Don and his team have really turned this store around. I visit brooksville, npr and Fletcher stores. Spring Hill store looks like a good tool store. It’s always clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Nothing like the dirty store and lazy employees of the Fletcher store.

Staff always helpful when I cant locate specific items, friendly & professional. It sounds crazy, but Im able to get tools, zip ties, etc. for crafting & household use, at prices that dont break the bank and are decent quality. Ive gotten American flags, tarps, crescent wrenches, vise grips, zip ties, flashlights, you name it. Convenient location, too.

Its a great place to get cheap tools that dont last all that long but the price is unbeatable

As my son would say it’s “satisfying “ how the displays of drills and such wrap around The perimeter of the store. Probably would have received five stars but dude staring me down from moment I walked in. He is more than likely jealous of my Dopeness .

Obviously, the DIY tool Meca, Harbor Freight offers a wide variety of hand tools and accessories for the worker that doesnt have deep pockets. Sure, you can order online but, if you have a job and need a tool today, chances are Harbor Freight will have it.

I am a senior citizen and I was treated with such disrespect. Terrible customer service skills! Even the young man behind me shook his head. I was not the only one there that was very disappointed. One middle age lady left her buggy there and said she was going to Lowe’s. I should have done the same thing. My husband is a disabled veteran and was not treated well last year. He told me not to shop there but I thought I’d give it another try. Last time I ever do this again.

Purchased the generator that they had. No discount with that item, which bummed me out. Got a 10 % discount with opening a credit card. One guy loaded into the truck with no problem.

The reason I gave them three stars is because the stuff I was going to buy was on sale if you where a member, ask an associate to sign you up. I had 4 items, when I asked the cashier to sign me up. What they dont advertise is its 30$ a year. Since I dont shop there that often I said no thanks. She rang up two items and they where ridiculously expensive. Cancelled everything, went to Home Depot and bought the same stuff for two thirds the price. Just disappointed in the false advertising. People who work in the store very friendly and helpful though.

Harbor Freight is a great place for inexpensive tools and have a pretty good selection of tools. They may not be the best for the commercial or brand products but are great for cheaper products that you need right away. They have a fairly large selection of tools available for the project at hand.

Great place to shop if you need a bargain tool that is new. Nice set up store and well organized. They run specials quite often. And on power tools they back up their products with a guarantee.Plenty of parking out front of the store. Pretty easy off and on the road also.

It is always good if you know what you are getting. You have to do your home work before buying. The prices on products are cheap. I bought a product that had been open and brought back at some point. I return it to the store becauseit was missing parts. The lady was very polite and changed it without any hassle.
