Chad has this many 5 star reviews for a reason. I am a small time mechanic myself and am usually working on repairing 1 or 2 vehicles at a time. I decided it was time for me to buy a “newer” truck (new to me) so that I would have something to always be able to rely on. I bought the truck on Saturday and called chad on Monday.I explained my situation and he quickly said bring it in! I brought the truck in late in the day after I got off work and he wrote down what I wanted and told me he will give me a call back tomorrow. Not only did he call, but he made the invoice super simple by sending a text- With services and prices listed. Looking at the prices I knew from experience they were fair because of what the labor will be and how much the fluids and parts cost. We discussed what I wanted on the phone, he answered a few questions about his methods (which most mechanics won’t do) and the price he gave me is exactly what I payed (which most mechanics won’t do).He kept all the old parts he replaced to be able to show me and they were ALL dealer parts. By using dealer parts Chad will have to spend more out of his own pocket but it will ensure your vehicle always has the part that was designed for it and it will save you a lot of time and money in the future compared to aftermarket parts.Moral of the story, it takes one to know one and Chad is a solid professional. He even cleaned up my engine because he found dirt during his repairs. That’s quality. I’ll be back, and please go here instead of your dealership or big name automotive chains. You’ll get your value here.

I went here because my car wouldnt start. He charged my a willing $85 just to look at the car, and a beefy $600 to fix the starter. Mind you the starter stopped working a week later. The mechanic whos fixing it now is charging 2/3 the price and hes still a little pricey. Do NOT go to this shop if you care about your car.

I came in to get a quote for an oil change, front rotor and brake pad replacements and he gave me a price that I couldnt refuse. Much better price than the other shops a had got to, he took care of me right away and really wanted to take care of any other services I may have needed. My cousin asked me to help him find some an auto mechanic that was not going to take advantage of him since he doesnt speak the language very well and hasnt been living here in the US very long. I took him to 2 other auto mechanics before we stopped in to this one. We met Chadi who is the new owner. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy which is the opposite of the other two shops we went to. His quote was 40% cheaper then both shops before. On top of it he went above and beyond and provided other services for free. If you want someone you can trust he is the man. Honestly he gave my cousin such a good deal and saved him over $500, my cousin tries tipping him $100 and he refused. Unbelievable and outstanding service.

I took my car into Mercedes because it was making a cracking noise whenever I went over bumps. Ready to laugh? The diagnostic was that there were bolts loose in the sunroof lining. Not covered by my warranty, no new parts needed to be purchased and they quoted me $955 plus tax. WHAT? For just labor! I just dont get it. I opted not to get my car fixed there because, well, common sense.They also said my auxiliary battery needed to be replaced ($450). I walked over to their parts department and asked them how much an auxiliary battery is. Less than $100 to buy it myself.One of my friends who drives a Mercedes had her car serviced here at Jamacha Auto Repair. I went in expecting to hear some crazy amount because I was just quoted $1300+ at Mercedes for 2 things. NOT HERE! They charged me labor to do the sunroof, which needed two hours so it wasnt something that needed $900 to fix. I had purchased the Aux battery from Mercedes and asked them about it. Its located inside the car next to the steering wheel (I thought Id have to pop my hood to do it). I sat there and watched Chadi install it in less than 5 minutes.I was always nervous to get my car serviced outside of the dealership- Ive heard so many stories about shady mechanic shops that try to take advantage of you. This wasnt the case. I ended up spending less than $200 to fix my car and now Im positive that not all work needs to be done at the dealer.I plan on coming here for an oil change too because they only charge $50 for a synthetic oil change! If you have a car that takes synthetic, you know why that would excite me, lol
