I went today and found my prom dress! It usually takes me multiple stores and days to find dresses I like, but I found at least 5 I LOVED today. They have an amazing selection that made me wish I had 10 more events that I needed dresses for! I wish I would’ve came here for my homecoming dress! Brittany was so kind and patient with me ! She was also beyond helpful and gave honest opinions. The store was clean, spacious, and full of great people & dresses.

I rarely give poor reviews but the experience here was exceptionally bad. My daughter was measured ( inaccurately) and we were pointed to her size with no further instructions from the young staff person. We picked a few dresses to try ( which ended up all too big) and I took my daughter into the dressing room.A frantic and rude woman then demanded to know who was in the dressing room and who was helping us. Taken aback, I said I am her mother. I was told I was not allowed to touch the dresses only a staff person could assist with changing and we needed to wait because they were all busy.I said, well if thats the case that should have been explained to me instead of your staff person showing us our size and disappearing.My daughter was re-measured and she selected some new dresses in the correct size and another young staff person who seemed like she hated her job and had somewhere else she would rather be, began helping us.I made some comments to my daughter directly that I didnt think the quality of the dresses they offered justified the prices they were asking because none of the tops had any boning in them and they were not fitting snug, straight and smooth through the waist and chest like they should. They had no structure and wrinkled and folded vertically even though they were the correct size.The sales person proceeded to have an argument with me that the dresses were designer and thats how they were supposed to be and that they just needed to be taken in and she grabbed at the waist to pull it tighter but it was obvious no amount of taking in horizontally would fix a vertical lack of support.After much back and forth with someone who was under the age of 18 and rude who obviously knew nothing about high end dress construction and whos opinion was never asked for, we left and went to the formal shop in Columbia.Night and Day difference. The staff there was friendly, polite and excited to help. The dresses were much better quality, and more diverse in styles and colors. They actually had boning and lining and proper structure, and the prices were lower on much better items. Skip Spring Hill all together and just go to Columbia or Nashville.

Spring Hill formals provided exceptional service and they had a wonderful selection. We had been to the standard places and there was no selection but here we had so many dresses to try and our wonderful sales assistant, Mary Elise, was so patient, provided helpful input, and helped us for every single dress. We left with the perfect prom dress!

We were prom dress shopping for my daughter. We had an appt and they were friendly as soon as we walked thru the door. Out stylist, Julia, was very attentive and sweet. The dresses were super organized by size and colors- HUGE PLUS and such a variety to choose from. It was overall a wonderful experience and my daughter found the perfect dress for her as well. Took my daughter here for her senior prom dress. The assistant julia was amazing. She was helpful and incredibly patient while my daughter tried on dresses. At no time did she feel rushed or pushed to make a decision on a dress. We got a beautiful dress at an incredible price that fit our budget. The place for prom dresses!We went everywhere in Nashville and were so underwhelmed at all the “it” stores and left without hardly trying anything on. Went to Spring Hills and were greeted by Marley who was fabulous right out of the gate!She waited on my twin daughters with such professionalism and eagerly tried to find the perfect dress for each girl. Many excellent suggestions were offered due to her knowledge of stock, and I was so impressed with this young lady’s solicitous manner.Excellent selection in all sizes, fair prices, and the service is unmatched anywhere!

This place is not worth going to... the girls working there are very pushy and they start measuring soon as you walk inthendoir and didnt even give us a chance to look at the dresses before they came up and asked if we found anything (duh) and way too expensive, there are better and more beautiful dresses elsewhere for so much cheaper.

The girl helping me try on prom dresses kept yelling across the room “she needs a bigger size” “I don’t even want to try to put this on you” “you’re too big” “we need a bigger size cause you’re just too big”. Um okay? Just get another size, don’t yell it across the room. I almost just got my stuff and left. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I went to Springhill formals yesterday and had the absolute best experience. I was helped by Kaleigh who was sooooo sweet and helped me out a lot. All of the girls working there were super nice and helpful. Everything is very organized and clean, and they help you zip up the dresses which I find extremely helpful. When I came in I showed them a dress they had on their website asking if they had it, and they did, not to mention it fit me perfectly and ended up being the dress I purchased. Also the dresses are fairly priced, my dress was on sale so I purchased it for $276. Everyone there is so nice and I love how the workers are around the age of highschoolers (some are in highschool) which helps them be able to connect to the girls coming in to help them find what they want. I had an amazing experience and will be back next year for prom season again. I highly recommend coming here!!!

I was looking for a dress for my granddaughter for home coming at school very polite and helpful told Lisa the owner what color and length had quite a few to choose from came back later and left with the first one she tried on very pretty Thank you LIsa the only thing we need now is the shoes and hopefully bring home the title of queen

We rented the suits for the wedding and got them (Michael) to DJ the wedding. We will NEVER recommended them for either the suits or the DJ. The father of the bride shoes just tore right in half before the reception even started and one of the groomsman pants was the wrong color. The DJ (Michael) said he would feel the crowd and keep them dancing and up beat and he absolutely did not do that. He didnt listen to the brides requests. He wouldnt skip a song. He was very rude to the bride and the brides family. I was super disappointed in his DJing and formal wear. It was very unprofessional and very disappointing. And to top it off at the end of the wedding my dad (father of the bride) went to pay and they didnt specify he couldnt take cards so he told my dad (father of the bride) he has 20 minutes to find another form of payment!! I was shocked. Please make sure you choose the right places for such a special day. -Miranda sister of the bride.

All I can say is beware of their return policy. They want it back immediately. The prom was on Saturday night, they wanted their item back on Sunday. $10.00 per day after that. Unyielding and rigid about it. Not very customer friendly in regards to it.

It was good but took in grandson who never wore a tux before and when lady asked how he was doing he said he was having issues tying tie, she said its a clip on we will do it, then right there in front of me rolls her eyes and laughs about it,. Now that was rude
