AC issues can happen anytime and with Floridas heat, its not pleasant to have to wait on service. They were out the same day I called. I will definitely use them again if there are anymore issues.

We used a different company to try and get the unit in our house performing well enough to actually cool the interior but no luck after 2 visits with just a recommendation to buy a new unit. :( Senicas technician adjusted the existing unit so it did cool off the house and the service call was on the same day we contacted them. We are very pleased with their service and pricing.

I have used this company since moving to FL in 2016. A service consultant comes twice a year to perform routine maintenance. The consultant for my last visit was David C. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with Senica!

Used Senica A/C for over 20 years, to include a complete new replacement system in our last home. They are always fair, professional, knowledgeable & on time. Would use them again & highly recommend them.

WARNING!!!! Do Not Use Senica Air!!!!Service Manager Kevin and Owner Daryl are not honorable people. I called for multiple times to Speak to Kevin who would not return my calls over a 2 week period.Here is the issue. I have had to many parts replaced under warranty that did not need to be replaced. The technician was fired due to theft and replacing parts that were not needing replacement. Multiple parts were ordered and replaced. I asked for a different tech to give my AC system a second look to confirm the issue. The second tech informed me that the original diagnosis was wrong. 5 weeks go by and the parts are finally at the shop. I voiced my concern during this whole time that my parts warranty was about to expire. With the delay in parts and the misdiagnosis will Senica still replace the effected part since its part of the original issue but undiagnosed?? I was informed by their office that they can back date the issue so the part would be covered. So I sit here today typing this review because Senica did install the originally ordered parts but the leak was not in the parts they installed. It was coming from the reversing valve the entire time. Ive had them out here every week since install and Kevin refused to honor the repair, knowing the amount of times I have had to call for their services and that his tech who was terminated was installing parts unnecessary and not resolving the actual issue. Kevin and the Owner said I would need to pay $500 to have the part replaced. I personally think they should honor the replacement without cost. Kevin and Daryl the owner were so rude and cold to a situation caused by their company I couldnt imagine giving them 1 more cent of my money or time. Ive never written a review, but I feel people need to know this just incase they need resolution from someone in Senicas management team.I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Senica is not registered so that should tell you something about the owners concern for their business reputation.I also gave the details of my issues with Senica Air to Channel 8 on your side. I have Invoices of parts replaced and information from my warranty company on what parts Senica has been able to bill them for. Some of the Parts replaced werent bill due to the part being in working order when removed. If the part tests at their shop to be in working order Senica can not bill the warranty company for reimbursement.

My A/C died at 4pm on a Saturday. I called Senica. My repairman, Brian, arrived at 6pm and solved the problem within a half hour. The response by Senica was amazing and Brian was truly professional and polite. Due to to this great experience, I will definitely be using Senica in the future.

The tech they sent to my home named Rashad was congenial, well spoken, well presented and most importantly thorough when explaining to me what he was doing for our system and the purpose for it. The cost of our maintenance check was a base price of $85 plus $60 per pound of refrigerant. My system needed one pound. Total with tax was $149.95. Seemed pricey, and thats why Im leaving a 4 🌟 review instead of a five.

Our A/C failed to start on a Friday afternoon after a thunderstorm. I called Senica Air as they installed the original system nearly ten years ago. Was told a tech would fit us in that afternoon. Twenty minutes later Brian M called and said he could be there in 45 minutes and he was. In spite of it being late Friday on a holiday weekend, over 91degrees, and the old motor not cooperating and resisted being pulled out, Brian M persevered, with a good attitude, and replaced the motor with a temp one until a new one could be ordered and installed. One week late: Brian M has departed our home after installing a shiny brand new motor. Very timely, very professional, and top notch service. Senica has not disappointed us in over 15 years of use. They are, and will continue to be, our “Go To” A/C and heating professionals.
