Target is a great alternative to the other budget shopping experiences. The other (non Target) stores in the area are not nearly as nice.On this day, we found the store bright and clean with the shelves fully stocked. There were many employees around to help us, and several of them greeted us warmly. Considering retail shopping is starting to get hectic with the holiday season, it was nice to see so many friendly (if masked) Target employees.Since we were doing our own Christmas shopping, we visited many of the departments within the store including electronics, toys, beauty, groceries and pet food. We were able to find everything we needed and do so much needed comparisons of video games.The check out lines were a bit longer than they normally are for 11 am during the week. However, there were multiple registers open. Additionally, a woman was helping to direct customers to the shortest lines. Consequently, we did not spen very long in line.The cashier was also friendly and her wild hair colors matched her outgoing personality.Overall, we had a great time shopping here. I just wish the parking lot was a little less hectic. The best move is to park at the far end of the lot and walk in. Not only do you get a little exercise, but you reduce the likelihood of some smashing into your car.

The store was organized and they had some good stuff in the clearance section.We went to ordered for pick-up at another store and the employee was very attentive and friendly.

Clean stores, well organized, huge variety, Fresh foods and meats (I was really impressed how well stocked and fresh their food sections, especially meats were. I normally dont shop at Target, but I went to get my vaccine and didnt want to leave for a little bit to make sure I was ok. So I shopped, lol. Loved the gift cards for spending $50 on purchases. I needed so many cleaning supplies, that it worked nicely, I saved $15! Ill be shopping there more often.

Other than the fact that you cannot select Curbside Pickup while shopping in the app or the computer my experience was excellent. Products selected were correct and items were fresh. In Store Associate was very friendly and helpful. Good Job..

Like the store, shelves are stocked, clothes, home goods, etc available-- no hassle, usually can get what I need.

Pharmacy was attentive and provided pneumonia vaccination. Self-checkout for 1 item was great and quick.

The security guard walked right in front of our car I had to slam other brakes I was only moving about 8 to 10 mph when I complained to the manager I was treated very rudely and when I asked for corporates number I was rudely told to Google it and was then rudely disregarded. I will not accept being treated this way in a retail establishment and will be seeking legal council so if you got to target in spring hill know you will be treated like a second class citizen by management

Went to the Springhill target today the security guard wasnt paying attention (looking off into the clouds) and walked in front of my car causing me to almost hit him...my bf told the security guard he needed to pay attention and watch where he was going and the security guard was rude to him...so my bf went in to talk to the store manager about what happened and she stated she didnt care and was very rude to him when he asked for the corporate number she told him to goggle it and walked away...the lack of respect for the customers is uncalled for especially if I wouldnt of beeped the horn to get his attention the situation could of been worse...

Management and the GM are nothing short of amazing! On Black Friday I went to Target to purchase a Dyson vacuum. According to the Spring Hill Dr Target where I wentfirst, and the website, they had 2 available. When I got there, they didnt have any on the shelves. An employee and manager searched the stockroom and couldnt find what I wanted. So the team stepped up and offered me the upgraded Dyson model for the same Black Friday advertised price which was a $250 savings. I cant thank you enough for going above and beyond!!

Glad to change this review to a 5 star review. In the past were issues, but ever since Ashley was hired as a cashier the experiences were totally perfect. She in a short time is Joyful ( always) extremely confident and capable, quick & efficient... altogether amazing for any company or experience. What a great hire. As long as she works there we will all come back and tell of her abilities to everyone. What a rare gem. Keep her and you will keep our business coming for sure. Thanks also to Manager Lisa who also went above and beyond for us in the past.

Target is a home away from home love target it always tells me what I need

Tatiana, in the customer service department, gave me the worst customer service experience at any Target I’ve shopped at.With no one in line, I asked if I could check out at the customer service department and rudely replied with they don’t do check outs and that I’d had have to go to register.I just went to Target in south Florida yesterday and had no such problem with being rung up at customer service. And I’ve never had that issue at any other location.I will not be coming back to this location for the poor customer service.

This is my favorite Target in Spring Hill! Im closer to the one on Spring Hill rd, but choose to shop at this one for numerous of reasons! Everyone on the front end is absolutely wonderful, they go over and beyond to help out!!. The back end staff all work so hard, stocking the shelves making sure we get everything we need. I must say this whole store is one heck of a team! Thank you Target for simply being the best there is!! Its such a pleasure shopping at your store! Great store. A nice change from Walmart. Offers similar services and products at a competitive price. Just bought a light weight Black Devil vacuum that works great. Very easy to assemble. They too require a mask to be worn in the store; and provide sanitizer for hands and cart. All employees were wearing theirs as well.

This store is tidy and clean. Staff are friendly and the produce section is spectacular. Some items are a bit pricey but quality is superb.

I had a poor experience. I went to try and buy an Apple Watch. I didn’t know which size would fit so I asked if I could try one on. It could have been the display or some other kind of watch or measuring tool so I knew which size fits. They had no options. They could not open a box that was new which is understandable but they had no options to make sure which one would fit. I was told that I would have to buy it and then try it on and if it doesn’t fit return it. Seriously, that is too much of a hassle. I would have thought that this policy would have caused them to bring in a sample size watch or band or anything to avoid having the customer buy and return and spend all of this time. For the price of the Apple watches I definitely want to make sure it fits.P.S. the employees were nice. It’s the policy that is horrible

The employees were extremely nice. It was my first time using store pickup as my shipping choice when purchasing online, and it was surprisingly great. It was so easy to just walk in, and pickup my items that I will definitely shop at Target again. In fact I will probably choose shopping here rather than other stores due to how easy it was to pickup my items after purchasing them the same day.

Because Target is not requiring the wearing of masks, you are leaving it to personal choice just like its a personal choice to shop at Target or stay home. I like my freedom! Thank you Target!!!

Today at 3:18 pm I asked the lady at customer desk for a fast checkout with a diaper emergency of my baby. (I was with 2 kids) she refused to help and sent me back to the line. She wasnt doing anything.

Quick response to my order, on Christmas eve it was ready within 1 hour, even with a 2 hour fulfillment requirement it was ready within a hour. Once at store it was busy but they where quick and retrieved my order fast and friendly...

It is only few miles from my house which is great. The sales associates I have encountered have always been kind and helpful. It is very rare to not find an item I went there specifically to purchase. The prices are reasonable and the sales are outstanding!! Keep up the good work!!

Not sure if all Targets are as friendly and accommodating as this one but I hope so. Associates are always on the lookout for anyone needing direction and such, not like some local stores where they see you and walk the other way. They even have a person to direct you to the best check-out line when theyre busy which is really a nice perk for people in a hurry!

Went here to buy a MTG bundle pack as a late birthday present. Online said they didnt have any in store, but I still wanted to look and see. I walked to the cards and saw it. There was only one of it in the shelf, so I was beyond excited to get it and I could use the online price to make it more affordable. I made my way to the counter and the cashier called for a price match. They didnt see anything on their device. I showed them on my phone. We cant match if the store isnt ours. I apologized and pulled up their store. It still showed the lower price. I dont know what you did or how youre doing that, but its wrong. If you want it youll need to pay the real price. I showed the cashier one last time, but by then another customer was in line and the tone of the experience had gone south.Good thing walmart was on the way home.

It was so easy to oder online and pick up my purchases at the store. I did not have to wait at the service desk for more that 15 seconds, it was fabulous!

Target was my first job. Its bright, clean, and has great quality merchandise that is relatively inexpessive. I love going there and browsing because I always find unique gifts and special finds for my husband, children, friends, and even myself.

We need to keep places like Target open because Walmart Super Centers, not the Food Marts, replaced their employee with self checkout. Making you do the work. Target is Clean and a much better pleasant atmosphere. Plus Target has employees, meaning real human beings that will check you out. My only suggestion for Target is to offer a larger selection of Food Items and more electronics.
