First of all we have been customers of Goodyear for almost 6 years now, unfortunately last year we had air conditioner work done they messed that up had to bring it back up twice before they got it fixed.So then our experience yesterday and today sad to say was terrible my husband had made an appointment to get four new tires put on the car. So they scheduled him for 8 o’clock this morning we get there at 8 o’clock this morning they don’t have the tires my husband said where are they why didn’t I get a call? Well they should be here between 11 and 1 PM today and will get them put on right away. Once again no call we call at 2 o’clock still no time. So my husband called once again they said they finally got the tires in and the only reason we knew they got the tires in was they called to try and sell up one more thing. So my husband said no, I just want my car done and the tires. The man on the phone said well I’ll call you when it’s ready. My husband said no I will come up now. Well this was at 3:30 this afternoon my husband lost money in business waiting for his car. The problem here is very poor management. Any good manager already knows if they didn’t have the tires by the time they were closing last night. Once again they should’ve called and said we are so sorry, will have to reschedule. Or they could’ve called after their 1 o’clock time was up but no one called with both of us being executives in business, Bottom line is all they wanted was the sale and could not give a dang about the customer. The way they handled it was very poorly, especially after spending thousands of dollars in the last six years we’re done. Very poor business management and customer service.

I had a flat tire and just barely made it here around 5:15. The guys were very friendly and assured me they’d get to it as quickly as they could. They had a few other cars in front of me with bigger issues so I ended up waiting about an hour but they apologized for the wait and honestly I wasn’t first in line so I wasn’t upset. They stayed passed their closing time to make sure my tire got patched and were just all around nice guys. Thanks SO much for being so helpful.

Needed tires and the guys did a great job with that. Very friendly and professional. But they rolled down my window which doesnt go back up. Partially my fault for not telling them not to roll my windows down but I didnt think that was required on a tire change

Had new tires installed. Got home, front drivers side tire only had 20 lbs of air in it and had a broken sensor. Brought it back to be told, must have hit a bump and broke it. Now being told we have to pay for another alignment. 1 of 5 stars. Would not recommend.

I got a great deal on Eagle tires for my cah. If the estimate for some of the things I might not want to do in a couple of months is true. They will have some more Business from me.Probably the most reasonable place around the county

I have been bringing my cars to Goodyear for several years now and each time I have dealt with PATRICK as the front serviceman! I have had nothing but great service from him! Always goes the extra mile in explaining what has been or needs to be done! You couldn’t ask for better service at the front desk at the Northcliff blvd, Springhill, fl service center!

Normally I would recommend this facility but I am very unsatisfied waiting 6 and a half hours for ONE tired to be changed. Not even repaired but changed. It was dropped off at 11 and never even got into the actual shop til 2. I didn’t receive my car until almost 6:00pm. I’m sure they were busy but then they need a better system to get the job done promptly.

It ain’t cheap but you get what you pay for. They did a real good job. Highly recommended

10 am appointment for a basic oil change tire rotation and balance. Almost 9 hours later its completed. Its sad that other people that dropped off their cars later than you can get their cars before you.

Patrick is great with customers of all ages. Dillon is a great manager and a real straight shooter when it comes to telling you what you need for your vehicle. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Excellent customer service on so many levels. Went here on a recommendation and so glad I did. Another place wanted to charge me a higher amount and got me into “needing” an alignment. Got all 4 tires done for a good price, told me my car was well within specs for an alignment and also repaired a trailer tire for free.This will definitely be a place I recommend and will continue to give my business!

I would have given a 5 star but when I went to pick up my truck there were grease hand prints all over the fenders and the hood of my truck. They did an awesome job with the timing belt and water pump job but just wished they would have cleaned the grease marks off my vehicle. Would also be nice for someone there to call every day or every other day to give you and update on your repairs. I felt like I was being a bother by calling them every other day. I would recommend this location for timing belt work though.

Woke up this morning starting my day and went to chase bank with my Gf . All of a sudden my car would not go pass 30 mph. Called good year and some to them and told me to bring it in real quick so they could take a look at it . One of the employees went above and beyond for us !!! As soon as we got their he helped us and took his time from his work to help us ! He was able to fix our situation and we blessed to have got it fixed ! Place is clean and smells great in the front office. I would recommend anyone with car troubles to come here anytime !

Theyre always kind and Informative, and helpful whenever I bring the car in for popped tires or rotations. Theyve fixed my alignment more then a few times, and they even hooked me up with a tire patch once free of charge! Genuinely lovely experience every time.

POOR cust service. After checking in for the FIRST APPOINTMENT of the day, waited 20 minutes for vehicle to be taken to shop. Was told while waiting and questioning management I was told by management its like waiting in a doctors office. NO SENSE of what cust service should be. Will not be returning to this location and do not recommended it to anyone.

I made an appointment for an oil change at 930 AM on a Friday. When I arrived I was told the wait wouldnt be an issue if I had an appointment. I advised the gentleman I did have an appointment, which I had a confirmation email to prove. My appointment time was not honored. I waited for a basic oil change to be completed from 930 AM until 100 PM. Unfortunately I was in the position where I was more overdue for an oil change than I normally would have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so I felt obligated to get it done that day. I was not met with so much as an apology for my appointment time being over looked, or the wait being as long as it was. I was met with pure indifference by all the employees I spoke with. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Take your buisness elsewhere. Hopefully somewhere that is more organized regarding appointments and has staff that is a bit more motivated to assist a customer.

They did a great job realigning my cars tires. Not that expensive staff was pleasant.

The service manager Justo Montes is extremely knowledgeable, he quickly helped me and gave me all of the information I needed to be completely confident in the work they did, and did so in a patient and friendly manner. The rest of the staff is very quick with their work, friendly and honest. I definitely recommend coming here if you need work done or even just need to find out whats wrong with your car! Will be coming back for sure! (but hopefully not too soon 😉)

These gentlemen always go above and beyond.My wife has congestive heart failure and when her air conditioning went out on her, it was a critical situation. Mr. Thacker made special accommodations to get her back on the road with at a price we could afford and took care of it on the 4th of July no less! Their kindness moved me to tears.They didnt have to.But They did.They have my business for the rest of my life.

David, one of the mechanics was so helpful and wonderful! I needed new brake pads and he got me in the same day, and had my car done within 2 hours. Great price, great quality and overall wonderful experience. Will use them for all my car needs now on.

Brought my Kia Forte into the shop and turns out my car needed a new AC so after having one installed at a solid price I was satisfied with the service. Super polite and friendly staff. There was a few unknown issues with the car that prevented the AC from functioning smoothly, after bring it back they meticulously searched for a solution to the problem and at no charge they corrected a separate issue for myself and my family. Thank you to such a great place of business.

I was moved to write this review after the Goodyear in Spring Hill, FL saved the day this morning. Ive gotten services at Goodyear before, and theyve always been wonderful, but this incident stands out to me. I was on my way to work when my tire light came on, luckily just a block away from the store. I initially thought it wasnt a big deal; sometimes tires just need a bit of air. When I got there, it was discovered that I had a razor blade in my tire and it was losing air fast. The techs took it back to look at it. I was concerned about being late to work, and was setting up an alternate ride when one of the workers (I dont remember any names, but he seemed like the one in charge) informed me that if the tire was repairable, it would only take a couple minutes. And, if it ended up being more involved, they would give me a ride to work. How nice! Well, it ended up that the tire could be repaired, and they had me ready to go within 10 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and efficient in their work! It was a great experience. Its also amazing that they dont charge for tire repairs (plugs, patches). I may just swing by with some treats as a thank you after work this afternoon, lol. I highly reccommend Goodyear.

Patrick went the extra mile for me. I called for 19 tires and was told they were backordered nationwide. If you have 19 tires, you know how difficult it is to find good ones. Patrick called me back a few hours later and said he found some good tires he could order for me. Had no idea he was searching for tires for me after we hung up. Service was speedy and exceptional! Would recommend everyone to take their car to Goodyear Spring Hill!

The manager Dillon is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I went in with a nail in my tire and he had me in and out and patched up within 30 minutes and it was pretty busy. Nice crew, clean service desk, educated staff, a ton of smiles and big hi’s and good bye’s. Ive never been treated better. I will definitely be going back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 😃

Goodyear on Northcliffe is the ONLY place I truly trust with my car. I met Dillon, the manager, years ago through mutual friends and decided to bring my car there for regular maintenance. He has always been extremely helpful, honest and up front regarding anything with my car. Patrick is just as amazing! I have called them on issues with my car numerous times and they are able to squeeze me in each time. As a female who does not know much about cars, I trust that whatever Dillon and his team are telling me is always the 100% truth. Ive gone to places in the past and have never felt comfortable (going in for an oil change and hearing about other things going wrong with your car); I know every time that I show up to Goodyear, I will be taken care of the best they can. Thank you Dillon, Patrick, and the whole team!

Very professional and high quality. Would have gotten 5 stars is they were willing to do my alignment. Car was too low. Although my car was lowered to retain factory specs, they simply did not want the liability of putting it on the rack. Had another shop do it on the same model rack.

Honest mechanics here. Good prices. They try to upcharge though.

I called them on a Saturday about a flat repair and I was asked if I was dropping it off or staying with it .I told him I would be staying, he replied it was I mad house today so please be patient but we will fit you in. I was there in less than 10 minutes, the man behind the counter said I would have to leave it over night or be back at 8 am. There was no way to get it in today. I showed back up at 8 am and was told again that wasnt getting in today without an appointment. Why didnt the guy the day before offer me an appointment. I will not be going back

If I could give a zero star I would still give then a 1 because they are friendly. I purchased new tires at a fair price and opted for the alignment only because of the new tires, there wasnt anything wrong with the way the truck drove. After the alignment the truck pulled hard to the right so I brought it back to them and they readjusted the alignment and told me that I need to replace my steering gearbox. The truck didnt drive any better so I took it to the Goodyear in New Port Richey and they fixed it right the first time without replacing anything.

Very rude, came in for a simple thing. Check to see where tire is leaking and after waiting patiently a girl walks in for same thing wearing daisy Duke shorts n falling out her shirt n they fixed her tire at no charge n shes driving away in less than 10 mins. I walked up and asked how much longer, its a simple thing n Im told we will work you in. I asked for my keys and went to Tire Kingdom. Never will return even if they were giving tires away for free.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 12:00 on their website, they call back and said they only have 1 available at 3:00. So whats the point of making an appointment online????? Then when I go to drop it off, they tell me its going to take 2 hours!!!! Whats the point of even making an appointment if you have to wait 2hours, for an oil change!!!! It should take 10 minutes! Last time I will be going there!

Really like the fact that they do a free car inspection while you are there, but, dont pressure you for a sale.

I do not reccomend this place for tires. I spent $500 on four brand new tires and they didnt even balance them right. I had to bring my car back and miss my daughters appointment in tampa because I couldnt drive the car over 50 mph without it shaking so bad. I brought it back and they had to balance them again. I will not come back here again.

Went here with a tire that had a dry wall screw in it. It was in the tread of the tire. Was told it could not be repaired and only seemed to want to sell me a new tire. Another shop fixed it with a pug and patch. Just like they could have.

Waited over 4 hours for an oil change and I had an appt! Not going back, so unfortunate because the Goodyear in Oldsmar is awesome.
