I am very impressed with this company. I had a work situation that I was given very little time to complete. They were able to present me with great options and quick turn around. I will happily use them again.

Nice friendly woman behind counter, fast service. But engraving was reversed in areas and item was needed for party, so took anyway. Check work and go over. Nice work, fast service, price i can handle.

Engravably Yours was a lifesaver, they came recommended and saved me hours shopping locally as opposed to being stuck in the mall somewhere.When I was getting gifts I knew I wanted to get my brothers motto engraved on a travel mug. I was happy they could engrave the object of my choice and I would not just rely on their stock (which I did later learn was excellent, but I knew many places had empty shelves with the holiday season). This was solid peace of mind and Ive attach a picture of the quality engraving on an awesome Yeti tumbler.Throughout the process was Dorene, she was amazing!! Offering helpful suggestions without being overbearing, knowledgeable, personal, and warm---I had her full attention and it felt like a collaborative process.Together I picked out a lovely necklace for my mother and then after leaving the store--- was researching a meaningful family heirloom and got inspired to recreate it--- after a few minutes in my car I came back in to make things happen.Had a meaningful blessing on a family cross-stitch type written in Norwegian, they helped me find the perfect object to engrave it on, with enough space for it to be written in both languages. Now for the engraving itself, they nailed the font, the special ae character in Gammelnorsk, put a nice artistic flourish separating the two languages, and Im so thrilled to be able to give these as gifts I bought three.Its going to be emotional and wonderful giving my mother and brother these plaques instilled with so much meaning. It wouldnt have happened this way at the mall, Im certain---this felt like commissioning art and worth every penny. My brother is going to love bringing his mug to work and I cant wait to see my mom wearing that necklace.Dorene and the staff at Engravably Yours, thank you so much!

Family brought a chalice to be engraved for my grandma who recently passed away. Instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary were provided, however, for whatever reason, they decided to disregard the instructions provided on the order form and engraved it at the top. After the mistake was brought to their attention, they touted how they have been in business for 30 years. At no point did they admit to their mistake, apologize, or make good on the agreement. A phone number was provided at the top of the order form, so we could have easily been contacted with any questions. Norman called after the fact and tried to convince our family that he knew better. This has left what should have been a nice tribute to the life of a wonderful woman looking like a trophy and has made a stressful time in our families life even more so. I would not recommend this store to anyone for any occasion

I had the worst experience at Engravably Yours in Spring Valley . I brought in a Chalice to be engraved for my mother who recently passed away . Although there was written instructions to engrave her name on the bottom which is customary, they decided to disregard the clearly written directions on the order form and engraved it on the top . They touted how they have been in business for 30 years, but in that time seemingly did not learn to follow directions, own their mistakes, apologize, or make good on the agreement . My number was clearly printed at the top of the order form, so I could have easily been contacted with any questions . I also received a call from Norman who was incredibly rude as he tried to convince me that he knew better. Again, this is incorrect and irrelevant as that is not what is written on the form . I would steer clear of this store as they are incompetent, unprofessional, and insensitive .Posted on behalf of my mother.

Had a few pieces engraved. The work was done terribly. Its unfortunate. But I guess thats why retail stores are going the wayside. When someone hands you poor quality and says thats the best we can do. My bad.

I had to get a big bottle of whiskey engraved. The bottle cost only 350 and this place charges me $93, for engraving 5 words. I have the receipt.Today I needed to get it done on a similar bottle and I got it done for a fraction of this amount in Pearl River, NY

Very large and beautiful selection of both engravable and non engravable gift ware. Friendly helpful staff. Quick on the sight engraving of items purchased at the store or bought elsewhere. A must visit!

Excellent store with quality products and services. They have pen refills for old Tiffany pens that Tiffany no longer supports with refills. I highly recommend this store. They have an impressive selection of quality gift items which they support with professional service.

They are always so accomodating and helpful, whether my needs involve a unique gift for someone else or something for my own collection. The staff is extremely knowledgeable regarding the finest lines of writing insteruments and their selection is vast. Highly recommended!

Focusing strictly on Engravably Yours as a pen seller...Their selection is limited to the most readily accessible options from Montblanc, Cross, Omas, etc. The prices are fair but by no means will you find anything resembling an actual deal here. Their fundamental problem as a pen seller however is that they will not permit dipping of a fountain pen if you want to audition the writing experience. Let me get this straight - you want me to spent $100+ on a pen but you wont let customers dip the pen? Sorry, but thats horrific customer service for a fountain pen seller. They were certainly friendly and attentive enough and perhaps you want to buy a crystal, engraved paperweight from them but I wont be returning as a buyer interested in pens.
