This is my neighborhood Walgreens, ever since I moved to spring hill I have gone to this Walgreens. So its been about 2 yrs now since Ive moved to this area. I have seen new cashiers in and out but always felt welcomes and that my business was wanted. UNTIL now the cashier in the morning time is extremely rude and makes me feel super uncomfortable and like my business is wanted, you all need to check your staff seriously. I wait until the afternoon once she is gone to feel comfortable to go shop in this store.

I called the pharmacy to ask about a script my Dr was supposed to call in for nausea. The pharmacist noticed it had been sent to another state. I needed that prescription so badly, I had covid and couldnt eat or keep anything down. She volunteered to call my doctor and get it straightened out for me and I had my meds a few hours later. Meant a lot to me that I didnt have to worry about that while so sick!

Im at the Walgreens drive-thru for 20 minutes and they still cant get the name right I dont know if shes a new young lady starting out but I think the timing is very bad when coming here for years and I never had this much problem Im still at Walgreens and the lady that was just taking care of me just left nowhere to be seen unbelievable oh I have to change pharmacy this is so wrong

Very poor service long wait lines (up to 50 mins in pickup line) and over 55 mins on phone UNACCEPTABLE.. Also have called 7 emailed corporate offices in Deerfield, Illinois. TO NO AVAIL! UNCARING AND INCOMPETENT!

Made an appointment for COVID test, email states to make sure to be on time, if late, you will lose your appointment slot, however, I arrived on time, 10 minutes early and was not see till 35 minutes after scheduled time. Pharmacy states results in 24- 72 hours. 76 hours have past, no results. I called the pharmacy and literally waited on hold for over 4 hours and my call was NEVER answered. Stayed on hold through 2 half hour dinner breaks. After 4.5 hours the pharmacy closes and never answered the call but continued to leave me on hold! Totally unacceptable! It doesnt even deserve 1 star.

The pharmacy is horrible. My script has been there for over a week. The day I can get it filled, it still takes over 2 hours to fill it...theres no reason for this...our friends had to wait over a week to get one filled as they were out.

Most experiences are ok here. Customer service is good, however having two employees standing out front smoking is not what I would recommend for a business. Prices are usually high, unless you catch a sale.

Ive been shopping here for years and never had a bad experience. Ive come to know the cashiers as I frequent the store because its so close to home.They are very friendly and I always enjoy the conversation during checkout.All of the stars go to the cashiers and other non pharmaceutical staff Ive interacted with.The pharmacy on the other hand, seems understaffed and a bit discombobulated.For example, I had to wait 15:47 for someone to actually answer the phone to request the transfer of my profile from my previous pharmacy and then waited over 20 minutes at the drive thru window because the dude was running all over the place and you could hear the conversations he had with the customers at the counter because he brought the inside phone/intercom with him.Thats concerning with regards to HIPAA and Patients Privacy.Although you cannot sue for HIPAA violations, I was advised to report all incidents to the Department of Health and Human Services in addition to the Florida Board of Pharmacy who can independently investigate and fine large sums of money when they find the allegations to be true.In other words, do not call the pharmacist, Walgreens or Walgreens Corporate to complain, let the aforementioned agencies take over so the investigation can be done independently and thoroughly.Each pharmacist and each tech has a license and should be held to accountability for their lack of competency, professionalism and care.Ultimately, I called back to cancel the transfer of my profile and that took over 10 minutes of hold time.I highly recommend Pine Brook Pharmacy as they pick up the phone right away and are very attentive to their patients needs and have a much better understanding of how to provide exceptional customer service!!Its worth driving the extra few miles!!!

Buy your pharmaceuticals somewhere else. Seems unethical with some of these non-competitive prices, that I guess they hope to suck out of their victims who dont research costs with other pharmacies. We are now saving hundreds even after insurance kicks in, by not using this pharmacy anymore, and we have good insurance. Do your research folks.

The pharmacist told me he couldn’t get the name brand of my medication and forced me to switch to generic. Now I’m suffering from side effects. Called back today after 6 weeks on this terrible medication and would not let the technician off the phone until he ordered the correct brand. If the pharmacist tells you your medicine isn’t available and you have to switch to the generic it’s a blatant lie. My name brand medicine could’ve been overnighted, he just didn’t care to put in the effort. Thanks Walgreens, I’ll be going back to Walmart.

The store is awseome, the staff r friendly and helpful. PHARMACY- the pharmacy is the issue, why? They r way under staff for the volume it services, most of the time you wait 30 min on average in that drive-thur. I noticed that only 1 member is working both the drive-thur and inside counter. Need more staff members and this place would be 4 stars

The pharmacy at this location use to be great but now, its a piece of trash. The attitudes of the staff and especially the pharmacist is a rude, arrogant, unfriendly, worthless staff! I am pulling my medications out of this store and going elsewhere (anywhere) will be better! At this rate you wont be in business long. What a waste!

I can’t enough how great and professional this location is. I decided to go to this location which is farther away than the Walgreens on 19 and Lake in the Wood location. There they are very rude, unprofessional and urge and recommend folks do as I have and started using this location. The staff are second to none. It took some time for me to get my scripts. At this location they worked on it and didn’t give up. Kept me updated. At the other place they could care less and pretty much said so. The female pharmacist at that location is rude and very unprofessional. Don’t mean to be rattling. Bottom line if not using this pharmacy do so. You will not be disappointed. They are great!

A person could die in line, trying to get meds in this place. Very slow, understaffed, and not friendly at all. I wasted 1-1/2 hrs waiting in lines...both inside and then the drive thru, then back inside... then in a fit of irritability, I came home with a headache and no meds. Never again. People...GO ELSEWHERE! This Walgreen store SUCKS!

Mismanaged. A guy gets his tamiflu prescription filled on the spot which caused another guy, who was waiting over an hour, to leave in frustration. Meanwhile, instead of waiting on me, the counter girl stood there and watched the pharmacist fill the tamiflu order. Really? Does common sense exist anywhere?

I am giving 5 stars because of an employee in this store who deserves a shout out! Her name is Jen. She was the only one working up front on Saturday when I was in the store. The store was busy and she was running back and fourth between the photo center and the counter. No one from the back came to help her and even though she was very busy running back and fourth, she was friendly and helpful.

The drive in pick up is HORRENDOUSLY slow! We were the 4th car in line, and waited in line for over half an hour for pick up. The attitude of the window person is not good at all Once there was a man who, after my giving him my name, proceeded to leaf through a notebook! They should have one person solely at the window for pickup, and not running around the store.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different Walgreens in this area. I probably go to Walgreens once a week and I am always happy with the customer service I received. I have never experienced such dissatisfaction! The cashier had a terrible attitude. She really is a terrible representation Of the customer service Walgreens delivers. There are plenty other locations in the spring Hill area. Choose one of those.

Transferred my sons albuteral prescription from Publix to here this afternoon because he’s running low on his albuteral and didn’t think he could make it all night(whenever Publix opened) without.Walgreens pharmacy said they’d call me in 2 hours when the prescription was ready. Well, they closed before the 2 hours and I had no idea.So, thanks for nothing Walgreens! I transferred the prescription to you so my son would have his meds for the night.Funny thing is, the girl actually told me they’d call me in 2 hours when it was ready...knowing damn well they’d be closed.These meds are for a four year old you frickin jerks!! What ever happened to honesty and compassion?

Walgreens doesnt take all medical insurances 👎 So we had to have a RX sent to publix. Pharmacists assistant kept insisting that we had blue select because we have (blue cross blue shield). No Matter what they still did not take our insurance. 👎 Will not deal with Walgreens any longer.

Rude condescending pharmacist! Sam called my husband, a cancer patient who was in the hospital at the time awaiting surg ery, to yell at him that he better start taking his Rx like they are prescribed!, and basically called him an addict. He didnt care that my husband WAS taking as prescribed for months (and we have tons of paperwork to prove it), but that it was an error in the Rx (3 pills a day is 90 pills for 30 days, not 60). The pain mgmt Dr is out of town, so Sam confirmed with the RECEPTIONIST the Rx was written for 60pills (duh...she read the copy they had in the file), so my husband is a liar and addict. He had my sick husband in tears (nurse wanted to grab phone from him...she is a witness), and his procedure had to be delayed until the next day.Best part? I have gone in person and online to complain....and have heard NOTHING!!!!! Walgreens doesnt care....and Sam needs to be taken down from that God complex of his. Shameful treatment by an individual and from the company itself. My daughter and nieces are teachers, and they are spreading the word to everyone about how their dad/uncle was treated and then ignored by this horrible store.
