The young lady checking us out has a great personality and was very helpful with some tips for ordering photos. Actually a pleasant CVS rock star employee. Will use this store as my photo pickup location. The pharmacy is NOT efficient and friendly like the check out in the front of the store....will not use yhe pharmacy.

BEYOND dissatisfied. My prescription was out of stock, but rather than a call, text, or email I was treated extremely poorly by the drive thru technician. She had a awful attitude and acted like I was wasting her time. “I can’t hear you” over and over “you don’t have a prescription” “it’ll take 15 minutes to fill” came back 15 minutes later “you absolutely got a text saying we are out of stock and won’t have it until Tuesday and you can’t go anywhere else for it tonight because we are the only CVS open right now” never got a text and should have received one A LOT sooner then when I’m physically there waiting for you to fill something that you clearly couldn’t fill to begin with or at all. Never going here again. Not to mention, the drive through is so small and run down.
This store is always busy. They have 1 lane for picking up drug orders and 1lane for dropping off new prescriptions. The same lone clerk mans them both. The pick up line can be incredibly long at times which interferes with cars trying to park to go in the store. Going inside to pick up prescriptions usually means waiting in a long line too. Front of store is OK. A little pricey so unless theres a really good sale, I get those kinds of things elsewhere.
First time using this Pharmacy. I called in completely confused and Eric, in the Pharmacy was so kind, so wonderful and helped me sort out everything I needed information about. I left the call with the thought wow! now that was great customer service!!!! Publix - step aside! lol.
The system was down. Not your fault. But then you sent me to another CVS saying I could get it there no problem knowing that since your system was down they too would not be able to help me. Thanks for wasting my time.
Always fast and efficient when I pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacist will take time to answer any questions. Very professional and kind employees and management.
I love my CVS. The pharmacy staff is awesome. The doctors dont sent in refills as they should... CVS is prompt and to the point. All staff of CVS are great. Very helpful and really cares about their job. Only bad is they need more help at drive-thru cause it really gets backed up
The tanned middle age lady with dark hair in the pharmacy at 11115 Spring Hill Dr needs to take people skill lessons. Somewhat rude and unfit for the a people job she has.I dont understand why people just cant be nice.
Ive kept going to this location because its the closest 24hr. Every single time I have a script sent in they mess it up. 2 weeks ago I recieved 30 pills of the 60 on the script, they finally did a count after a week of my request and were over 30 pills exactly. They run the wrong insurance and when theres any issues they let it sit there without resolution and have instructed me to call every single time my scripts are sent in and tell them how to correctly fill my medication. Theres no place that has made me more furious. Save yourself.
Went into the store on 5/7/2021 Dr.sent in to fill a prescription for 90 days. When I got to the store it was filled for 30 days. I asked that it be filled for filled for the 90 days and was told they did not have enough to fill for 90 and I could pick it up on Monday when they had enough. Received a text on 5/08/2021 saying prescription again was ready for pick. Went in to the store again and it was only filled for 30 days and the text system is incorrect. Called on Monday 5/10/2021 asking if medication came in. Was informed that medication for the day would be in after 4. Then was told that my insurance company would only approve a 30 day supply, Asked to speak with a pharmacist and was rudely told it wouldnt make a difference if I spoke to a pharmacist or not.After I checked the website It was known on 5/6/2021 that the prescription could only be filled for 30 days.. Why was I given such a run around? When I asked to speak with a pharmacist I should not have been treated so rudely by the Tech. Who also stated she wasnt on over the weekend in a snotty tone. Very disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to. Stacey Erwine.

Waited on hold on the phone to see if our prescription from surgery was ready for pickup. Fourty minutes later still on hold to ask this question, arrived at the pharmacy with the phone still waiting to be answered, was told I am sorry sir, would you like me to answer it now. The store was not busy. Went home and called management, They said sorry. Horrible customer service.
Always helpful and always puts the seasonal stuff out for 40 to 75% off almost immediately.

Unfortunately I cant give them a negative 5 stars. The pharmacy at this CVS has the most rude and inpatient staff I have ever had to deal with. Donna in the pharmacy is so rude and has absolutely no patience for any kind of questions or concerns from the patient, its really sad actually. NEWS FLASH DONNA if you hate your job then move on, you shouldnt be working with elderly or sick people if thats your attitude toward the patients.

I switched here from the Hudson location and to be honest I’m ready to go back. They take absolutely forever. There is always a problem here. Said meds are ready and they never are or need a consent form but don’t tell you. I’m miss the Hudson location I could walk in and they knew who I was and knew what I was here for I’m in and out . If something ever needed to be filled while I’m there 5mins tops if that. That place is on point this place sucks.
Absolutely the worst CVS in Florida. The pharmacy staff here needs to all be fired and rehire new ones. Whomever the pharmacist is here that runs the operation is costing CVS business. Month after month the past few months Ive been shorted on Meds and no longer will continue to do so. Im pulling all of my meds, wifes, mothers and will make sure to be as loud as I can about this. If you cant do your job quit then! 2 weeks youve had this prescription as the others in the past youve had. Better lobby for a better system like as in e transferring the prescription so you dont have outcomes like this.

Worst place in the intire world.
I get out of the hospital and needed my medications transferred here. I call the store and for a half hour I got no answer so I went to the store to find them in the back standing around doing nothing. I finally get my prescriptions transferred and they were supposed to call me when they were done. No call ever came almost 24 hours after I put the prescriptions in. This is a joke and I will be looking further into how to end the inappropriate actions of these people that don’t give a damn about anyone.
One of the Female Cashier was VERY RUDE! I was up to be next, she announced that the self check-out was available but I had a return so she began to remove the plastic shield (which is useless) how you expect to scan a 92 oz Tide bottle thru this??????!!!! AND sprays Lysol on the counters (which, now THANKYOU, I get migraines from chemicals) I put my return on the counter she says HOLD ON You are not wearing a mask! Meanwhile her mask is NOT covering her nose.... Another customer had been treated poorly by her as well, because as I was leaving, he was asking for this same cashiers name....I usually have no issues here, but getting very tired of chemicals being sprayed along with demeaning remarks!
So grateful for this 24hr cvs. As a healthcare worker with a long schedule it is hard to get to places before close anymore. Taya at the pharmacy took great care of me even though the pharmacy was super busy and short staffed she still took the time to pull up coupons and find the best price possible. Exceptional service, thank you!!!!
Shop here all the time and the service is so poor! No one around when you need them and the shelves are empty. This place needs professional management.

I love this branch of CVS . I was using a different competitor pharmacy ! I was ill back in January and had my scripts sent to this CVS because they are 24 hour and it was a late Friday night emergency ! My scripts were all filled within 15 min and they apologized for taking so long lol ! So I started moving all my families scripts to this pharmacy and am very pleased with my decision ! I have zero negative to say !
I went to the drive thru (I am very sick, which I why I need medicine). My first question was did my doctors office put the right thing through. (I had already got a text saying they were ready) he told me “no, do you want just two instead of 4” I said no I need to call them. He just walked away from me and went to another register. I called and got the script fixed and called him back over. I said they are fixing it, do you need me to pull around? “He said it will be at least 30 minutes I don’t even have the script yet” so I said to you want me to pull around? “He said rudely you can come in or go around around but you can’t wait here I’m on a timer”. So he could have spoken nicely and been way more helpful. If he is that angry and upset all day for 40 hours a week his quality of life is in jeopardy. He may need to consider another job.There are way too many other pharmacy and way to many other CVS pharmacy around for him to treat people this way. He needs to evaluate his job choice and maybe move on if he is this angry at work.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This is the CVS with worst customer service. The only nice employee is a young Spanish boy. They can never find my file on the first try. Every time I call them they say the Doctors office didnt send the prescription, when I know they send the prescription because they did it before I left their office. I switched to another pharmacy! IM DONE WITH CVS!!!
I love CVS! They are so fast at filling my scripts and they have excellent sales on clothes and toys! The only issue is their drive thru is super small and I have to push my mirrors in on my truck to go through it but if they widened their drive thru then they would be perfect!
I only shop here when its the middle of the night. I am very glad they are open 24 hours, very few places are these days around here. Also, the pharmacy staff is always nice when answering questions.
Terrible job. Called this location about a prescription transfer after telling them another location told me to call them because it was close to closing time. They didnt have the item in stock so I asked them if they were aware of any other options for me this late in the day. The person then proceeds to tell me to call the other pharmacy back. I told her they told me to call her location because they arent 24 hours, that it needed to be filled tonight (emergency situation) and she copped an attitude and told me no one could help me. As with all cvs pharmacies in the area, the staff has poor bedside manner.
Filled 2 scripts and they failed to inform that the two together could cause deadly reaction when i googled and called the guy stuttered and didnt speak and even put us on hold and than came back and said maybe the doctor filled them together because the benefits outweigh the risks..... eek! Not good. I would rather be informed than not know risks.....
They told me to leave because I coughed. But the whole reason I was going in there was to get Allegra D for my allergies. That was so rude. And by Allegra D I mean Allegra Deez nuts GOTTEEM
Was told they have no idea what insurance they accept and was told to have the doctor send them the prescription and find out. Looks like they do not service my bluecross blueshield plan. To add to this the rep at CVS while pulling up my daughters information inadvertently gave me the full name and date of birth of another patient. This is a HIPAA violation. Convenient location and open 24 hours!! Cheap milk every other week!! Pharmacy takes a long time just like all chain stores. I use an independent little pharmacy, Cortez Drugs, never have to wait there.
While thrilled that the pharmacy is open 24/7, waiting for over half an hour when the prescription had been filled long ago was crazy. How hard is it to say, Joe Schmoe, your prescription is ready! when they know you are right in the store waiting? Coming right from MedExpress, we would have liked to be home, not wandering around for no reason. We did not ask if it was ready. Ironically, we did not want to inconvenience them! As we milled about, 30-35 minutes later, a young girl asked my husband if he had been helped while the person who waited on us initially just stood there each time we walked by. Unreal. There sat our bag, which said, WAITING, right in top. Rude and disrespectful of patients time. Thankful that the youngest person there actual did her job.

There is NEVER enough staff here. I can never pick up, drop off or wait for my prescriptions in a timely manner. I am always there for a ridiculous amount of time. I am so happy my insurance switched over to Walgreens pharmacies now.

Went to the drive up to submit 4 prescriptions. My regular pharmacy is not open on Sunday so I opted to go to CVS. Mistake. I should have waited till tomorrow or gone to Walmart or Walgreens. The tech grabbed my script sheet out of the drawer never saying a word. I sat there for 8 minutes while she typed. Finally she acknowledged me and said ok hon, I will have these ready in 1 hour. Very unfriendly and not at all customer friendly. I will choose any option but CVS in the future. Apparently they do not train their employees to value customers nor do they stress the importance of custoner satisfaction. I much prefer spending my money with a business who values my patronage.
I wouldnt even give this location one star. The nighty manager Kimberly is a slow lazy individual. I was trying to get a interception transferred for my sick child because they did not have it in stock and after waiting 45 mins in hold on the phone I called back and spoke to the associate in the front of the store who talked to the manager who was I the pharmacy. The manager told her to transfer me back to the pharmacy and she would answer the phone. She did not. I was still in hold 45 mins later when I arrived at the store. There was only a couple people at the pharmacy. The manager was barely doing anything. The phone was still ringing off the hook and the front associate needed help but the manager did not answer the phone and refused to go to the front of the store to run a register, instead she just disappeared into the back of the pharmacy. Why, I dont know because she couldnt fill prescriptions and she at currently helping another customer. She was just plain and simply doing nothing. The pharmacist was as helpful as he could be and kind but there should be no reason why she couldnt be answering the phone or running a register. Im absolutely disgusted with this location. I had to drive a 45 minutes out of my way just to get a prescription transferred so that I could drive another hour in the opposite direction to pick it up while my sick child sat at home with a sitter waiting on me to return.
Store is ok for emergency purchases. I only use the pharmacy because it is required by my insurance. Do not use their mail order, if you can help it, as their incompetence seems intentional. Recently had to have my doctor submit pre aurhorization verification for an expensive medication which my wife had been on for several years. Wife had to go without for an entire month which obviously saved CVS hundreds. Eight phone calls later finally got approved. Bad situated which should have easily been avoided.
Not enough staff, there was once a Xanax pill in my Ambien. Lucky for you I have a prescription for that narcotic. Whoops! Big mistake! And for the love of anything please change the hold music! It is so stressful!

Came here at 1:00 am to get a prescription for my son who had just had emergency surgery at All Childrens in St. Pete. The tech said it would take an hour, and he was really busy. I was beyond tired from a long day at the ER and the hospital an hour away and he was rude and uncaring and would not help me or fill my order any faster, even though no one was in the store and my son was home, in pain and needed antibiotics. I will NEVER GO TO A CVS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the worst CVS Ive ever been to. Unfortunately my rx plan forces me to use a CVS or I would never fill a RX here. The lines are unacceptable. The phone wait times are unnavceptable.They really need to hire staff!! Its so painful to fill a rx.
Recently moved to Spring HIll after having a great CVS in Tampa. Been to this store in Spring HIll three times and each time there was a problem. Once the computer was down. Twice they didnt even have the prescribed med. They told me to return in three hours which I did and they said they would get the prescription in two more days.I think they should have called me to tell me rather than make a sick person go back three times.No one offered to call another store.Just terrible service.
