Very upset as Ive had to bring my car to these people on 3 seperate occasion for a misfiring issue. Each time I ask if theres anything else that needs to be checked and am told no. Then when the car starts misfiring again I naturally bring it back to them thinking an error was made but no it ends up being something else. Now a full tune-up was done without my consent and I have a bill that I cant pay. Its sad to know that people dont know how to communicate professionally and that it appears some customers get taken advantage of. Not happy at all

I call about a radiator replacement and engine block flush on a Sat and get told it will be $240. I say let me call u back and they agree! I call back an hour later and say when can I have it towed and explain again what it needs and get told its too big of a job for today, lets do it during the week so I say fine. Call back the following tuesday to be told Its too big of a job and we dont want to get involved You could have told me that the first time you JERKS!!! Totally NOT about making money or being upfront. These guys are clowns..... SCREW THEM!!!
