Kristian Ohara is far best SP I ever dealt with. I bought my X3 CPO on line, no face-to-face integration, phone or IM only. Kris went above and beyond to show me car that I was interested in and helped to complete all necessary paperwork, all done remote.X3 was loaded and shipped within 2 days to IL, literally loaded Monday, received next day.I am very pleased with service and personal attention that was given by Kris. 5 stars.Thanks for outstanding job.

Best vehicle shopping experience ever! I just can’t stop telling my friends how good my salesman was! His name is Taylor! Don’t know anything about cars? Don’t know anything about car insurance? No problem at all! He will do everything for you!!! You don’t have to worry about a single thing. And their business manager was so kind and patient as well. They think at your standpoint and try everything in their power to save your money. Wonderful experience, alright got two cars from them.

In this market I thought I had no shot at finding a lease payment that was reasonable much less a car! I called several dealerships that either told me they had nothing or the payment was ridiculously high. I remembered Wide World of Cars. I called and spoke to a woman named Alexandra Rivera. From the moment I spoke with her, I knew if anybody could get me the car I wanted at my price point, it would be her! Not only was she friendly, but she was professional, and did not stop until she found my car! She truly cared about me as a person and it showedI! If you are shopping for a BMW I highly recommend going to Wide World of BMW in Spring Valley, New York. Alexandra Rivera and everyone there was professional and helpful.

My service rep, Allison Hull, did her job well. But, making the appointment was a mess as I originally called Parts about the tire I needed and was told to call Service to make the appointment. I did so, giving the rep on the phone the details of the tire I needed and telling the rep that Parts had told me the tire needed to be ordered. When I showed up for my appointment two days later, I was told that they did not have the tire because I had not called Parts to order it after making the Service appointment!! Why didn’t the service rep who made the appointment for me order the tire?When I subsequently returned to have the tire installed, I was told the job would take about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I was still waiting and had to approach the rep to find out the status of my car. Then, I was told it would be another 15 minutes because my car was being washed even though I previously had indicated that I did not need the car washed. (It was raining)The final insult was the cost, which was 30% higher than the price I had been quoted by my local tire retailer before he discovered that it would take about a week for his distributor to replenish his supply of the tire I needed. I have been buying tires for more than 50 years. The retail price always includes installation; Wide World charged me more than the full retail price plus another $59 for installation. Very excessive vs retail competition. The car nicely washed, however.This experience was consistent with my experience with Wide World five months ago when I bought this car. Then, when we showed up to pick up the new car we were told that, by mistake, it had been sold to someone else the night before.The Keystone Cops!!

Great service. Drew was awesome taking my car in and breaking down what was needed to be done. Only knocked it down a star because I did book online for a loaner and none were available when I got there. They need to fix the online booking if there are no loaners available. However they did provide a valet service to drop us off back home and pick us up when our car was ready.

I normally use a closer BMW location for service near where I live (Guttenberg, NJ), but find recently theyre service and support have been lacking, and theyre not responsive to questions I have; and in fact, never called me back. This is the first time im using WorldWide BMW, and I can say that the experience was excellent! I greatly appreciate the responsiveness and support from my service advisor Drew H., but also greatly appreciate the manager of the loaner cars, Maria, who was very helpful in providing the pickup and delivery service for my car.I believe I will continue to use World Wide BMW going forward for my service needs, and would highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Dropped off car without an appointment, got serviced quickly on my oil change and inspection. Only downside was that the car wash was HORRIBLE!!! My windows are dirtier than when I dropped off my car. There are streaks all over and some places just aren’t clean.

Called Alexandra, a sales person at Wide World BMW, and she couldnt be any nicer, and professional person to talk to. She was patient, she listened, and she followed with me regarding several questions I had regarding the car I was interested to buy.She got me a great deal on the car and I bought the car within 2 days. She also made sure her sales manager got back to me regarding some concerns I had.Then we sat down with their Finance Department, we spoke with Peter, and there also Peter spent a good amount of time in getting us the right financing that would work for us.Thanks again to Alexandra Peter, the sales manager Jerry I believe his name was.We will definitely come back for our 2nd car within the next couple of months

I never received my Motor vehicle refund. The finance guy said We change just take $526 and will give refund. I receive license tag receipt, it said around $240, and World Wide BMW Bank charge another $30, $30 for what? They send a big check to dealers, banks not in the business of paying small bills. Guys, please look at Motor vehicle fees. I filing charges this week. I called and emailed like 5 times over 3 months.

Franklin was professional and helped me greatly especially considering theyre in New York and I live in Maine. I just leased a ‘21 X3 from Keith Jones at Wide World BMW. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. Keith was able to find me the exact package I needed, sent me a video of the car the next day to make sure I was fully satisfied before moving on with the purchasing process. He was very professional and was willing to answer any questions I had whether it was a minor or major question. If he did not know the answer he would make sure he found the answer from one of his colleagues. I definitely recommend checking Keith out if you’re looking for a car but you’re not too sure what you want.

I got a nail unexpectedly in my 2021 M3C (Left Rear Tire). I noticed I was loosing air quickly and I drove to Wide World of Cars, not knowing it was almost at the end of the day. I spoke to Service Advisor (Matt) and he dropped everything and assisted me with my dilemma and was able to get car fixed. They did a good job of negotiating a deal but don’t ever plan for a fast experience. Drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle and it took 2 hrs to just to pay for the vehicle cuz salesman made us wait for no apparent reason. After full payment was made and we had to return 5 days later to pickup up the vehicle. That process took over 3 hrs just to test drive which included having to stop at a gas station and then registering the vehicle, no financial transactions included since payment was already completed. Very slow or else one salesman trying to help too many people at a time.

I am a BMW owner since 1973 I have purchased or leased all of my vehicles in Brooklyn but 3 years ago when attempting to renew my lease I met Matt Poterbin. Unfortunately I was unable to lease from him at that time but I assured him if he was still at Wide World BMW at the end of my lease I would give him a call. My lease ended I telephoned Matt & fortunately he was still there and he did not disappoint I leased my 2021 from Matt & Wide World BMW. It was quite a trip from Brooklyn but it was worth the trip…. What a great experience Matt is a pleasure to work with he was & still is patient & genuinely a nice person. I plan to lease all of my future BMW’s with Matt I will take the trip & refer my friends to him…. Matt I expect you to be there in 3 years if we are both blessed to be here. My sales rep was great. For reference, I built my own spec as opposed to taking one off the lot. My sales rep was responsive, helpful and made everything up until I met the finance rep easy.When I met the finance rep was when my experience went from good to bad really quick.He attempted to run through the numbers of the sale extremely quick. And when I realized they were off by $2500, he tried to suggest that was the deal I made even when copies of the price breakdown I had from when I ordered my car suggested otherwise.It took my sales rep to dig through his file and for me to show everyone a copy on my phone before the price was fixed. Oh and the finance rep said they would honor it. Which was off putting since I negotiated that price.Then he tried to add a point of interest to the APR and tried to suggest that this was a matter of course. No other dealer has done that to me before. And the biggest problem? If I said nothing I would be out 2500 and wouldve paid extra in interest.Overall, Id consider shopping here again but make sure you keep your own records of everything and double check every number. That finance guy partially ruined what was going to be a great day picking up my car.

This is the first time we placed an order over the phone. Our salesman was Christian Cosme. The leasing terms were worked out back in February when the car was ordered. It was ready for pick up in May. The dealer is approximately an hour from our home so driving up there we were anticipating issues. To our surprise there were none. The final price was exactly what was quoted back in February. We have leased for over 20 years and we have never had a smooth transaction action like this. The car was exactly what we wanted.Christian made this process so easy and painless. Not only is Christian polite and professional he is what my husband and I call a true gentleman. The dealership is huge clean and tons of cars on display. We will highly recommend Christian Cosme and this dealership.

I went in for an oil change, to check the tires and an inspection that I made an appointment for. I needed one tire that they didnt have so I couldnt get the tire or the inspection at that time. I waited 3 hrs. Im not sure what was done to my car that it was necessary to wait 3 hrs. For maintenance that I had called in if not a week before close to. Allison, the lady at the desk was nice about things, and Ive waited long at other places, long being an hour, but 3 and two thirds of the job wasnt done. I would definitely not recommend this service department unless you appreciate good conversation with the people at the front desk.

I recently purchased my first BMW in May. I’m truly surprised at how smooth and fast the whole process went. I’ve had some fairly frustrating experiences with past dealerships so I was completely thrown off guard by these guys. I worked with sales representative Christian. He made the entire process really easy and was really solid when it came to communication. Brought my 2007 3series in for a recall on the blower motor and PCV valve. With no issues with the car pre-visit. received a phone call mid day from service advisor recommending to replace my starter on this visit. (which I had replaced almost 3 years ago now) I declined any work from BMW at this time in regards to the starter replacement and when picking up the car in The afternoon it did not start in the lot to leave…after several attempts to start car it finally started. Spoke with service adviser expressing that i didn’t have an issue before hand with the starter and that it was already replace. He told me there is nothing they can do being that the work done would have not effected the starter. So now i have my car home and will not start on my driveway. Coincidence? Not happy with how this visit turned out. Being that the car was in their hands while working on engine components inches from starter BMW should be responsible.

Matt was great to work with but after the deal has been done its been a nightmare. They low balled me on my trade and then are selling the car 12k over what they gave me even after I tried to negotiate. They still have not given me my registration and its been two weeks going on three so I cant drive the car because it will get impounded. I had them replace factory parts prior to pick up and they did not include them in the car nor have they sent them to me as I requested. Im a 100% disabled vet so now I am making payments on a car I cant drive and they just keep giving me excuses with no help. They also lied to me when they sold me the wheel warrant saying it would cover my aftermarket wheels and they would just replace them. After I bought it the information didnt seem right so I called the company and they said themselves I was lied to on the deal. So now I have a $65,000 paper weight sitting in my driveway.

They can be as nice as possible but id triple check your deal before signing anything or think you have yourself in a new bmw. Wasted an entire Saturday, a credit pull and my patience because the salesman misrepresented the deal greatly. My fault though for going with the new and young guy in the dealership. Sale manager tried to save the deal but the deal went so south because of the misrepresentation of the salesman that nothing could be salvaged or recovered.

BMW certified technicians. Lol. Well these clowns couldn’t even put the oil cap on correctly, my car was dripping oil into my driveway until I took it to my local guy who did the job correctly. If they can’t do this right - I wouldn’t trust them to do anything. Take advantage of the 4 year / 50,000 but after that go elsewhere.

The used car inventory is top notch. Everyone is very professional. I’ve had bad experiences with car buying in the past and Ed Sullivan made this process smooth. He is by far the best salesman I’ve done business with. Great work ethic and takes pride in his job. He keeps his WORD! He was transparent about everything from the beginning (fees, closing costs etc) That’s hard to come by these days. I will definitely be back for future business and referring to friends and family! Go see Ed, you won’t be disappointed. This guy hustles for you.They also have their own DMV so you get to leave with plates that day! No more days of driving with temp tags. Definitely a plus.

Terrible. Made a service appointment for an issue that is fairly easy to at least diagnose with the correct computer/ista program. I had an appointment for 8:15 am, so you’d think they would be ready to service a car if they made an appointment, right? Nope- car sat two days without even getting into the shop so decided to pick it up and take it elsewhere. Good job wide world bmw! Don’t make appointments if you are not going to be ready to even look at the car for another full day or more.

I just bought my first BMW from Wide World and I had a phenomenal experience. My salesperson Jerry was able to provide me with the exact car that I wanted and took the time to go over what all those fancy features are about. The finance manager Ricky is the best as he had everything done ahead of time and the process was quick and efficient and not rushed. The whole process was quick and my car was looking all pretty and waiting for me in the delivery bay when I got there. I went over everything with Jerry, signed all the papers with Ricky, and they all waved goodbye to send me off in my new truck! Everyone was personable, the dealership service was impeccable, and that’s why I gave it 5 stars. Way to go Wide World, great job!

Very frustrating and annoying experience and I recommend avoid this dealership at all cost.They stopped caring about you once you sign the contract. After that, my sales rep Edward Sullivan stopped being responsive.Today Im still waiting for my license plate and my temporary license has expired for more than a month. I totally understand delays are common these days due to dmv, covid, etc. But Ed has been so difficult to reach in the past few weeks when I ask for updates on the license plate, by phone or email. It always takes at least three calls to actually reach him and usually he would tell me: yeah I will ask for some update. And then no response or followups. Then I need to call him again for two or three times to get an actual response. I have been patient but it has been really annoying and I have a job too, I cannot spend my day making five or six phone calls.

We had been loyal customers at another BMW dealership for 12 years and decided to come to Wide World because of some unethical behavior during our last lease agreement. I’m very happy to say that Chris and everyone we came into contact with at Wide World were completely professional and made the whole process of returning our lease and helping us find a new car quite easy. We didn’t get it right the first time around. A new battery install caused my alarm system to be deactivated, and some features to be turned off. Things like the “key left in ignition” warning after the vehicle is parked, interior dome lights on upon opening the doors, soft close automatic door - all stopped functioning correctly after a new battery was installed in a 2012 X6 50i. But after returning the vehicle, my SA Matt Tenk ensured that all the problems were rectified. So I am very happy about that. Thank you very much for taking care of these issues.

My client advisor, Hassan Pires, was patient and thorough in helping to familiarize me with the car that I purchased; I had very limited experience with the technology that exists in newer cars. He was able to anticipate some of the concerns I had about being a driver again and arranged to have the car delivered to my home. The purchasing process as a whole was seamless and brought to completion by manager, Apolinares Estrella, who explained very carefully the extended warranties they offer at their dealership. My friend who accompanied me to the test drive appointment was so impressed by their customer service that she is thinking very seriously about returning to this dealership to purchase a car. All in all, my experience at Wide World BMW was excellent. Hassan Pires and Apolinares Estrella are lovely people. I can’t thank them enough.
