Super helpful workers here, made everything very easy, understandable, and a smooth transition from previous providers. Lady at the front with red hair (forget her name, oops) was very nice and friendly. Omar was very knowledgeable and fast.

Not the worst experience ever but a few of the staff members here are beyond incompetent. If you want to get into an argument, and pay money for the worlds worst phone service, then this is the store for you. If you are on your lunch break dont bother coming here because they have to call in back up for help with the simplest of tasks. Dealing with Smart talk customer service was better than this

Took too long to just get an Apple Watch, left home with it to realize they didn’t even do their job properly. They added my Apple Watch as a new line instead of connecting it to my phone line. I even asked him many times if it’s going to add another line to the plan and he repeatedly lie and said no. I had to spend more time getting it fixed with customer service over the phone. I understand if you’re new and not properly trained yet, but at least have good customer service. Day wasted, incompetent and made a lot of unnecessary rude comments. No good customer service at all. Manager was nice though. I would say to take your business elsewhere (the one in fashion valley mall is way better)

These people manipulated me into buying two devices when I was just asking about Sprint. I already had a phone. They didn’t even tell me I was buying something, then bam. $200 out of my bank. They gave the account the same details as my old sprint account from a long time ago without telling me what they were so I can’t even log in. Can’t you just ask about Sprint without buying something?

For the most part friendly service but I do get tired of the employees trying to sell me products when Im only there to pay a bill.

The manager makes promises he cannot keep. They are super unprofessional here and their service is absolutely horrible. I suggest paying a little more for AT&T or Verizon.
