We are building a new house, I was so overwhelmed with all the choices of tiles for floring bathrooms and bellybands. I worked with Belinda and she was simply amazing! I honestly dont know what I would of done without her. she truly helped me narrow down my selection and choose what I had invisioned. Picking out my tiles was truly a a weight on my shoulders that Belinda took off of me. I highly recommend using Proline Tile

We had a great experience at Pro-Line Tile and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase tile. They have a huge selection and a very helpful and friendly staff which made our experience fun and stress free. We ordered quite a bit of tile which included glass tile and were told the glass tile would take 7-10 business says to come in as it was a special order but it was there in 3 days. The rest of the tile was available immediately and looks absolutely beautiful in our home. Theres a reason they have been successful for such a long time in Hernando county and it shows.

I have been a customer of Pro Line for years and I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always assists me in picking out the perfect products for my home improvement projects! Michelle is wonderful and so helpful!

I purchased tile to do a back splash . Also, I ordered a large decorative tile for an accent piece and when I picked up my tile order I was given 4 large decorative tiles instead of just one. I drove back to spring hill and let the sales girl know that something was not right with this order. Gary saw what happened and thanked me for being honest and bringing back the 3 other large decorative tiles. Gary had all the measurements for my back splash, but he messed up and I was short on bull nose tile. I went back to the store to get more and was told it was a special order and it would take a week to maybe two weeks to get it. Also, I only needed 2 pieces of 2x6 tile and they told me I would have to pay a $70.00 freight charge. I told them no way I would pay that for a $5.00 piece of tile. Then Michelle, the sales girl suggested they call a place in Tampa to see if they had something that was very close to what I needed, and they did have it. I ordered 4 pieces and was told they were having it shipped out metro delivery...for it to arrive by Thursday. I told her I would go pick it up myself, but she said I would not be able to do that because they dont sell directly to the public. The order was a little over $14.00 ( most of it because of a $10.00 freight charge.) I feel that I should not have been charge... they were the ones who messed up in the first place, and also I returned the three large decorative tiles that I was given by mistake. Anyhow, I ordered it on Monday. It never came and I was not called either. I had to keep calling pro line to ask what the status was. It finally arrived on Saturday, however my contractor was working on my job Wednesday, Thursday, and part of Friday. I told them that when I ordered the tile. Now I have to wait until the contractor can fit me in again. I was not happy at all with the lack of customer service from pro line tile. The staff were always very nice and never rude, however there is such a lack of communication and I was very upset with how this was handled.

Great Professional Sales, and Staff people!

I am very impressed. The store has very hard to find tiles for pools. Specifically the cap tile for repairing pools. They keep it in stock and it is affordable. They have tons of other selections for flooring, tile, backsplashes, etc. Excellent choices. The service was very good and they were super helpful. We were able to get tile extra early in Saturday beginning at 7:30am from the side entrance. We returned a few unused pieces with no problem. We had a very good experience. The shop was also very clean and most things are very easy to find. I didnt realize it was even there being newer to area and we were very glad we found it.

The most friendly family operates this tile store for a long time and has a beautiful showroom featuring the latest styles of wall and floor tile and accent decor. A MUST VISIT if remodeling a single room or entire home. No order or request too large or too small for these folks!!

We would highly recommend Pro Line for your tile needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with the right choice of tile for our home. We were a bit overwhelmed with all of the tile to choose from and Belinda spent the time with us and came up great suggestions that met our needs. We left there feeling good about the tile we choose.

Bryan Durbin, dont know you from Adam, but before you post a negative review. You may want to check with your contractor and SEE his paid invoice before you slam Pro-line. Gary and the entire staff are always helpful and bend over backwards to help ALL of their customers. Contractors and retail will always get their best. If they dont have it, they will do their best to get what you need. They will not order, pay for and try to sell later any special order, that is how they stay in business and how their customer service is always above and beyond.

Ive been here 2x, two different associates, both ladies were very helpful. They lent samples on both occasions which must be brought back within a week. They have lots of tiles to choose from.

Weve had a terrible experience here. We moved down to Spring Hill less than 2 years ago and have nearly redone every aspect of the house we bought, including the pool, and we have never had a more difficult or unpleasant experience.First of all, we were told to make sure we picked out tiles 2 weeks before the job started to assure they had them in or could get them in so we went in and placed the order 2 1/2 weeks before the job started. The day the job was scheduled to start, the guys came to start the pool demo and mid-demo found out that the tiles were not ordered when they were supposed to be. They never once called us or the contractor to let anyone know about the mix up. We understand that accidents happen, but the lack, or absence of communication is unacceptable to me.So now we have a drained and partially demoed pool and no tiles. We go in as instructed to start the process over just to find out that now the tiles are another 2 weeks away from arriving AND the cap tiles we originally selected havent even been available since Oct, but they still allowed us to select and order them. Again, no communication the entire time. I ask for a discount for the hassle and the owner says Ill see what I can do, and Ill tell your contractor so he can tell you. He clearly does not want any communication with his customers, and to top it off, the contractor never did hear about a discount...But it doesnt end there, fast forward 3 weeks to now (not 2 like he said) when the tiles and new cap tiles arrive and we schedule the job again. The contractors show up to lay out the tiles and we asked if it were possible to purchase another box of the tiles so we have some variety, the owner tells our contractor we can come in to purchase them so we go in. When we get there, they would not allow us to buy the box of tiles, and on top of that, the wife of the owner was very rude and talked to us like all of the issues weve had with them were our fault.We are mid-job and are actively seeking out ANY other company that sells tiles that are at least close to the ones we chose so we do not have to deal with this company anymore. Everyone from Gary the owner, to the wife, to the sales person have been terrible to work with.If you expect any level of customer service or respect, Id strongly suggest going a different route. If I could give zero stars I would.
