They always have a long line due to how slow they are. Today, they refused to accept a prepaid UPS package from me that required a signature on a high value summary report, stating they are not allowed to sign them as they are a not a representative of UPS. I contacted UPS directly, and they informed me that this store is a representative, and should have signed the form and accepted the package as they are able to accept packages up to $1,000 in value.
Staff is friendly, but too slow. Talk less, work more. Nobody wants to be in there for more than a few minutes, so can management do something about chatty staff. Thanks!
My husband and I visited this store today and were extremely pleased. We received courteous, pleasant and efficient treatment. He is handicapped and was offered seating . The notary, Caroline Kellogg, was both pleasant and efficient. We have used your services in the past and would definitely use it again.
I saw some bad reviews and thought, “all I need to do is send an Amazon return that I have a QR code for, how bad could it be”? The store refused to put a label on a brown box including the return of an item by Amazon. They require that I go back to my house and repackage the item In another box, otherwise I would be charged $15. I went back and hurried to get the box and return to the store before they close. I was then informed I would be charged $2.13, that’s two dollars plus tax for them to tape the box. This is a minimal amount and I don’t care about the two dollars. But, this was the third attempt at me trying to return this Amazon item at this UPS drop. The first was failed because their hours are not properly published on Google maps, the second they refused to take the package unless it was a box that was put inside of another Box, and the third, I was finally able to ship the item as long as I paid them two dollars to tape the top of the box.My daughter said she had a similar issueWith refusing to send a box without putting it into another box. She went to the UPS store on Springhill Drive near Suncoast Parkway. They had no problem labeling and shipping the box without placing it in a different box. I will not be using this store again ever for any purpose and I would recommend others find a different place to ship and especially return any Amazon items. There are other stores in the area that are kind, customer service oriented and much more deserving of people’s business.
Stay far far away from this UPS store. They actually are the rudest and most expensive when it come to a basic service. I went in to return a postage paid item and had everything ready in the box. It wasnt taped. They wanted to charge $2.50 for a 6 in piece of tape. Then additional charges. I have never had an issue at over 100 UPS stores in the United States until traveling 25 minutes to arrive and have my pre paid postage and item in the box ready to return. There was also a gentleman in line who they were also giving hard time to as well. After I get done calling corporate they arent going to be to happy to hear this.Do yourselves a big favor and dont even give them the pleasure to make another dollar. Especially when this country is in the middle of a Worldwide health Pandemic and over 30 million people out of work. They deserve to be permentaly closed. The worst customer service and no masks on a number of employees. For your own safety an to save your selves money and agrivation go to another location.
Maybe you guys should hire better people, Rude customer service ever. I have never experienced this with the UPS in Zephyrhills, I drop off all my packages and never had this problem. But these uneducated representatives did not want to do their job. I wouldn’t bother coming here, You may want to look for a different UPS
Went for finger printing for work. Super helpful and no wait at all.
At ther time Im writing this there are 108 reviews spanning 6 years... If youve ever been to this UPS store youll know they have a customer about every single minuet. So hundreds of customers a day for six years and the ratings are either 5 stars or 1. Thats about as good as you could expect because few rarely go online to leave a good review and todays snowflakes cant wait to trash anyone they can. Ive been in the store a few times when ther Karens want everything for free, sorry cheapskates. They offer a lot of services from passport photos, notary, copying, taking back satellite TV boxes, mailboxes and more. So by now theyre possibly close to a million customers over ther past six years with only a handful of whiners, thats not bad. The people there are friendly and they seem to do a pretty good job.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I have always found this business to be very friendly and competent. Its my go-to shipping store.
Was charged $6.95 for a UPS box to put a overnight return package in that the label was prepaid for. I thought this was excessive so I called around to learn box is free with all overnight packages smh. Wouldnt be so bad if the man behind the counter had the least bit of civility lets just say he is not looking to win the title of Mr. Personality. Definitely will be using the Barclay and Spring Hill location for now on.
This UPS store was horrible! I went to this location thinking I could get a quick notary done for a few forms for college. Caroline Kellogg was rude and disrespectful to me and my mother. I explained to her that the college I’m attending just changed there name and that the former name of the college should still be on the list to send. She made excuses that she couldn’t notarize it because she had to call her corporate office to get verification first because the name of the college didn’t match up. But I told her that since the college just change their name it might not be updated on the list. I even spoke to the financial advisor on my phone and they told me it’s under there former name. It shouldn’t be an issue they would still receive the paper work directly. Also the address is the same, nothing else was changed. Caroline keep me waiting for over 54 mins while she was on the phone trying to contact her corporate office and made another excuse saying their UPS system wasn’t updated. Also she made an excuse saying the instructions on the paper work were outdated. After waiting for over an HOUR, I told her I will be back tomorrow, and she told me to call her the next day to find out if she got through. I called the next day to find out and another woman answered the phone. Caroline overheard my conversation with the other woman on the phone and said she hasn’t gotten through to her corporate office yet but will call me when she does. Yeah right! After that I decided to go to the other location on Spring Hill Drive and they were so much more helpful and didn’t give me any issues with my notary. She never called back to confirm that she reached the so call corporate office. Never ever will I go back to this location!
Beyond poor customer service for the few times Ive went. Ridiculous pricing on top of the unorganized staff.
I had stayed away from this store for years based on my previous bad experiences, but I had hoped that things might have changed. Sadly, they have not. It takes effort, but the employees here have elevated being unhelpful to an art form. Normally, I dont write reviews unless I have something positive to say. But I write this to encourage anybody who needs a UPS store to avoid this location and use the one at Spring Hill Drive and Barclay. Or drive all the way to Brooksville; it would be worth the trip. The one-star rating is only because zero stars is not a choice.
Absolutely awful. Experienced the staff being rude to one customer after another, sending multiple away in a row without taking care of them. I was there for finger printing, they are supposed to handle the finger printing for all school district employees. I was told they only do finger printing from 10am to 1pm on weekdays and not at all on weekends. What school district employee is available during those hours? Don’t go here for any reason.
Super nice staff, I always go here with my prepaid drop off
Went into this location for the second time and left after being treated horrible and not being helped at all. I went in for a notary. Staff was rude told me It will be a while and i dont know how long so just wait. I watched them eat lunch, text and so on. This store has zero traffic due to bad reviews now i know why. NEVER again will i go into this place.
The employees here are rude and unprofessional save your time and go to the store on Spring Hill dr for better service
Last time I waited for like an hour,, Very bad Customer Service…
Store hours are wrong!!!! I just had to drop an amazon return. No money handling. Walked a mile to get there and the lady just waved at me through the window and shrugged. Get your stuff straight
They are rude. They dont give you shipping envelopes if you need them you have to practically beg them..I dont have an account I work for companies that give me preprinted labels. The UPS on spring hill dr. & Barclay are so much nicer, they give me supplies all the time.. better customer service. Always smiling
Very friendly staff. Had something notarized and extremely friendly
(SO WONDERFUL !!!!!!!! ) Well I was in the store last week and I had to send a package out of the country and Caroline K. Was so wonderful and helpful her and her husband they WORKED TOGETHER and did everything they can to help me to get my package sent out in the nick of time I recommend this store to every one they’re all so nice wonderful and there staff all so have to be patient and they know exactly what they’re doing I highly recommend the store to anyone it’s not the post office it you UPS Store THEY DO A GREAT JOB ALL many blessings ....
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Carolyn was the most unhelpful person Ive talked to since the beginning of the new year (Crazy). I went to the store looking to get a print job done, which should only take a few seconds to print out, even with the commercial sized printer they have in-store. The website mentions In a rush? Fast turnaround at affordable prices with our copies and quick prints. HAHA yeah right, If I have to wait 16+ hours to get a SINGLE 8.5x11 sheet printed -- thats not quick... at all. Even after all the hoops and jumps I went through between the customer service number, getting rerouted to 4 different agents, and talking to Carolyn (worst of all), I never got a refund. Please do better UPS Store 4177. I would not recommend this place to anyone.EDIT : Dont be surprised if you do business with a 2 star company, and youre unhappy with the work received. I regret coming to the closest UPS store to my home. I would much rather have taken the extra 2 miles and gone to the UPS Store on Spring Hill Dr. in the publix plaza (rated 5 stars by the community). They were able to help me promptly within 10 minutes of placing my order online. Whatever lies that the inexperienced manager tries to pull on you, dont believe it. Ive still yet to receive my refund even 4 days after placing the order on your store website. Ive called customer service multiple times to no avail. You will regret working with someone as negligent as Carol and her team.
Never a problem here. Staff is always polite and efficient.
The lady that does the finger printing was great! She went above and beyond to help me. Dont know what I would have done without her help. I want to extend a grateful thank you. Everyone there was amazing. Again Thank You!
If you enjoy long lines and slow service, then this is the place for you.
Lady at store was as rude as it gets. I was trying to return items from a tobacco store and I was treated like a criminal. You could have professionally explained the issues to me instead of treating me like I was a criminal trying to transport something illegal. She instantly jumped down my throat instead of explaining to me what issues may arise from returning items to a tobacco store. I understand now store policies and issues prevent shipment of returning tobacco. However I didnt appreciate being belittled in front of other customers totally unprofessional attitude after reading your review response all I can say is not only are you rude but youre a liar I never yelled at you or said a word I simply walked out after your rude Behavior
I’ve been here about 5 times and have called twice. I have been treated professionally each time. I even accidentally knocked over part of a display and the staff was apologetic to me lol.
Placed an online print order on their site, was given and email confirmation and pickup time. When I arrived they informed my nothing came through with little or no help of how to resolve the problem. When I asked for a refund they said I could give them the files and they could have it ready Monday. Monday is when I needed them, that is why I ordered it for pickup today. No Help for my problem nor did they give my help for a refund. I hate the fact I actually have to hit one star. No star poor service. I guess I should have read the rest of the reviews from this store, I will stick with FEDEX Office their great
Wanted to charge me $60 for the packing materials to ship a guitar! Cardboard and peanuts... $60. INSANE. Last week I shipped an amp from the hudson UPS store. They charged me $20, and its BIGGER. These people are gouging.
Good and friendly people
Unwilling to help, worse customer service, rude, unprofessional and lock of knowledge.
I experienced very good service and the gentleman was very helpful.
Did not have a good experience at this location, the staff wasnt helpful when I brought in an Amazon return. I packaged up the box and taped the end cause i wasnt sure if the paper work needed to go inside. They told me to tape it or they would charge me $2.00. 12 of tape really. Then I was told to affix the label as well. When I said I wasnt going to pay $2.00 for taping my box the clerk said I could buy a roll. I had better service on Spring Hill Blvd, and they took care of my box.
I had an Amazon box to return, went in on Friday, 5/29. The lady was very rude. She said it needed to be properly closed up and wanted to charge us $7.00 for 1 strip of tape. This is the third time she has been rude. I dont mind paying for some tape but dang!We told her no and decided to leave and take our business to the Barclay store. There I offered to pay for tape and they told me, no charge. They have won our business from now on, even though this one is 2 minutes from my house.
Erik was not willing to help. Brought 2 heavy boxes in for an Amazon return. Amazon sent me one label for a return. I understand that Amazon should have to fix this, but this store would not even try to help me. They would not let me tape the 2 boxes together and wanted to change me $17 for a box and another $2 to print a new label. Would have appreciated them trying to find a way to make it work instead of a way to not make it work.
If i can put 0 stars i would. Worst ups store in spring hill. I normally go to the ups store on 14391 Barclay. But coming to this ups store 4142 mariner was my first time and my last time. Sent an email to print out, but on the paper they leave there information so that when you tell them you dont want there information showing, they will charge you an additional 2.00. No other ups store Ive been to does that. There being slick and trying to get an extra 2.00 just to delete there information off the letter your printing out. SMH I shouldve known better then to come here after seeing they have a 2.2 star rating. RUN AWAY PEOPLE!!!
I have not gone to the store, but I have frequented UPS stores all over the country. I now know to check reviews because the reviews are always correct. This store obviously has a serious ownership and management problem. If you have this many bad reviews regarding Customer Service there is a definite problem at this location. I’m going to avoid the nightmare ahead of time and go to the Barclay store.
Always good service. There can be a long line at times, but it’s our local UPS so it’s expected at certain times.
Anytime I have visited the store it has been phenomenal recently I had left a Amazon Box with multiple things that needed to be returned back to Amazon the gentleman Ashley even came to the car to pick the box out of the car for me and when I return to the store the line was just a bit too long with everything going on in this epidemic I was supposed to return and because of health reasons I wasn’t able to return anytime soon I can tell you it’s been about almost 2 months and they still have my box stored with all my belongings in it wow now what kind of store would even do that nowadays I love you guys and I thank you for everything that you do for our community
I am currently STILL in the store, after being here for 45 minutes. To pick up a print. That I sent YESTERDAY. Ive worked in customer service for over 20 years, and I have never seen apathy and avoidance of customer interaction as i have in this store. I spoke to all three of the employees at various times and it took over half an hour to get my print done. First they never received it, then they did but couldnt access it. Eventually I hopped on the slow, antiquated computer and printed it myself. I also had an appointment for notary services, which then took another 10 minutes for them to start. This was ridiculous, and while I needed to fax as well, I am going elsewhere to do it.
Used for notary service. Prompt, courteous, affordable. Will use again.
These people have gone out of their way for me on several occasions. Carolyn is a gem. I’m appreciate
Staff are super helpful! Have been here twice in 2 weeks & have gotten great customer service from all staff!
Been here once. Associate mustve been having a bad day.
People were very professional & I have used them before. Had to wait in line with a few rude people that cant wait & are very impatient. I have always had a good experience at that store. Very nice people!!!!!
I had a simple Amazon return. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The clerk made the process simple. I will go back again
I have been a postal box customer at this location for over 6 months. I started my service by paying a full year in advance. This was a big mistake. I found the staff to be very gruff and very unwilling to go the extra mile for the customer. I have several packages delivered to that location every month, as I travel for work. The UPS provides a safe place for me to receive mail and parcels. Since the beginning they have been much like they were doing me a favor for the service that I paid good money for. Their receipt system is very outdated and requires the customer to sign a parcel receipt for every package. If you are sending a parcel via USPS they actually charge $2.00 and claim they have to take it to the post office. Just recently I was called to inform me that I needed to pick up my packages that had been there for a week.... Mind you I have been out of town for this entire time. As any person receiving packages.... I want them as fast as I can get them and I would not leave them for a week if I had a choice. Thats why I pay them! When I let them know that I was going to switch to the other UPS Store (the one with the 5.0 rating), Charlie was less than cordial with a have a great day and pointing to the door.I would not recommend using this store.
They are always SO NICE
I’ve shipped hundreds of packages through the United States postal service (USPS) by dropping them off at the local UPS store. USPS comes to every business, not just UPS, to deliver mail and pick up mail, since they are the United States postal service.. today I was initially told that they don’t ship USPS parcels but then was told they charge a $2 handling fee per package to accept the packages. Like I said I’ve shipped hundreds of USPS mail through UPS without any incidents until today. I will not go back to the store on Mariner, all 6 other UPS locations I’ve ever been to didn’t charge me to drop them off there. Greedy greedy greedy..
Charged me $2 to tape my box when the woman next to me did not get charged for tape. Employees were sloppy looking. No uniforms. Guy who help was unprofessional. Making inappropriate jokes with customers.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Look at all the other One star reviews. They all say the same thing: they are rude and unprofessional. These idiots have zero understanding of customer service. They lost packages of mine shipped through UPS. They claimed they were never delivered yet I had delivery confirmation with a signature along with confirmation of delivery from UPS corporate. The rude jerks there refused to even listen. I had to stay in contact with UPS corporate who notified me to return for my delivery. When I had arrived, no apology was given for their error and they were still rude. How this place stays is business is beyond me. If you have to ship anything, youre better off going to Goin Postal or any other shipping service than using these rude jerks. I cant wait until the day that they close their doors for good. They are an embarrassment for the community and all the other UPS locations know that this location is operated by rude scumbags.
Quick service at the time I went. Store has lots to offer including small gift items.
Do NOT use their NOTARY. He notarized my out-of-state mortgage documents incorrectly so I wasn’t able to close on my new mortgage. He was also extremely unfriendly and lacked good communication skills. He kept licking his fingers to turn the pages with a pandemic going on. Gross and unprofessional.
The other reviews are correct. I’ve been in this store 2 times and both times very rude. These employees just look like they hate life and their job. They need to be professional and not rude. But clearly this is ok at this place as they have been rude for a very very long time. I will always drive the extra 3 miles to go to the location on Barcley. There, they always are friendly and actually helpful.
I understand why this location has terrible reviews. I visited this store today to have a copy made of a document and to have this copy certified as a True Copy. This man absolutely refused. He was rude and I feel belligerent.I had my request fulfilled at the next location, the people were pleasant and professional. And I received my certified copy with no issue.
I waited in line more than 30 minutes to drop a box
People working in that store are horrible. Hope this little hole in the wall will close soon. Scott and the overweight lady who work there are rude and miserable. I really dont usually hate people, but those two are the worst human beings Ive ever had to deal with. Cant wait to see you close. Id rather drive 5 miles further than come back there with my business.
GARBAGE! Guy slapped my sticker on my return for Amazon. It wasnt even down all the way. Asked if he was going to tape the box he said NO! Your package could blow up and Amazon will still give you your money back. They can afford to give you back your money no matter what happens to your package. 👀🤔 Wow! Who are yall hiring to handle packages? 😒
I have been dealing with this UPS Store for years. I ship quite often, so have gotten to know the folks behind the counter. They are always business-like, but very personable and friendly. Many of the rules they work by and many prices are dictated by UPS. So I really think the few negative evaluations were perhaps by folks not familiar with the many rules and regulations required to ship packages today.
If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The staff is unprofessional and less than helpful. I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Generally, I am met with a lengthy line of customers and an employee who seems inconvenienced. Any time I’ve used this location it’s always been against better judgment. Do yourself a favor, drive a little further and visit the UPS store located at Barclay/Spring Hill Drive. Each store is independently owned!
I have gone in this store many times over time and I have always gotten friendly and professional service.
First time using UPS or this store. I checked online and UPS was the cheapest way to send my package. That is until I got to this store. I expected to pay $30.00 as was quoted online but was told it would be $43.00! When I expressed my dismay and said but online it was $30? The old man and son both looked at me like I was stupid and said nope, it is what it is knowing all along that I was looking at an actual UPS drop off location pricing and not their private business tacked on premium charge of an extra $13.00!!! Nope, they kept silent about that! They couldve been upfront with this and I wouldve used them anyway since I was already there and the drop off was 10miles away. Just dont appreciate the sneakyness. And these are the kind of people that look at a used car salesman with dismay! If I go back it will be with a printed already paid for label and hope there are other customers in there when I drop it off and tell them about this experience.
UPS store #4177.I shipped a 52 Sony TV at this store, their price for packing and shipping was $279.00, the TV was in perfect condition when I brought it to them.I also at their recommendation purchased $500.00 of shipping insurance. When my son received the TV, it came out of the box totally destroyed, it had been dropped at least once, if not twice. The box it was shipped according to my son was good condition, showing no signs of damage, so he put the box out for recycle collection that same day. I returned to the ups store to inquire about how to file a claim, the owner of the store took the paperwork from me and handed it to a woman behind the counter. I asked her for my paperwork back, and she ignored me, I informed the owner that i preferred to file the claim myself, at which point she gave me my papers and he stepped into my space nearly causing physical contact, and told me to get out of his store.I filed a claim with UPS Corporate, sent them the pictures of the damaged TV, and I also claimed the shipping cost as part of the claim, due to the ups store knowingly shipping a damaged TV, instead of contacting me of the problem. After waiting for 3 weeks, I contacted the claim agent and asked about the status of my claim. I was informed my claim was denied because the box was thrown out. UPS did not even show me the courtesy of sending me the denial.Final info, I was never informed that in the event of damage to shipment, to retain the shipping container (box), nor was there any info in the shipment informing the receiver. This store is located in Spring Hill, Fl. on Marina Blvd. across from Northcliff Blvd. in Publix shopping center.
I recently shipped a package to the Dominican Republic which got there in one day but was a huge ordeal because of the Dominican Republic. Caroline at the UPS Store went waaaaayyy above the call of duty for me. As a matter of fact I dont know what I would have done without her. The other gentleman was fantastic too. i spent a lot of time in þhe store trying to resolve the issue and never saw them act rude to anyone, only polite and helpful. I really dont know what else you could hope for I rate the top notch.
Came in to drop off a package today that was sealed and had label, they refused to take my package and the women Caroline had a terrible attitude and acted as she was above her job there. I’ll be taking the time to drive to another store just to avoid her.
Very satisfied with Scott and Charlie they are to the point on best way to service you. I will definitely be back for further services!!!!
They refused my package because I ran out of packing tape and I used duck tape. This was the owners son but his father was standing there to.Im glad they did because I found a ups Store on Spring hill Dr and the people were great!
Yep - they earn those horrible reviews! Could not have been less helpful. There is another UPS Store about 4 miles away where they are very nice. USE THAT STORE!
Always fast, friendly, service given.
If the rules the staff goes by are dictated by UPS, then there is a major problem. No other store offers the level of unprofessional and outright rude service that this store does. If you want to know how a proper UPS store is run, visit the one at Barclay, store 5519. You will never be disappointed and will always leave with a smile. Guaranteed. I am a customer, and not affiliated with UPS in any way.
I dont even want to give this UPS store ONE star! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will NOT be going there again. The UPS store on Barclay have wonderful, helpful, polite and professional people working there! :-(
Notary needs to go back to notary school. I had all the documents that my form required, yet she would not accept. She doesn’t know what she is talking about and doesn’t like to be proved wrong. Wish I saw her 2 star rating before I wasted my time going there.
Not worth it, staff is rude and not helpful. I went in to ship a package back to HSN with a prepaid label the guy behind the counter wanted to charge me $2.19 just to tape up the box.Hey corporate UPS. this family run store gives you a very bad name. Ill never recommend your service again.
So far Ive dealt with the same younger guy there and hes always called me whenever Ive had mail which makes it convenient for me cuz its a bit of a way out of my way. So for now Ill give five stars but Ill hold that in reserve for a while in case it changes
I went to this store to mail a parcel. There was a guy, probably late 50s early 60s behind the counter. I had a couple questions regarding pricing different ways of sending a parcel. What a rude, miserable old man. I am assuming he is an owner, there is no way with his lack of people skills he would be working there otherwise.Being cordial is part of doing a customer service job right. If you dont want to do a job right, dont do the job.
If I could give a zero star in order to do a rating I would. These people are the rudest people that I have ever encountered. They’re here to provide a service to the public and the way that they talk to the customers and their condescending sarcastic tones are completely unprofessional. If this were the last UPS store on the planet and I had to deliver something somewhere I would walk it there before I ever visited the store again.
Ive been here maybe a handful of times over the years? Each time Ive gone, theyve been courteous & prompt. So I am mystified as to how so many are allegedly encountering such awful service.
I will NEVER use this store to ship again ! They promise to ship out, and dont follow through with their promise. I lost a client because they didnt ship out a clients order until the day after they said it was going out. Then, when I asked for a refund, he yells at me to get the f+%k out of his store. I would urge you to ship else ware if you care about you package arriving on time or at all....not even worth a star at all.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I have literally gone to hundreds of UPS locations and made returns for Amazon so many times and NEVER had to pay a fee for taping a box!? Caroline was rude and did not care at all, i was surprised, and I dont care if its only 3.00 its never happened anywhere else. Most rude service ive ever had and i will never visit that location again.Update:I went to another UPS store and it was only a 20 cent charge to tape a box, and they waived it for me bc I only had a card. I mentioned that another store charged me $3 for tape, and the girl said its only a 20 cent fee and that they must have charged me the other $2.80 because of the fee to run a card! Seriously, avoid this location, they are just out to rip you off.
Staff has always been super friendly and nice.
During my visit here Caroline’s level of rudeness and unprofessional attitude was almost laughable. She is a miserable human being and has no place in retail or any other job that requires contact with people. I have sympathy for her coworkers that have to deal with her.
Fantastic..was in and out. greeted by staff when I walked in. asked about what I needed and was done and out the door in under 5 mins...great experieence
I went there to print a document. The printer was dusty and had not been maintained. There was a paper jam and when I tried to get the man working there to help me he was rude and ignored me. I tried to fix the jam myself and he told me not to mess with it. He also refused to fix the issue, himself.
Its disgusting how rude these people are. They have the worse attitude, they overcharge you for everything. One time I needed a witness and asked someone who was making the line to be.my witness and this people charged me for the witness because I had found the witness inside their store. WTH?
This UPS store 4177 in Spring Hill, FL. has big problems to face to remain viable!Caroline part owner and supervisor should have never have contact with customers. She does not have the skills required to interface with a customers properly! She is a poor example for other employees and has no one to discipline her actions that cause problems with customers! She has poor communication skills and cannot effectively interact with customers! She lacks the ability to reason and illogical thinking prevails. She lacks leadership skills and the ability to communicate with individuals properly! She doesnt have a clue what customers service is and feels its ok to have dissatisfied customers daily! I am pretty sure she rather not interact with customers! Proof of this she has no hesitation to actually hang-up on a customer!Left to run this store she will run it straight into the ground! The good name of UPS along with it! She unethically will bury recipient business that normally regulates others to ship to them by way of UPS!Particularly this UPS store 4177 wants to pass the blame buck to online companies like ProShine that normally request you only ship through UPS! One broken tray handle and she quotesI thinkProshine should eat this for not properly documenting the claim! Knowing she is dealing with a very reputable company she risk losing there shipping $$$$$$s over a ( $71.20) broken handle damaged during shipment! Trying to pass blame to the recipient company can backfire! It is best to accept responsibility for what happened and move on VERSES picking away at the CLAIM FILED FOR DAMAGES made by the company for the owner by bashing them for not taking pictures before repair. This UPS store rather risk losing both the customer and the recipient business! A skilled supervisor never hangs up on a customer! This is rude and soon you have no customers! It is unethical to throw another business owner under the bus because you are unable to admit you may be wrong and unwilling to accept a reasonable solution to the issue! It is clear to me that this store doesnt want my business and since UPS are franchises, I am happy to accommodate them and I urge anyone that reads this to stop affiliating yourself with this UPS store 4177.
Went there to simply to buy ONE stamp, I was literally pennies off the final price of 57 cents. I asked if they could spot me a couple of pennies and refused to help me out. So, that tells me those jokers are cheap beyond belief...
So I went to retrieve a package which I was informed, on line, was at this location. The only thing I got was screamed at by some dirty old man, wouldnt let me ask a question about where my package is and threw me out of the store.Still dont have any idea where my package us.Most disgusting man, Charlie, vile mouth, very angry and terrible customer service.
Incredibly unhelpful, more interested in standing around than helping customers! Gave up and tried a different ups
Always friendly and fast for me!
Nasty old guy who has been more than unhelpful. mega expensive & owner is as tight as a ducks arse. called and was put on hold for 20 mins, place is a joke. go use the US post office, much better.
Awful just awful. There is an older gentlemen there probably in his 60s that is just awful and hateful towards customers. I Had to ship 2 items, and wasnt aware tracking was not included. With the post office it is when I asked him if the tracking was included he threw his hands up in the air like I was stupid and he responded You wanted the cheapest one!!! ontop of that, he was yelling at a customer on the phone, whom was asking about a package. Very un-professional. I try to be understanding but he was very rude.To ship 2 small lotions was $20 with no tracking in yellow envelopes. Never again. Its not even the price thst bothers me. Its the fact that I came there in hopes for, good customer service. Instede i felt like a burden for wanting to ship my items through them!
Worst store ever! Terrible customer service. I brought box and shipping label, all they had to do was tape the box. They wanted to charge me for it then say they wont take my card bc its not enough to charge on a card. After waiting in the long line I had to leave and go to another location.
Awful staff, very unattentive. A sad and old store with tired and rude employees Avoid this location at all costs.
Should be No stars! For NO GOOD Customer service, over priced and very rude! No work Ethic, closes at 5 pm, and door is shut before 5, lets see how UPS feels about that.
Rude and incompetent. UPS needs to clean house at this location.
Went in to get fingerprinted for a job and they threatened to call the FBI on me because I said I would go somewhere else for cheaper.
Fast and friendly 👍🏼
I would highly recommend these guys
Rude. Do not use this location.
