My wife and I stopped in to look at a side by side and left with a tractor and a side by side. This wasn’t because of pressured sales. Phil was pleasant and not your typical salesperson. I prefer and objective no pressure interaction and that’s what we experienced. I recommend Phil to anyone shopping at Crystal. Kevin is the guy who delivered our equipment. Not only was he the nicest guy, but he was a wealth of knowledge. He even called to. Heck how we were doing a day or two later. He is the perfect person for that job providing a professional relationship building experience. The Bobcats have been great. Glad I found this place!

I bought my vehicle from them roughly 6 months back. My initial experience was great and everything was good during the purchase process. That changed quickly after it came time for my first service. I was told that my initial purchase came with 1-year of free oil changes. Not a huge deal, but a great perk when running full synthetic. I went to get my service done (also because after a couple days after purchase the brakes needed to be done and the rotors had to be cut after making a severe grinding noise.) and was told that they would not honor the free oil changes for a year service. I was told I would get a discount, but that was hardly reflected on my bill. In fact it was still over $100 for just that. Also, my rotors ended up needing to be replaced only a month later because they were warped and the previous fix done by Crystal was a bandaid to a more serious issue. While I really dislike leaving a bad review, I want to get a resolution because I was contacted by a salesperson asking “why it’s been so long since I was in” so I expressed my reasoning. She mentioned she would take care of the issue and look into my inquiry I mentioned on the phone about obtaining a new work van for my business. It’s now been over a month, and I’ve yet to get a phone call, response, or resolution to this problem.

Place talks about family values and top money for trade they offered 6k less on my truck then 3 other well known dealership and said its best they could do. If you want to screw someone do it to yourself not to customers. Ill never do business here again or attempt. Also dont work with Felicia she is not all there does not know her job

I was trying to purchase a car out right and every other dealership we went to was charging me all kinds of crazy fees. We went to Crystal Superstore and I found my dream car and they gave a very reasonable cash price with no crazy fees. Car was delivered with care, detailed very nicely, and the service department is amazing!!! I give Crystal Superstore 6 stars!!!!

I just have to give a big thanks to two service crew members. Granted I was in the parking area next door so not far away and only took 5 minutes but they went out of there way at closing time to help me with a situation I was having with my truck. They could of easily said no but didnt. The little things mean the most.

We purchased out Ford Ranger from Crystal Ford in 2020 and have been taking it there for any routine service. I made a 9:30am appointment to address an issue....After 1+45 minutes, my truck was still in the parking lot/not being serviced. I approached the service team, one person stepped up to help me - Anthony Malec. He explained the delay (which if the initial service person would have told me, I would have understood/less frustrated).Slowly (not fast) forward to 1pm...3 hours later (this should have been a simple plug in/diagnostic test) - I walk into the service area...my truck in back in the parking/keys are sitting at a service advisors counter...with no service advisor there. This was the ultimate poor service point while there.Finally, Anthony Malec, already busy, took the professional initiative to take care of me. If it werent for Anthony, the service visit would have been a complete failure.I want to support my local Ford dealer, but this makes me want to take it somewhere else.If Crystal Fords wants suggestions from a customer perspective, Im available.P.S. Promote & give Anthony Malec a raise! If you dont take care of awesome employees like Anthony, then you have the wrong focus!

I feel a one star is fair, I waited three months to receive a box blade that I purchased with the tractor. I can’t say that this is the dealers fault, but the Bob Cat tractor I purchased brand new has seven hours and is already starting to have issues. If I was able to get a hold of anyone regarding the issues I’ve had with my tractor I may give you a two star..

I bought and my Mahindra 2638 from them last Oct and just came in for my 50 hour service. I cannot express enough on how helpful the service department was in getting me squared away with my service and also outfitting me with a new cut deck. Terrible dealership. Literally purchased a 2018 Mustang from them not even a year ago as a graduation present to myself for completing nursing school and all of a sudden the radio, touch screen display, and charging ports in car aren’t working. Went to the service department where I was told by one of the technicians that I should take my car to the Crystal Ford location since they’d be able to better diagnose the issue. Went to their Ford dealership just to end up waiting 2 hours and be told they have no idea what’s wrong with the radio; however the fee for checking is going to be a $127 and they recommend just purchasing a $815 and hopefully that might resolve the problem, but they aren’t sure that it will. Literally the car isn’t a year old and I’m paying a ridiculous amount every month on it since they practically stole my $5,000 down payment and called it dealership fees and now I’ve got no radio or backup camera.

I had to take my car in a few days ago and I was pretty upset that I had to take off work to get it fixed (car was barely running so i wouldnt have gotten to work anyways) and I was met by a man with the name Dillon. He was the nicest person I have ever dealt with about cars. After asking me a few questions he checked my battery and that ended up being the problem! A quick swap of the battery and everything was working again. Extremely quick service by him and he was also very nice and down to Earth. 10 out of 10 would recommend going to this place!

I would like to let everyone know that this place will go above and beyond for you. If you have any issues with anything, they have got your back. I took a loan out on a car they had there: 2014 Ford Flex. To my dismay, the vehicles check engine light came on within 2 weeks of driving it. Do you wanna know what they did? They fixed it. For FREE. Yes. For FREE. They took the engine out and did what they had to do, AND gave me a loaner car for the time being. Then sent me on my merry way after everything was taken care of. If your hesitating, dont. They are good people and really do everything they can to ensure your problems are fixed the first time. Currently i just got my caliper and cylinders changed due to brake issues. They helped me get home after dropping my vehicle off with them. And the giving didnt stop there, they knocked off $200 off my bill when i went to pay. Anthony and everyone in the service department are very sincere and compassionate to whatever situation your in. You guys rock!

I am impressed with Crystal Super Center. I had been searching for several months for a CFMoto Cforce 600 Touring. I had contacted several dealers in FL and Georgia. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of. This machine is in very high demand. Mechanical department is a disaster & has been a nightmare to my business. Crystal on SR 50 Had my truck for 4 months (in which I still have to pay payments on) for a transmission failure that is covered under warranty. During this long wait for my truck I was forced to purchase a new truck from Crystal so I could continue my business while other truck was waiting to be repaired. Upon receiving my truck back I drove for approximately 20 miles and something exploded under the hood. The mechanic left an item under the hood, which sucked through the back of fan and busted the radiator inside the shroud shield. Blane, their Lead guy tried to convince me that I ran something over in the road. As I know I didnt, I stood firm on making them fix it. Well, they didnt fix / diagnose all damage associated with their error because upon receiving truck back again I feel a vibration at idle that wasnt previously there. After driving a month or so on open highway the same explosion happens again. Although this time it was a blade from the fan that repeated this same damage. After being Lied to numerous times that the fan was just previously replaced from first incident I paid 1500$ to correct the problem - I thought. Well after continuously checking over receipts I find out that the fan was never replaced which is why the damaged blade flew into the radiator.After driving a few more weeks/ month the transmission failure happens again. Upon inspection at dealership I now have a rear main seal leak, loose bolts from fan hanging out & same transmission failure. Brent, the now lead guy, tries to insinuate that I must have loosen the bolts to the fan and threatened me with a cease & desist order for any further Mechanical issues-Which is a total insult for their negligence caused this issue. I refused to accommodate this Order & forced them to accept blame and cost for repair, again. Well, after a few days driving I look under hood for visual inspection and find a RAG LEFT UNDER MY HOOD AGAIN! I drive immediately to dealership (rag still under hood because it would still have been there if I hadnt looked) and demand Brent to view for himself. (Well he thinks I put that there, too!) I demand a refund for the 1500$ that I was lied to about.After a few days driving, the belt slings off and destroyed the fan & radiator AGAIN!Im now trying to be convinced by Jim Travis that water or mud got on belt and made it sling off. (2018 Ram 2500 4x4 🤔) They expect me to now pay 2600$ for repairs.These repeated negligence actions towards my company truck has now put my business in subject to failure because I cant keep the truck out of shop & still making a 1050$ payment plus $300 insurance. This is totally unacceptable for dealership quality work! After purchasing 5 Dodges I will no longer be loyal customer of Crystal Jeep Dodge Ram nor any of their other owned Brands as Harley Davidson in Crystal River.

Went to Crystal Tractor Super Center to look at the Mahindra Tractors. After shopping many other brands (Kubota, Deere, and RK). After looking at the Mahindras I discovered the Bobcat tractors. After a test drive of the Bobcat I was very impressed. Comparing the specs and features of this tractor with other brands the Bobcat was a far better value. Sales person Heather Craig was very well educated and very low pressure compared to the other tractor dealers. Heather knows tractors! The staff at the dealership are very accommodating and educated. Heather insured the tractor was delivered quickly. The delivery driver Kevin took time to insure I understood the features and how to use the tractor. Both Heather and Kevin are a true asset to Crystal Super Center! Thank you for a great experience!!

LOVED the experience at this place!! Purchased my vehicle here a little over a month ago and can be happier! Went here cause our vehicle was due for an upgrade. Tiffany helped us and was AWESOME! She searched for along time for something for us and got us something great for a great price and payment!
