I have worked in auto parts a few times. was a store manager a couple times, and a commercial manager once. Over 12 years experience. Was also a mechanic for many years so I have the background.Autoparts has become fast food business. They pay people minimum wage and think that everything is in the computer. ITS NOT.I go into a different AZ and ask for fuel injection line. And the guy asks me for year make and model. WTH? After explaining to him what I needed he says they dont have it. So off I go to Napa and Oriellys and they knew what I wanted but didnt have it.. so finally i end up here at this AZ. I explain what I need and the associate says yes, we have it. And brings out regular fuel line. I explain its not right. Can I see your hose section. She insists it came out of a box marked fuel injection line. I insist on seeing the hose section. I find an unopened box of FI line open it and WALLA! Show the associate the difference. And as a bonus I tried to explain why its important not to substitute the two. But she didnt seem all that interested. And this is why I almost NEVER buy at AutoZone.

I love autozone. They got everything u need and they are always helpful.

People that work here are rude and not helpful at all. Go to La Mesa they are awesome there.

Wouldve been 5 stars but they were out of blinker fluid

I went in there to check on my car battery. Supposedly it was at 100%. So I had them check my alternator. Apparently, it was not good. I tested it myself by unplugging the positive charge from my battery, my car should have turned off. The just want to sell you parts. Very unexperienced people. I had to get a second opinion from another place. Turns out my alternator is fine. Battery was dried up, and that was the reason why it didnt hold any charge. Saved $400.

The workers at autozone are extremely knowledgeable about the parts I needed. Went in to buy new ball joints and they helped me point out that a mechanic tried to get money out of me.Thank you so much Sarah for all the help.

Ultra slow check out! but I found them to be very helpfull when working with you to find the part you need and if they didnt have it they would find another branch that does .

Jose assisted me today on getting everything I needed for my oil change. He walked me through everything and made it easy! This guy should get a raised for his excellent customer service. Very professional!

Not much to say for customer service, and the guy told me and my wife, your part can only be special ordered for 175 I called the one on el cajon blvd and they could order for 120 including warranty. The associate was either to lazy to check or trying to make a sale. I would not recommend this store.

Esmerelda was awesome! 😃 I came in and needed all my wipers replaced. She not only was friendly and timely, she was also training a great new employee to help me (who was also personable 🙂). Above and beyond that- she put the front and back wipers on my van for me in the rain! Great store! Had what I needed in stock. Customer service five stars! Will be back!!

Sold me the wrong part. As ll I have to say is that since I am going in there as a layman only knowing the basics, I rely on their knowledge, not anymore, so educate yourself on what is needed and check to make sure you are getting what you need.

Horrible costumer service. I called to ask if they had a part in stock but the representative asked me to hold and never came back to the phone waited 7 minutes the holding music stopped but it was silent. I called back he asked me if I could hold, while I was saying something he placed me on hold anyway. Lost a costumer. This happened on May 7th at 9:43pm and 9:55pm

Ive ever been absolutely the worst AutoZone Ive ever been in the employees there do not know nothing about cars or parts the lady that I dealt with wouldnt even look something up in the computer she simply said I dont know and left it at that when all I was asking was what kind of oil do I need for my car it also seems that they are out of most of their loaner tools somehowplus I seen one of the employees smoking some drugs next to the dumpster in the back

Poor service, the middle Eastern guy did not want to help me and did not answer either of the simple questions I had. Everyone here should know the answer to these questions. They ended up not having what I needed. I walked right out

Drive right by OReilly. Dont even look their way. Go straight to Auto Zone for the best advice and service. These guys understand their customers and are always willing to help get you back on the road quickly and safely.

Got my battery tested, and I got a replacement! These nice people would also replace the battery for you. But of course I opted to do the manly thing and replace it myself!

The customer service was incredible. They replaced my wipers without me asking. Highly recommend them.

Online price comparisons aside, have called ahead on part request here twice, only to show up at the store both times to learn I was given bad information. Already paying more for the parts so it would be nice to get that customer service part right

I live in chula vista by the east h store, and Ill come to the spring valley store on campo rd just for the service alone. They are way more helpful and respectful.They seem to really want to help you with your automotive and customer relations problems. Even if they can not completely resolve something, they send you in the right direction, and go the extra mile in assisting you in whatever it is. A+ Jose store mng.

They have the parts you need and if they dont have it in their store, they will find it at any other AUTOZONE STORE some place else and near me 😎👍

Costumer service is bad bad . No one asked for help. Once we got what we needed and waited in line they had 2 cashiers. One wasnt even doing anything until 10 minutes later. He finally went to his register and ended up calling someone else that wasnt even in line . So we waited 10-15 minutes just for one little item. Disrespectful. I rather drive to el cajon for help than this location in case de oro.

I like the selection but they treat you like a scammer when you try to return something and wont take it back. Also if you need tools home depot is way cheaper.

Iv been shopping at AutoZone for years but I went in and the sales person gave me the wrong part number, I had to come back in and they wouldnt do an even exchange. Told me I had to bring the oil that came with the deal to do the exchange. Total BS.... I paid the difference and will never come back to that place.

WORST customer service at Autozone. Not one person at the front of the store. I had to call the store to talk to someone. Heard people laughing and talking in the back, while the front was unattended, I waited 5 mins before I called them to ask a question, didnt seem to care.

I am sitting here in the parking lot got here at 7:15am knowing I was early but that they would be open soon. Anyways it is now 7:42 and the doors are still locked. This is frustrating especially when theres a sign on the door that says they open up at 7:30 a m. Pretty disappointed especially when I have places to be and I schedule around my stops.

Great customer service in a decent selection

The staff is rude. Visited this store yesterday in order to get my wind shield wipers changed, and they spoke to me intermittently as I paid as they spoke a foreign language to their peers in front of the myself and the other customers.I was tempted to get a refund as I waited twenty minutes to have my windshield wipers installed.Will not be returning.

Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting to make a purchase. Finally walked out and went right around the corner in and out in 5 minutes. This is the second time this has happened and I have only been here twice. This store sucks. Will never use autozone again. If I could give it a no star rating I would.
