Nice to see GameStop is still standing. Great knowledgeable staff on site. Great selection of games and nice deals on collectables. Picked up great deals on Funko Pops that where still on the shelves worth more than being sold for. Gamestop seems to have something for everyone.

Store manager is just the most dreadful human being to deal with . Walk in to the store with my wife and daughter to be “ greeted “ by the manager and his girlfriend who is visiting . After my daughter made her selections we bring them up to the counter to be told “ I don’t think I have these, I just sold the last ones a few hours ago .” I should have guessed that seeing as how the boxes for sale are on the shelf . Then just dead silence at the counter till he just looks back to the conversation he is having with the girlfriend. I went to Best Buy behind the store and bought the same games for more money just to spite GameStop . It’s hard to imagine with this type of service how they are in the shape they’re in . Please fix this store to make it a place people actually wanna shop in again I for one will never set foot in that store as long as that management team is there . If I could give negative stars I would .

Walked into pick up my copy of Call of Duty Modern Warfare that I reserved months ago and totally forgot I did. The store was neat and tidy, really easy to grab and go If you knew what you were purchasing. Staff greeted me on the way in with eye contact which i personally appreciated. Picked up this beauty on the way out, OVERWATCH ULTIMATES! Very details collectable action figures. Makes a great addition to my collection. Happy Holidays Gamers!

I shop at this GameStop quite frequently and in my opinion it is the best game store in the area. The environment is very welcoming and everyone is knowledgeable on all things gaming. The service is fast and always friendly with a truly professional group running the helm...why would you go anywhere else?

Horrible customer service, attempted to return an item I purchased online and was within the timeframe and policy and the associate Austin told me that since I bought it online that I would have to send it back myself?? Showed the uneducated associate of their own policy,the policy on their corporate website stating that online merchandise CAN be returned to any gamestop location then he states the manager said we cant do it, its managers discretion, really?! stop making up your own policies and follow your companys policies and procedures as you are getting paid to do so, nonetheless I contacted the corporate office on site and the customer service agent instructed the associate Austin to COMPLETE the return 😀, truly dont understand why they made it so complicated and wasted time, for what!? The agent made him do it anyways, unreal...

DONT waste your time here. I give 1 star because I paid TWENTY DOLLARS for a game. It was a code to download minecraft. Well, THEY DIDNT CHECK THE TITLE OF THE GAME. They said it was xbox one edition, but i put in the *NON REFUNFABLE* code and it was BEDROCK EDITION. CHECK WHICH GAME IT IS BEFORE YOU SELL IT!

This place is all right if you own a newer gaming system. However no retro games and not a huge selection.

Super rude employee (big Hispanic guy) then asked for his name and store number to call corporate he gave me a fake name and wouldnt tell me the store number slow enough to understand it!

Ive only been here once and that was for a Christmas gift for my son. They had what I needed & it was even on sale, cheaper than the other stores. In & out, thanks to them being knowledgeable & me calling ahead of time.Ill definitely be back for more games, new & used.

This is a nice store and the employees are friendly and helpful but this store has a dated layout. I wish they could remodel it and reorganize where everything is. Its a open layout but it feels very dated. The prices are very fair and even when its busy Im in and out fast.

Daughter bought a used Game Boy 2DXL. It didnt work. They exchanged items with out question. Super friendly staff.

Went in to kill some time while family was at AT&T next door and the staff was super polite. They pointed out some specials and told me about saving even more off clearance products. Ended up spending around $30 and got some really cool stuff. Definitely will go back to buy more !

This is the only GameStop I have been to that I have walked away from satisfied. Only complaint is that the selection could have been better. Over all, very pleased.

I was surprised that yes the rest of these reviews are accurate. I was also assisted by Richard over the phone. I was simply calling to inquire about a Pop! Bobble head toy that was proving difficult to find during the holiday season. I was told by another store that this location had what I was looking for. When I called after the 7th attempt at 12 noon on a Wednesday my call was finally picked up. Richard answered the phone with a simple Hello this is Richard. I asked for what I wanted and he told me he didnt think they had it. I asked if he would mind looking, and his response was that there was no need because he was sure it wasnt there even though I was told by another store they had it in their inventory. Maybe they didnt have it. Maybe he knew for sure. But he didnt look it up in the computer, he was short, and rude about the whole situation and seemed as if he couldnt be bothered w my questions. In short, believe what you read here, this store is terrible in customer service and this joker Richard who is running the place is a really rude, douche-bag who feels as if he cant be bothered with simple questions or anyone who asks him to do his job.

Bought a Nintendo switch and some accessories a couple days before Christmas. When my girlfriend opened the screen protector it was already cracked. Took it back the day after Christmas and the manager could care less. Told me I had to send it back to the company even though it was sold me to me broken! And the warranty says GameStop is authorized to replace it! Go to Walmart or target for any gaming needs. Place is a rip off and will go out of business soon hopefully.

There employees dont know there own return policy, there is an employee by the name of Alexia who treated me very rudly and even cussed my wife out because we were simply trying to return merchandise that had only been purchased no more than 15 days and was new and unopened. Not to mention it took 2 hours to get ahold of corporate who did not even have the decency to follow up with me on the incident. I will never do business with game stop because of the lack of respect or car for their customers and there lack of customer service. Not even the store manager followed up or anything.

Want knowledgable people to tell you anything about video games? This is that place to go. The preowned games selection is fairly priced and the staff knows a lot about video games usually. Sometimes they slip up but no one is perfect. But the streak notmally left on me is one that gives them a 5 star bonus. The perks card is a good csrd and the point system can get you some good stuff!

The store has lots of video games new and pre-owned to be purchased. While the selection of games is vast the prices are also quite high especially for pre-owned games. In fact sometimes the pre-owned games are more expensive than what you could buy them for new either here or at other places such as Walmart and Target and Best Buy.

Horrible phone ethics. Horrible in-store customer service. Horrible coordination between corporate offices and local stores, dont waist your time with an issue, 5hese little stores have no power to do anything without asking corporate. Also, corporate offices will never answer the phone so your issue will never get solved.
