I went looking for a pretty night gown but everything they had was ugly and old fashioned and you would have thought we were up north looking for something because it seemed to be all at fleece and flannel. But unfortunately it looks like thats the way it is anywhere you go. How are you supposed to get your husband interested when youre wearing something like that LOL. They did have a lot of stuff on clearance but it wasnt what I was looking for.

Store is very familiar to every other JCPenney. Everything was well stocked and the aisles were clear. Was extremely surprised by how warm and friendly the whole staff seem to be. As a mom of four boys, shopping for school clothes, it was nice to feel welcome to be there and shop.Plus super convenient not being attached/inside a mall.

Sandra in fine jewelry was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable about not only the jewelry, but also other departments!

If youre looking for business casual attire youre able to find it here they have from small sizes to plus size and the quality of their clothing is good. This is where I buy my business casual clothing for work. They have a great selection in clothes! I found this out after I went to a couple of other stores and I didnt come across much out here.

Paula in the fine jewelry department was nothing short of AMAZING. She was very patient, knowledgeable, great personality and helped us find rings for our wedding, sent them to be sized and got them back 2 days before she said they would be back!!! The whole staff is great but PAULA will definitely be my go to for ALL my jewelry needs from now on!

Good selection of back to school clothes for this teacher. The shoe selection was kind of sad. The extra 25% off coupon helped even if the app wasnt working properly.

What a fantastic store and what a fantastic experience we had today with James in menswear! I he was very experienced and very helpful… We guess we both thought the days of having somebody help you get fitted for a suit were over at department stores like this. Apparently not. James was so helpful he definitely had good advice on the suit jacket and pants and was very helpful as far as making sure my husband got exactly what he needed. We just feel like everybody in that store was very helpful and We enjoyed it there. Please I hope this store stays open!

I hadnt been to JCPenneys for probably more than 15 years. But I was in the shopping complex for another store. My kid needed some shorts so I gave it a go. The selection was actually much better than many of the other stores that I frequent. Prices were reasonable when on sale and an additional online coupon dropped the total even more. I ended up buying a bunch of clothes for my kid and me and also received some top notch help from one of the associates. I took off one star because the other two associates that I had contact with were less than stellar. One was uninterested and the other was plain unhelpful and wrong with the info she provided. Luckily, the last person to assist me was the one who went above and beyond, so she saved the experience in a big way.

Emily the cashier treated the the mother and daughter in front of me not great at all. She seemed new but i work retail and i was MORTIFIED. She apologized to everyone except for the customers she was dealing with. Didn’t seem to know the correct information regarding sales and coupons. Did not offer once to get the manager (even when the mother asked), just for price checks. She only seemed to care that the store was closing in 10 minutes and that the customers paid full price. It didn’t even happen to me and I felt mad for the mother and daughter. I’ve called the corporate line and I will be calling the store manager tomorrow morning. Like I said, I’ve been the new girl in retail not knowing the answers to questions, and not once have I ever treated a customer that way. To add, the mother and daughter were NEVER rude to anyone in the store including Emily even though they were clearly mad.

It is excruciatingly long to just get checked out for one item. Between the cashiers visiting and talking to each other and carrying lengthy conversations with each customer, it almost makes you forget about the lack of merchandise in the store.

Had a hard time finding the size and style he needed for Levis jeans. We bought 3 Levis shorts and 3 Levis jeans, and go figure NO coupon worked for what we bought and we spent almost $300.

I am extremely satisfied with my recent visit to the Home department. I needed new window treatments. I called the store and spoke with Judy. After speaking with her, I felt comfortable going into the store. Masks are mandatory for everyone, hand sanitizer is available and check out lanes/changing room lines are clearly marked. I was very pleased with the selection and value of window treatments. Judy was attentive and made me feel like a valued customer. She also helped me decide what would work the best for me. If you need window treatments, call Judy!

Pricey! My husband bought Docker shorts. They were $60. Bealls had the same exact shorts for less than half that price, plus Bealls offer senior discount. Was not happy with selection at Penneys in the womens department. Doubt that we will ever return.

Love JCPenney’s, cute clothes and shoes for women, children, men, and for the elders. And the Sephora😱😱😱 ugh so nice. They definitely have a little bit of everything which is appreciated, but one thing I will say they are a little unorganized.

The employees was very rude and basically accused me of stealing ( which it was a Redskins sweeter that you dont even sell.) The advertising on the clothes was very deceptive. The tag said 5.99 but it wasnt even for the clothes under the tag. And the print was so small you couldnt even see it.

Need to be able to try on clothes. If hospitals can have a curtain between two people and thats good then why is Pennys afraid to do it . Hang a sign, enter at your own risk if it makes you feel better. The CDC has been wrong about alot of the information they have given. You are gonna loose your customers coming to the stores if this keeps up.
