I think the prices are very high and saw used and new items that could be bought for same or less at a retail store. Look up Goodwill pp, know what is actually helping pp and what the CEO is making! Outrageous

Used to be a fantastic place to get good, CLEAN, name brand clothes for my kids that were actually affordable. Not anymore! It’s no longer “good will” when middle America can hardly afford clothes/shoes here anymore than buying brand new. Name brands have gotten ridiculous and can actually find better prices when buying retail but you can still find some decent deals. Nothing like it used to be though…,GREED!

Huge place with great selection. Staff very friendly. My only criticism is nothing is sorted in any kind of way except pants, shorts, shirts,etc.. At least sort by size & or type. Like tank tops in one section ...not mixed with all other shirts. Found great deal s though!

The store is clean and the staff very helpful. What I dont like is that the $1.29 items, should be #1.00. and there are some very OVER PRICED articles.

This store is so clean and well organized that I felt like I was stepping into a Kmart out of the 1990s. The front counter lady was also sanitizing in between every customer, which made me feel good. Thank you Goodwill, for a great experience, once again.

No signs for colored tag of the day..my cashier was rude with no desire to be there.. somethings are OVER PRICED..IT IS GOODWILL STORE AFTER ALL...??? IVE BEEN TO NICER, BETTER ORGANIZED STORES,,BETTER SIGNAGE OF ITEMS, NICER STAFF, KINDA SLOPPY WITH THEIR DISPLAYS,,LONG LINES,, WASNT MY BEST GOODWILL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. ###DISAPPOINTED.

Always great finds. Thrifting is a family favorite activity and we come at least twice a month if not more.The store is very clean, lots of items. The staff are always nice.

The setup is great. There is a covered drop-off area and very helpful friendly people to help unload the car.

Have been shopping here for a while. I had a very discriminate experience today. I was with a friend shopping, I am a male and she is a female. Not that it should have mattered. But the short little lady told me I could not use the dressing room on the female side, and she told me several times to go over to the mens section. It has never been an issue until today but because I was wearing a mask that said queen and we were shopping in the womens section she decided I shouldnt be on that side of the store. It should not make a difference what I am buying as long as I am buying. But for some reason this old short Karen decided to make it her business what side of the store I shop in. I will not return there and would not recommend it to a dog!! I was not bothering anyone by being on that side of the store. But what do you expect from low rent employees who think they have authority..

Theres a sale going on right now where everything with a blue tag is half off. I got these two pair of shoes for 9.98 each when the price was originally 19.96.

I love our Spring Hill store. It is so clean and arranged well. You can always find a great bargain. So much more fun to find that one of a kind. Thank you to all the hard workers that do such a great job.

I probably come here once every 2 weeks. Is clean and has decent products.

Goodwill has some good deals and good finds but sometimes I question if it’s worth the trouble. Maybe I’m just unlucky but most times I walk in the store is super crowded and what could have been a 20 minute trip becomes an hour ordeal plus a long wait at checkout. Also they aren’t really reusable bag friendly and every time I come in with one they charge me for it even when I remind them it’s already mine (I recommend you leave yours in the car). Still I, and it seems the rest of the town, continue to shop here. They have a lot to choose from and it’s usually pretty good quality. Some of my favorite things have come from this store, like a small velvet painting of a crystal vase only $3. Staff is always helpful and the store is always clean, just wish it wasn’t always such a stressful trip.

Place is always clean and lots to chose from. I am a little surprised at how much they raised their prices after the new year. Some of the shirts you can find at walmart cheaper and they arent used! Staff is awesome tho and always helpful.

This Goodwill is a very large and fairly clean store. They seem to have a lot to choose from between clothing for all people and different household items. About one thing there the other day that I needed for only one day and didnt want to spend a fortune on. They happen to have it. However another couple things that I needed they didnt. One day I was in there and the line was about 35 people deep. Very hard to social distance with that many people in line. They seem to understaffed. When I ask someone on the floor for help to find something they just pointed me in a direction and said over there. I would not go here on the regular but in a pinch when I need something specific and dont want to pay too much I will check it out.

Got a sweet little haul. Staff were nice, but you could tell some of them were tired which I understand from working in retail for years. Like most of the Goodwills across the country they have the same old junk that no one wanted at Target or Walmart. I think I got lucky as it was a Monday and all I heard was the drop off bell going off lol. They also had these crazy beer steins from WoW too, but they were priced out of my brothers and I budget; I know my brother would like to get them so if theyre still theyre in the next month Im sure hell be getting them.

This Goodwill is a large and clean store with a lot of variety of nice clothing. The clothing is organized fairly well in sizes and easier to shop.

Bought a karaoke machine for my granddaughter for 10.00 told the lady there was no way of checking it to make sure it worked!!! and she said well our policy is no returns... Well got home checked it out AND GUESS WHAT!!! IT DOESNT WORK!!! So WARNING DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE THAT CANNOT BE TRIED FIRST. 🤬😡😤

I found some amazing Bargains today! Also the service was very pleasant and helpful, no one was rude and everyone seems happy to be there! I am still amazed that I found a really great pair of jeans and very lovely tops! What a pleasant place to be on a very hot day and what lovely things to find. I am so glad we made the stop!

I had a great experience at the donation center. Due to my business needs Im always dropping off donations at multiple places. The employee who attended me was courteous and informative.

Thay have most what you would need. Thay dont have a lot of furniture. Everyone is wearing a mask.

I love this store and only wish it were closer to me. They have an amazing selection of clothing and most all of it in great shape. The prices are wonderful, the staff is always helpful and friendly and the store remarkably clean for a thrift shop. A little of everything for everyone. Im not a big dress person but lately, due to the large inventory, Ive been broadening my attire to include dresses because they have sooo much and such a variety its easy to find clothing that matches every personality. Love this store!

Over the past few years this stores prices have SKY ROCKETED! Ive watched there prices go from $5 to - $500. They even comp their items out on eBay and sell their items based on the prices theyre seeing. Remember Goodwill.. YOU ARE A THRIFT STORE. You are not a Nordstroms Rack, Consignment Shop, or even a boutique. Work on your prices.

This store, like the other stores, are franchises. This particular store, I feel, have slightly higher prices than what Im use to in the other stores further north. They do carry a wider selection with clothes but their book selection sucks. Dont they have books around Florida. I do return to the store every time I am visiting Spring Hill though. I recommend you go there and enjoy the environment. The store is very clean and so is their merchandise.

I always love Goodwill to poke around and find some great deals. They have great stuff and I know they do very good things for the community. My only beef with Goodwill these days is that their prices have gone up and I feel like they could probably sell items for Less then what they are currently asking given that it is a charitable organization.

When I went here the options for the price was really great! They only sale things of great quality, too. The wait time was an issue with a little one with me. The cashier took a long time. Other than that, it was great!

This is a very nice Goodwill store. They have a. Nice variety of things. We have gone there for Halloween costumes as well as camping supplies. We have found random items for the house and for our outdoor activities. The prices are reasonable. They do not have a lot of junk in their inventory. It does depend on what you are looking for.

This is my favorite Goodwill store ever. They have very nice clothes... Some are brand new and the place doesnt smell all musty. Im from Michigan but I go here every time I come to see my in laws.

I think the store is really overpriced for stuff that they give for free and donated its a second hand store not a brand new store they sell used items not new but they expect a new price

Couldnt wait to get out of there. Too many people not wearing covid masks. When I returned the handheld shopping basket I asked an employee what to do with it and do they have a covid cleaning procedure for them? She said no. Just put it back and some customers wipe them down with the sanitizer which was many feet from the baskets. I didnt even see it as I was walking in.

At drop off I told him I had breakables and they just turn my bin upside down into another Bin and let everything get destroyed. Truly truly unprofessional and disrespectful. If I wanted to throw the stuff in the trash I could’ve done that at my house And not wasted my time energy or gas. I will be donating to another organization from now on!

This place is so amazing. It is not like other stores with it’s one of a kind things and it’s amazing prices. The clothes section is really amazing but, the “More Store” section is a bit weird since it doesn’t seem to be thrifted items but more brand new mass quantity items. Overall I love the store and would recommend it to anyone.

Was very busy Saturday the 26th midday but Kayleen made it bearable with her fast professional and caring attitude. Thanks my first trip to that store I would definitely come back.
