After a year and a half of bringing my corvette to these guys for a oil leak. They are still working with me to make sure im happy. Sadly it still leaks. The whole thing is terrible for the both of us. Im hoping it will all work out. They have great customer service at least.

Totally went the extra mile for me with tracking down interior stuff for my BMW, and referred me to another shop for an issue they couldnt handle. Appreciated the transparency and honesty. Had a hiccup with my car needing a tire FAST . As a reoccurring customer, working with Jesse and Stewart was a pleasure. They assured me they actually CARED and all my expectations were met.

Very friendly, and good customer service.BUT RIGHT Now I am highly disappointed.I went in March and had a few things done on my car, like the lower control arms changed, and all four tires replaced, I spent over $1,400 and putting my trust into this. The main issues I had where fixed. Here it is Only TWO MONTHS LATER and both of my “BRAND NEW” front tires are going bald. - I brought it back in to be viewed because there is no reason even after 10,000-12,000 miles my tires should be worn out.. they told me there is an issue with the steering rack and pinion along with the tie rods, and my front right tire is toed in. So they will NOT REPLACE MY TIRES free or even highly discounted, because they are saying it seems to be my fault there is a ton of “Ware” on my tires. They are saying it seems like some sort of impact like I ran over a curb or hit a pot hole, and I know for a fact I have not, so why in TWO Months i now have “4/5” things wrong that we’re not wrong in March.I have taken it to Firestone and even pep boys and they are BOTH confirming there is nothing at all wrong with the steering rack and pinion and the tie rods, that all of them are good. They are saying I have two bald tires and an alignment issue, he printed out the alignment report at pep boys and my two front tires are OVERLY UN ALIGNED. Saying that there is no way I had an alignment done in March (from top line) they way my toe is on the two front tires.Top line is saying they can take “$20” off of each front tire, and that’s all. I am very disappointed as I’ve spent a lot of money with them to fix issues in March, and now hearing that they can’t help me replace my tires because in two months and 10,000 miles my tires should be bald because “THEY” see the steering rack and pinion and tie rods to be “messed up” from them thinking I hit a curb or pot hole when I know I did NOT. But hearing from TWO other main auto places, that THERE is nothing wrong with them. And top line should be a little more helpful in this situation

They replaced a valve stem, and we’re going to replace a tpms, they had a problem programming the new tpms. I asked them to put the old one back in since they weren’t able to install the new one without my light still being on for now. They were actually able to get my old sensor working again. They were very honest in my situation, and I will be going back for tire needs.

Excellent service, on time, thorough and efficient. Very courteous and friendly. Will recommend their services to my friends.

Finally, a mechanic you can trust. These guys are great. New tires, wheels, steps, fog lights, front end and more. The custom front end paint matched perfect to Toyotas. I cant say enough about these guys. My wife and I both have Topline take care of both of our vehicles.

I Love this Place! These guys are so nice and friendly!I wont ever take my Jeep to a dealership ever again! Every time I had an appointment at Crystal dealership I was always told a different fluid needed to be changed which always an additional $100+.Not at Topline, these guys change your oil, rotate your tires and occasionally suggest a new oil filter, its been this way for years.If I could go back and get the $1,000 of dollars back from the dealership that ripped me off I would spend it at a Topline in a heartbeat.Topline sold me 5 new tires and rims for my Jeep BEAUTIFUL! I also purchased the warranty, Im so happy I did. I ran over a knife that went straight into the tire. Topline said we will first patch it, if there is any leak bring it back and we replace it. Over night the light came on showing air loss, I went back to Topline and they ordered me a new tire.There are actually 2 top lines in Hernando, one on US 19, the other on SR 50, you cant go wrong with either, both are 100% recommended based on friendliness, professional, comfortable lobbies, ease of making appointments, reasonable prices, honesty.....Honestly I cannot say enough!I love my Jeep, I rely on my Jeep and feel confident its in the best of hands when I take it to Topline

Really bad tire plug service. I came in for a plug, and was told a patch would do the same job for a hole near the tire wall. So they put an incorrect patch near the tire wall. Not to mention putting the spare back on, and throwing the other tire in the back of the bed instead of in the correct spare tire spot. Now, if they did great service would not be an issue, but they also over charged. Just plan old took advantage. Funny that a tire fixes a tire whole incorrectly.

These guys are AWESOME!!They did such a great job dealing with me (a real pain in the ass!) and they worked to get what I wanted for my truck but kept affordability in mind since one flat tire turned into needing four new tires because the others were shot! They also hooked me up with a sweet 3” leveling kit!!They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and I TOTALLY am!! They are good solid guys who focus on trying to make people happy over trying to make a buck and that is rare!! I am a forever customer now!!

I have been going here for odds and ends for our old 93 Ford for years and just got a great set of BFG Tiger Paw AS tires 70k mile wear with a rebate that installed OTD ended up being an incredible bargain. Had to wait 3 days for them to come in due to a weekend but I even got a rebate card in the mail for $40 a few weeks later. Great to deal with them. They tell it like it is. I find them to be very honest and fair. It was well worth the wait. Good to have people to trust as an oldie. These will be the last tires ever put on this car.

I would like to say thank you so much for your honesty. It’s nice to know that there are still honest people out there.I took my car in after taking it to Ford to get a 2nd opinion. Jamie, Joe & Jason were absolutely amazing. They had found a bolt that was missing a nut from underneath my car on my control arm, they pulled it out they suggested that I did not drive my car because it could’ve came out and cause an accident. My car was in an accident earlier this year and FORD fixed it. I had taken my car in twice to be realigned with FORD and they never found this bolt that was just hanging loose on my control arm under my car. Thanks to TopLine auto in Springhill they fixed my car and was honest to let me know that I did not need struts on my car after FORD said I needed them. Took a running vehicle to them, they fixed it and its worse than ever before, its my only vehicle for work, I called and told them about the problem and they said they could look at it but I would have to pay for whatever was wrong with it. They wouldnt accept that something they did messed up the car. I will never be back.

I’ve been going to topline since in moved here two and half years ago..I won’t be going there any longer because the last two times I went there. I was given a price for two separate repairs and when I went back both times the price I was given in advance was not the price in the end. Nothing extra was done to my truck the first time, actually less....less work less parts.....The bill should have been less that the estimate...For some reason it turned out to be more...same with the second repair.I was given a price before I brought it in from Joe at the front desk and the second time it happened again..When I confronted Joe about it the answer I received was do you have it in writing ?Real professional response !!!I guess a persons word isn’t what it used to be.....What a shame..It was convenient for me using them...Sorry for this review but you can’t keep doing business like that....I have always been a loyal customer all I wanted was to be treated fairly....I don’t think this is to much to ask for....I’m not telling you not to go there, get your estimates in writing before leaving your vehicle with them...I wouldn’t want this happening to you...It’s not right !!!Just so everyone knows I did bring this to Jason attention when I saw him....He did nothing about It..I’ve seen his responses to negative reviews after he sees them on line and saying please contact me and we will resolve the issue..I tried this in advance.....I think his responses are there to make them look sincere and to counter the bad reviews..Personally I like Jason as a person......He’s very nice....these two experiences just sucked....

I brought my vehicle in to have a coil changed and all of my spark plugs changed. They forgot to tighten one of the spark plugs down. I LIMPED my vehicle back in and they repaired the problem. Will not go back.
