My printer quit working. Would not print colors only black. Trish told me to bring it down and they would look at it. They called me every day to let me know they were looking at it they could not find out what was wrong with it. They gave me back my printer I feel the price that I was charged nowhere equal the amount of work that they put into it Im here. Im shopping for my new copy scanner fax machine. And I will be buying my ink from Trish and my paper. They were more than wonderful to me.

Any time I have gone into their store the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. It is a small store and they go out of their way to help you even if they dont service your brand. Always friendly. Good prices. Always have my cartridges even though the model is very old. Kodak anyone? They apparently also do printer repair but I cant speak to that. I would, however, take my printer there though, if I needed to.

The folks in there are so very nice and knowledgeable! I ALWAYS forget how to change my cartridges. They let me bring my printer in, and they show me (again) and get it working. Love this place!! So it is worth the 1 hour drive for me to get there.

Will take your money and argue with you when the cartridge they filled doesnt work but its full they say brought it home plugged in and printer says no ink go to Walmart but NEW ink cartridges come home put in and printer works perfectly. Also this was a fairly new printer less than 2 years old. I spent over 50$ and printed less than 10 pages. I wont be back!!

I love coming here. I have came here several times and always recieved great service. This last time I had ink filled several months ago and never used it. I tried to use it the 9ther day and it didnt work. I brought it in and told a guy there (I completely blanked on his name) what was going on. He gave me a new cartridge with no problems because the ink had dried up. This place definitely stands by what they sell you!!!
