Whenever I buy flowers, I like to shop from local florists. I find that the flowers and arrangements are better than when you get them from some online only vendor. When the person you want to send flowers to isnt local, buying from a local florist becomes tricky. How do you ensure quality? How do you know whether you are getting the right arrangement at the right price? We all know that not everything is as it appears on the internet.My Mother is celebrating a milestone birthday. We are both taking quarantine pretty seriously and will not be spending her birthday together. I was very lucky to stumble upon (352)flowers. My call was answered by Nancy and she walked me through the ordering process. She made valuable suggestions and even helped me to write the card.The only issue was that the delivery did not arrive until late afternoon/early evening. I was not expecting that. Unfortunately, as a result, my Mom wasnt home during delivery. The upside is that the arrangement did not disappoint. I have once again secured my spot as the favorite son. Id give this experience a 4.5 stars and would use them again.
Bad Experience with this florist. She even not listen to you properly. She deals her customer with the rude attitude. The service is slow. Not even slow but it is very very low. Have not a good experience.

Absolutely the worst birthday bouquet. My boyfriend ordered the dancing banquet for my birthday when it came in it came in through flower house three and the face was not the same the flowers were very poorly put together the customer service rep was rude do not order for them this company.
I am so happy with this florist. I highly recommend them . The flowers were beautiful & delivered on time. My daughter-in-law absolutely loved them, the stuffed bear, balloons, & candy . I used google to find a local florist to send flowers to my in-laws in Weeki Wachee, FL. I saw 352flowers and saw they had great ratings. The website was easy to use, the selection was great, and order and checkout very easy. It was New Years Eve and I ordered around 11:30 am, and the flowers were delivered to my inlaws around 1:30 pm the same day, a holiday! Theyre beautiful! Im very happy and impressed.

I placed flowers for my mother-in-law to be delivered after Mothers Day and the flowers that she received was nothing close to what I had ordered it looked like a child went into a field and cut some wildflowers and stuck them in a vase very very disappointed. Not one flower that I had purchased was in the vase that was delivered.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. After placing an order on Friday 5/10/2019 for Mother’s Day and receiving the order confirmation and my credit card was charged.I received a phone call saying the order would not be filled or delivered in time for Mother’s Day. Even though the website clearly showed that I could still have my delivery. When I returned their call regarding the message the representative was extremely rude and hung up on me. I then received an email from this company stating my refund was being processed by Telaflora, upon calling Telaflora to inquire about my money, they state they have no information regarding said order. My advice to any prospective customers is to run far and fast from these folks, total sham. God only knows if I’ll ever see that money again. Reporting to Better Business Bureau!
