Yeah its okay store. You used to be able to get some good Bargains there. Not anymore. In fact a lot of things you can buy cheaper a lot of stores if youre careful and look. I watched one lady pick up a Christmas item for $189. It was only $139 at another store exact same thing. I just happened to look at the same item at another store.

Very disapointed big lots used to have some cool and odd ball things. Not any more. Same items you find everywhere else for the same prices but without the customer service or quality

Ordered a recliner rocker on line this has been the biggest mistake of my life!!! I am an elderly woman who is disabled needed a new recliner so I went on line and ordered a Lane rocker recliner I have been unhappy since I got it went through enough just trying to have it delivered (brought wrong item first time) but anyway the handle to recline back is so hard for a disabled woman to use I have had to call my neighbor to help me get out of!!! Never buying anything again from this business again!!!

Big lots is cheap prices on cheap stuff. Not to say the things they sell are bad. I have a recliner that I bought there from over 5 years ago where I sit everyday. Still works and comfortable. You can also find closeout odds and ends sometimes that you cant get anywhere.

A great store,especially love the variety of foods, lots of imported items at huge discount compared to regular grocery stores.

Everything they advertised they had in qty. Got everything I needed and more. It was not real busy at 10:00 in the morning, so I was in and out on less than am hour. Very pleased with my shopping experience. Every time I go to Big Lots I have a stressless shopping experience. It seems that whenever I go there, lately, things have gone well. The people that work there know the store inside and out. They are very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend Big Lots to anyone that cant handle the Walmart crowds.

Came looking for furniture which is not too bad for our family. Staff is helpful. Ended up with a great recliner that my dogs wont let me get on.

This is a nice big lots store.

Kristine was awesome. I was contemplating returning a mattress and I couldnt find the receipt. She did everything she could to help. She even convinced us to try other mattresses. I like Big lots. I just needed cheap reading glasses so I went into there and they had them. I didnt have time to shop around much as I normally do. They have a good variety of products to choose from and prices are mostly quite reasonable. It has plenty of free parking and handicap accessible. Goo place to shop for bargains.

Very dissatisfied today.Cashier very unfriendly. Didnt look at or acknowledge me. Then rang up my item for four dollars more than it was marked. Apparently price of item was increased in computer but not changed on pre printed product label. She re rang the item for the lesser price and called someone to the register. Told him to re mark all the items. Still didnt acknowledge me or offer any sort of explanation. She handed me receipt, no bag for item, never made eye contact. Item was overpriced to begin with and of poor quality. Wont he shopping there again.

The sheer distain the employees at this store have towards their customers is palpable. Amy (Supervisor) and Steve (Furniture) guy both have facial expressions that can rival pre-pubescent teenagers. Avoid this store at all costs, the one is brooksville has a much more friendly staff. The issue wasnt with any policy or reasoning it was entirely the attitude of the employees. It really makes you feel bad and pray for a better life for them. They manifest mannerisms of that of a middle aged person who hates their job and is there because it pays the bills. Maybe Im wrong and they love their jobs, however one can reasonably assume given their demeanor they did not see themselves as big lots employees as they were young lads with big hopes and dreams, and to that I would say. You live in the land of opportunities so dont settle and go get that dream job you wanted, rather then taking it out on people who are their to enjoy their shopping.

Big Lots locations used to be cluttered and kind of a mess. Ive gotten a lot better. This particular story is always well organized. The team is friendly. The only knock I have on Big Lots is that they dont always have what youre looking for even though they had it last week. But given the source their products its to be expected

I really like Big Lots. They have a great variety and great prices. What they dont have is enough staff on the floor. I purchased the Just Home Gray 7-Drawer Bin Rolling Storage Cart and I LOVE it!!! Easy to put together and looks awesome!

I hadnt shopped this store for a couple of years and went in to browse. I like Big Lots for the type of merchandise they stock: limited grocery items, household items, gardening items, gifts, and furniture. It can be a fun shopping experience. The prices are a mix between very reasonable and are you serious? I got a good deal on a plastic plant pot and some discounted Easter decorations.

Good sales, that is when I visit. Great place to buy discounted hair care products, kids toys, toiletries, quite a variety. Check for dates on food items, as this is a discount store. They also have new furniture and mattresses discounted. Items clearance often so check it out.

Nice selection of items from housewares, decorations for your house, furniture, pet supplies, Healthcare supplies, personal hygiene, and groceries. Its like you can go there for a variety of things that you need from buying a new bedroom set 2 buying a Christmas tree there are many options to choose from its like one stop shopping. Employees are really friendly and helpful and they even have a Big Lots loyalty card, Im not quite sure what the benefits are for having one and what you get because I havent filled out for one yet.
