Never fails to impress. Wouldnt take a vehicle anywhere else. These guys can fix anything and the price is always fair. Brought my cars here for years and on 2 separate occasions Parrish looked at it, fixed something simple and charged me nothing. Granted, Ive been a customer a long time, but show me another garage with that integrity! I moved from Spring Valley to Canyon Lake (Riverside County) and still bring my cars here. The only downside is he keeps busy so schedule a time to come in. Unless I was broken down in BFE I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Even then I would consider having it towed here. No Bull 🐂! Being a female, I always have that fear of getting screwed over by some mechanic that just wants me to spend unnecessary money on repairs that arent needed. Ive been coming to Rose Automotive for over 5 years now for my vehicles and never once have had any reason to think that Parrish or his guys were telling me anything but the truth. Drove the car into there shop running great, the head gasket issue was only evident by the water residue in the tail pipe and radiator water level would need refilled. When they gave me a list of the new parts that would be needed I told him if the bill would approach $2000, junk it ($1500 car TOPS). Instead he sucked all that into the cost, and gave back a car that ran like crap and the check engine light on (NEVER STAYED ON BEFORE THEM). Another mechanic looked at and said the timing was off, so I took it back and they gave it back again with the same problems and now the check engine light started flashing. Contacted BAR and they agreed to fix it with the Bureau stepping in, this time he did fix the timing and the crank position sensor they destroyed doing the work. Then they discovered the engine was damaged by the timing belt install being wrong and took it all back apart, (PLEASE NOTE, I DO HAVE VOICE RECORDINGS OF INTERACTIONS AFTER PROBLEMS AROSE) The car is now back with me, will not pass smog and has a loss of power due to incompetent assembly, $1790 was spent to get the 12 month 12,000 miles of trouble free driving as in the contract. Car runs worse after they had it, and has not been smog legal leaving there shop, but could of passed smog going in.

I had the bolts on my engine replace 6 months ago.well they didnt tighten them and my right hand side of my engine fell Friday when my daughter and I where going to an appointment.it cracked my axel to I had to pay another 480 to someone else
