I shop all the Gamestops in the area once a month. Have found some good finds at this location. Friendly staff.

I was able to nerd out for a bit with one of the workers. Shebwas super friendly and answered all my questions. Gave me great suggestions on where to go for things I am looking for.Good selection of games.

Very helpful staff. I called ahead to see if they had what I needed. The lady I spoke to said yes but only 2 left. I hurried down to make sure I got what I needed before it was sold out.Then asked a few questions about some other things I needed for my kids, she was able to give me all the information I needed to make my decision on what to buy.My power up rewards card had expired a couple months before so the game informer magazine had stopped arriving. She was able to reactivate my account and gave me the last 2 months magazines to take with me.Very pleased with the entire experience.

I came into the store to look for a specific funko pop for my son, and I had already been to a few stores looking without any luck. But when I arrived the nice young lady behind the counter offered to look it up for me, she found out they had the one I wanted in Franklin and since another clerk had to go that way he grabbed it for me and held it at this store until I could come by and get it! They went above and beyond which I really appreciate! My 7 year old is going to be so excited on Christmas! Keep up the great work you guys!

Great place to buy used games. Just dont take anything in to trade or sell. They dont pay hardly anything for trade in or to buy items. You think they would at least give a fair price on trade.......

Great store, awesome staff, decent prices, not the greatest selection in the world for games, mostly used. But other than that, it’s a great store. They do have a lot of accessories that’ll help any gamer.

Went in to buy an android controller for fortnite. The associate that helped me ensured me that it would work with fortnite. I shouldve done research on it because there is no controller that works. He was basically telling me what I needed to hear to rush me out because the store was closing.

No ps4 in store for sale.the 6 they had were sold before the doors opend.so that means black Friday ad was misleading leading.

Wow what a terrible experience i had today at the spring hill gamestop, i love games but i cant handle the ignorance of Mrs.Erin what an attitude with this ine, you better know exactly what your looking for or you might ruin her day. I dont want to but anything from anyone that is looking at me like an inconvenience.

Good selection, above average staff. Never had an issue that wasnt taken care of in that visit.

The lady working there today around 1200 had a attitude and was short and snappy.

The only thing I dont like is that they wont price match new games when its on sale at other stores.

Awesome staff, wont find any others better. The level of customer service and willingness to do good is several levels above Gamestop I have visited in other states.
