Dropped our Blazer off to have an exhaust leak checked/repaired. Matt (I think that was his name) called within 15 minutes to say the truck was ready - just a few loose bolts causing the noise. When we returned to pick up the truck we were told there was no charge at all. Very impressed with the professionalism and honesty and will definitely use this location again in future when we need something looked at. Good, old-fashioned mechanic service which is hard to find these days

Went in today to have an emergency exhaust fix. I was seen asap and the two guys working the shop are superb. I am more than impressed with them and I will most definitely be going back. Their work ethics and courtesy are top notch. It is hard to find service like this anymore and I am so glad that there are still people that are this nice and high quality workmanship.Went back today for a exhaust tip to be welded on and once again top notch work and best customer relations anybody can ask for.

They only care to help if they feel that they can get one over on you! Not only did I watch them charge an elderly couple for things they truly didnt need! They tried that on my wife as well. Then I decided to give them another try. Well that was also a mistake. They told me they could not patch a tire I bought less then 6 months ago. But would sell me a new tire! So I took the tire across the street to pep boys and wouldnt you know. Two mechanics laughed as I told them what was said. Also forgot when I paid for the synthetic oil change that comes with tire rotation and specifically stated please rotate due to my family going on vacation and would be driving the vehicle around 5k miles. Once I picked it up they refused to rotate the tires saying there was no need. However the tires on that vehicle had around 11k miles on them! I would recommend finding an honest shop. This is also just what I am aware of. Who knows if the work they stated they did was ever done!

I had an oil change and tire rotation. They failed to properly put my lug locks on. Now two are missing. I called corporate, they wont replace them. I got no satisfaction.

Second time coming here the first I was pleased. I had a catilliyic converter replaced, and some exhaust improvements.Today I came here with the muffler in hand that I wanted installed on a different vehicle... Nope, We dont install customer supplied parts.Since when??!? You did last time.. If you didnt want to do the job, say so... Dont lie to me.

Took my car in to get diagnosed for what I thought was a catalyst converter problem that would have been a $1,000 job. But the mechanic on duty said let me do my own check to make sure that is exactly your problem, before you go spending all that money. An to my surprise when he came back he said after checking your system the readings are coming back normal so I do not recommend replacing the cat converter at this time. So I saved 1K. He could have easily said yes its the cat its time to change it and charged me to do the job which I was ready to pay for.So long story short he was straight up with me and didnt charge me for something I did not need done at the time.I recommend going here to get your vehicle diagnosed and repaired.

I was on a solo road trip when my battery started giving me trouble. The auto parts store couldn’t change it for me because a mechanic has to take apart the car to reach it. They suggested Meineke- I was worried because it was getting late in the day and I needed to leave in the morning. James and Matt got it done!

Made disparaging remarks about my car. I went somewhere else right after I left their shop. The second repair shop couldnt believe how unprofessional they were with the comments they wrote which were completely in accurate, and on that note stay away from repair shops like mieneke.

I hate dealing with mechanics. Most dont seem overly trustworthy, but today I learned all are NOT the same. Came in thinking I needed a tune-up. Matt removed a spark plug and explained why that wasnt the case. Every item I asked them to check they took the time to provide an explanation concerning if they could or could not engage. The most pleasant experience EVER at an auto care shop. If I need anything mechanical done for my Dodge Durango Citadel, Ill start here first.

Just an oil change. No repair done. But very welcoming in front.Update: Thursday 17th., I just called and asked how busy they were. Was told they had a few appt.They asked what I wanted. I said oil change and tire rotation. Was told next appt. was next Thursday. 24th.. Apparently job wasnt big enough. Hopefully they were that busy. But I doubt it. Person I spoke too was not Matt.

Very nice experience with Matt and speedy time wise I needed two of my vehicles done at the same time made an appointment and was in and out in a timely fashion. Also he did not rush they did A thorough inspection of both vehicles letting me know how much where I had on my brakes and other things. Never pushed to get more than I wanted done. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went in thinking I needed front brakes. After the free inspection They said the brakes were ok, that the pads and rotors had some sort of residue on them. I asked for the oil change, the car was already in the bay. They cleaned the brakes, oil change, rotated tires. I could not have had BETTER service. Very fair and extremely professional. Thank you.

I have been here a few times for small things but I finally decided to bring them my truck for an alignment because multiple other shops couldnt get it right. They aligned my truck perfectly they did it in a reasonable amount of time and for the best price. I will be returning for more work and would definitely recommend this place they do good work.

Got my inspection and breaks done all in the same appointment. They let me know what was needed, had the availability and went ahead and fixed it right then and there. Amazing price compared to other shops that quoted me. Cheyenne is also amazing.

I found the head mechanic very knowledgeable, very personable and very professional, he diagnosed the problem with my vehicle & he explained it to me, even showed me the issue gave me my options with pricing, the repair was done swiftly, plus he’s a nice guy.

I went there because they were advertising Supreme Brake Service for $209.95, but I ended up paying $387.74 plus tax which included $49.61 for “Shop Supplies” which is not cool! I don’t mind paying for parts and labor, but charging me an extra $49.61 is just not right.

I asked that my brakes be checked and that they rotate the tires. It cost less than Walmart to have the tires rotated and they were honest about me not needing brakes yet.

Matt, the owner, is informative and honest. I suspected an exhaust leak. Matt examined my vehicle, determined there was no exhaust leak, and diagnosed a failed wheel bearing assembly. Repairs were performed and the car is now without the sound it had previously. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism I encountered at this establishment. Went for oil change, also needed windshield wipers, which cost more than the oil change, was grossly overcharged. Also, was told I needed two new tires, with a quoted price of $317, including bogus fees. Went to Tire Depot and paid a total $174. I was completely taken advantage of, because Im a girl I guess or you guys just outrageously overcharge everyone. I will never come back here for anything, will be going to Tire Depot from now on, thanks for nothing Meineke.

I am very disappointed, my Mother in law bought a tire in May so it hasnt even been a year and they wont replace the tire!! They said she never bought the $15 tire replacement cost! She said they never offered it to her. She purchases the extras always! Then the person said they probably werent offering it at the time! The tire separated completely it looks like someone cut a full circle from the rim!! This isnt a normal blow out!! This is a defective tire!!!

After going to another repair shop, that gave us a huge repair quote, we decided to try Meineke. The super nice guys at Meineke got our car up on the lift and checked it out. They were able to do the brake job so much more reasonably than the other local shop. They took care of the repair, and checked all the other systems and fluids . They helped us with all our concerns and we will be returning there for all our auto needs. Thank you Ricky, you were so helpful and efficient.

I first started coming to this location back a year ago when they had a special offer with tmobile customers to get a free oil change and pay the tax only. I liked the staff and how well they took care of me that I have been here every time my car is in need of a fix. They are all very personal with each customer and remembered me every time Ive been in here. Very reasonably priced and no shady mechanics here! All around love bringing my car here for all its needs.

This Meineke Car Care Center was the best shop I have been to, and Ive been to many. They were experts in courtesy, customer service, and in their service of my car. I only needed new headlight assemblies, but the right parts didnt come for several days, so instead of apologizing, the owner took the old assemblies home and polished the lenses to make them look brand new, and saved me a lot of money.

Was satisfied with the actual brake job done on the vehicle 2008 BMW 528I, disappointed in overall customer service. They were not able to reset the brake light and was suggested to take it to the dealership for the light to be reset after assuring me that they were able to perform, resulting in additional costs that should have been included in service. Then was told that the problem was a programming issue with the vehicle. The resetting of the brake light was a simple process which I found on YouTube which took me an 1 1/2 hours to perform. Make sure that they can and will perform all the services required.

My car was taken in on time, the price was consistent with other businesses. I felt they were very good. Not five stars only because the woman behind the counter kept saying in her own frustration, senior cotizens are so rude and more. I am a senior citizen and did think her comments were appropriately said in front of customers who were obbiously senior citizens. I was somewhat shocked at her unprofessional behavior.

The only place my husband takes his truck & recently had issues with my 2015 vehicle & Matt & his team saved us from big expenses by letting me know it’s under recall, when another repair place didn’t even have the means to take a look at it. They have always been on time, fair & most important, HONEST!!

I decided to take my car here for the temperature issues it was having because of how they treated my mother-in-law. (They put something back on her car and didnt charge her for it) As for my car, they were very professional and kept me informed as to what needed to be done. I was very impressed. Brought my truck in to have the brakes fixed when I left my hood would not open when I brought it back they wanted to charge me a $136 just to check to see why my hood wouldnt open what a rip off they said it was because I had an aftermarket hood but the part of my hood the latch is on is not it worked fine before I came in thats why ibought it back to them ridiculous to wanna charge me to fix something that worked fine before they worked on my brakes they also asked me to leave when I came back to complain about it the guy who came out to Inspect my truck he didnt even look in the right place at the latch on my truck even though I showed him where the latch was dont understand the customer service here Ive been coming to this Meineke for a Long time yes Ill be finding another place to get my oil changed and my work then what a shame this one was pretty convenient Theres a Pep Boys across the street

Very friendly, honest, and professional.I was early for my appointment and they began on my car immediately (oil change.) They found a nail in my tire and tried several times, going above and beyond, to patch it.but the patch wouldnt hold pressure, so they plugged it and the tire is holding pressure.Will return for future car service

I was driving a bit of a distance when I realized my truck was 200 miles past an oil change I needed I called in as I was driving and thought I would get an appointment for the following Monday coming but it was Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. and they told me to stop in immediately if I can and I did exactly that waited 30 minutes for my truck and everything was a done deal Meineke is a good place to bring your car or truck

I usually do all of my own car care and have since I was in my teens. Now Im a. We bit older and decided to take my truck in for a oil change. Matt scheduled me in and was spot on with checking over my truck. I have almost 200000 on my f150 and I believe with Meineke and Mattb Ill get another 200000

I went in because my AC wasnt working. They did a wonderful job recharging it, but of course that wasnt what the problem was. The mechanic explained other options it could be, easy enough that i could do. So I took it home and he was right i did it myself. It was just a bad fuse.

The guys here at Meineke go above & beyond! I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a year now & they ALWAYS take great care of my car needs. Besides the great customer service they’re HONEST! They don’t add on or makeup issues that don’t exist to gain profit & the prices are fair. I was expecting to pay way more for my car repair but was only charged for the work needed...nothing more. They never start any work without briefing you on the issues & gives you the opportunity to go elsewhere. & I have to mention that Ricky is by far one of the best! He never turns me away with my sporadic car issues.

This is an honest shop. Brought in due to being told by Autozone the alternator was bad. Got a call in the am after an overnight drop off that the battery was bad and not the alternator. Resolved the issue without an upsell. Will continue to do business with this shop.

Will be getting my car serviced here from now on!Recently got new tires put on my car and my car kept saying that the tire pressure was low. I took my car here and they were able to squeeze be in and see what was causing the issue. After assure me that all the tires were holding the correct pressure, they recalibrated the computer and I was on my way. No more issues. Amazing costumer service and quick job.
