Trustworthy, outstanding, brilliant that is Jake. I have known Jake since 1984 when I got my first BMW! I consider him a dear friend whose helpfulness, honesty, and diligence is without match! My life’s journey can be told via my cars and, through it all, Jake has kept me safe ...forever grateful!

I cant recommend LCS enough for any Bimmer-lover. Jake and his team have been the best technicians and aficionados Ive seen in the West Coast since Ive moved here, and I hope to keep them the only hands that touch my z4 and any other BMW I own down the line. What the shop lacks in size or corporate polish, they make up with what must be a collective century or more of weathered, grease-covered experience and love for the cult of oil. If you can get a moment when Jake is free, be sure to talk shop- his salt and breadth of knowledge is good for a dose of humor and humble-pie.
