I went by to purchase one hair product. This store had out promotions on another type of hair product for buy one get the other half off. I picked them up went to the cash register and they did not ring up correctly. The lady told me that they put them out in advance for the sale starting tomorrow. Walgreens just lost all of my businesses I’ll go somewhere else as they would not honor the sale price

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced. If you go through the drive through you better hope no one is in front of you or it’s taking at least 45min. And if you try to call ahead of time you sit on hold for at least 15min just to check and see if your prescription is ready yet. It’s worth the drive to go to CVS instead.

Waited almost 30 minutes on the pharmacy line. I was third in line and moved up 1 person in 30 minutes. The pharmacist is filling prescriptions and one other girl doing counter and window. HEY WALGREENS, step up your game plan! Not everyone is retired that can stand on your line an hour.....Some people work and dont have time to stand in line while two people take care of customers. By the way, 6 people behind me! I walked out leaving my prescriptions behind. I just dont have time for this unnecessary nonsense. HIRE MORE PHARMACY WORKERS FOR CHRIST SAKE!

If I could give less than one star I would. VERY unprofessional pharmacist which unfortunately makes the entire pharmacy look bad. I’m not getting into what my medical issues are, but they REALLY need to think about what us as patients go through and the anxiety they cause us to have each month just trying to fill our prescriptions. There REALLY needs to be a law in place that pharmacists should follow that protects us as patients when we try to fill our prescriptions each month. They make it much more difficult and the anxiety of having to deal with what they say or what they WANT us to do should NOT happen. We already go through enough and there should never be an issue with filling prescriptions when you legally have a valid prescription written for us for a reason.

I had a bad experience last Sunday November 8, 2020. The pharmacys staff gave the wrong medication for my husband. I went there to get an explanation and they treated me unfearly, called the manager and ask me to live from the drive tru. After that they call the police who obligated me to go inside the store, where they finally accepted their mistake.

Sounds like others agree with my experiences in the pharmacy. Every 4 weeks I DREAD having my RXs filled there. If you’re not in the drive thru expect to not be greeted for at least 10 minutes. I don’t know if they’re always short staffed or if the people are just slow...but usually they just let the phone ring. Today I called right in the middle of the day and the person said “please hold” then hung up on me.TWICE.If you’re unlucky enough to have the pharmacist wait on you...I’m really sorry. She acts as though she knows more than the Dr. I’m not asking for your opinion or your judgement. How about you just fill the RXs and keep every thing else to yourself. I have gotten a text that said they were ready, I show up 15 minutes later and it’s not ready. I’ve not gotten a text that it was ready and happened to go on the app that said it WAS ready. I didn’t realize the extent of how terrible the pharmacy was until I got a prescription filled at the Tampa location. They have no problem having a prescription ready in 10 to 15 minutes with a smile.If there were some kind of emergency I know not to drop it off and wait because knowing them it will be hours before they fill it.I literally have had anxiety all day knowing I have to go there tomorrow. I wish my insurance would cover CVS. If you don’t HAVE to go, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service by the pharmacist. Very rude when I had a question about some medicine. Pharmacy was short staffed and had a long wait. The lady at the desk did her best. No phones were being answered and the pharmacist couldnt find a prescription for someone in the drive through. All around very unprofessional.

Never answer phones, poor drive thru service. And they are poor with medicine refills and new medicine refills I fight with them constantly about things and they are just uneducated and untrained.

Even though I am forced to use CVS/Caremark for RX thru my old employer I do almost all other shopping at this Walgreens. Milk and Beer is always cheaper here than groceries. I get all my flu and other shots here too. Being on medicare most of these preventative shots are no charge to me. I have gotten them all with no side effects. Good people. I like the staff.

Pharmacy customer service is awful. Ive been calling all morning and the call is picked-up and immediately placed on hold without speaking to anyone. If youre that busy, hire more people!! At least have the courtesy to greet the caller.

I went in there crying because I was in so much pain, the blonde pharmacist told me it would be 30 minutes before my prescription was done which was understandable. She told me I would get a text when it’s ready, a little over an hour went by, I was in my bed crying I couldn’t take it anymore so I showed up. I never got my text it was ready and because of that I was crying in pain for a lot longer than I needed to be. I also gave her a good rx coupon that totaled to 10$ but the prescription was still 20$. Next time I would rather die than come here and this is the closest Walgreens to my house, I’ll drive to the farther Walgreens from now on.

Very poor management skills, very unprofessional. You dont look at your customers and say were closed theres nothing I can do because the power flickered off... The proper thing to do would have been to apologize and let us know that there was going to be a little wait before the computer is turned back on. You dont just look at everybody shrug your shoulders and say well theres nothing I can do store is closed

No concept of service. Although the pharmacy has my phone number, it does not notify me when they are out of a medication or if the medication needs a special authorizaation. When you go to pick it up, they inform you that you cant.

Manager does not how to TREAT clients or welcome them to the store, when they have a problem, instead received them with an attitude. As An American born and Retired Veteran, I find this very UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful even more as a Senior that I am. I even feel more insulted when a Hispanic allien mistreat us Latin people. This make me understand, why Trump want to get rid of them and mistake us Latin born citizens, because of their bad decisions. A Manager/ should be more open to resolve the problems of the clients in their community and not speak for the Corporation, because they do not one it and are not in a corporate positions. Apparently Walgreens does not train well their Managers on difusing any situation, to please their customer in their needs, treat them like you like to be treated and atract them to buy more from their store, instead of pushing them away in a non professional manner and like a bully. I hate to way it, but some women are not for to be Managers or Assistant Managers, specially without a College background, that I do posees as a Manager, but in a Criminal Justice field. I came there to get a refund, not to be mistreated as a minority, a Veteran and a Senior. Shame On You, Walgreens! Never see me there again and if in need, I rather go to CVS or another Walgreens out of the area. A return is a return, specially with a receipt and Item in new conditions.
