I had them replace a headliner in a 2007 vehicle. They did good work and it was fast and reasonably priced. I should not have waited so long to have it done!

I ordered some custom camo seat covers from a manufacturer in Montana for my F250. I could not put them on myself, so I took them to the Louetta folks. They did an excellent job putting on the covers; seams straight, looks professional. GREAT JOB AND SERVICE!

Talked directly with the owner about how I wanted my motorcycle seat reshaped. Scheduled the work and they had it done the same day, even had me come by to check it out before they were finished to make sure it was what I wanted! After completing a 3500 mile trip in 10 days, I’m very happy with the extra cushion and reshaping they did!

Fourteen years ago, I bought my son a used Bass boat when he went off to Tex Tech, hopefully to keep him out of trouble. We had all the seats, carpet redone . And also had a deck insert built and carpeted. It was fairly expensive BUT NOW 14 yrs later, the boat still looks brand new. In the mean time I purchased a new boat for myself and hav already had to have it reupholstered. The work they do is BETTER THAN NEW. And we’ll worth the money.

Fantastic service! From the moment I walked in for an estimate, to the end, after it was all done, this was an experience that lived up to, and exceeded my expectations. Amanda, at the front desk, is warm and welcoming. David, who turned out to be the owner, came right out and gave an immediate estimate. The next day, I brought the car in around 9:00 and was told it would be done about 5:00. Mid-day, I got a call saying the car would be done early. Then, I got another call when it was actually done (early, as promised). Pick-up was quick, and again, pleasant. In a world where I often feel I’m imposing on someone when I ask for their service, this was an experience that left me totally satisfied!

When LAU first opened I had them put a dash cap in my Chevy suburban the job was excellent and very inexpensive and completed very quickly! Very impressed, great job! I’ll soon be back with another vehicle.

I called to get a quote, but man who answered was arrogant and unhelpful. I asked for an average price on recliner upholstery but he kept saying bring it. Why would I bring a recliner and then find out it did pan out. I took my business elsewhere.

I can only review this companies customer service at this time. I called trying to get an idea as to whether or not they could do some automotive upholstery work for me. The guy who I spoke to was very helpful and actually went out of his way to explain some things to me and make sure I knew what I would be getting and also he helped me save some money.In short he was more than willing to do the work I wanted to get done but he wanted to make sure that it was done right, even if that meant him waiting longer until my project was ready for the interior.They for sure seem like a shop dedicated producing the best value for their customers.

These folks did a horrendous job rewrapping the door pillars in my car. When I expressed that I was less than impressed with their craftsmanship, they refused to return my car to me unless I brought them cash. And they were incredibly unpleasant about it.Take your car ANYWHERE ELSE

These guys did an excellent job on my seat in my 87 step-side GMC. Ive searched everywhere to match the fabric with no luck. These guys have anything you want, and they do an absolutely professional job on par with what I see on TV shows like Gas Monkey.

I called this shop to get a quote on recovering a classic car rear seat, and was asked to bring the seat in for a quote. I packed everything up, and arrived within an hour. Then the owner was somewhat rude and tells me that he wouldnt do the job unless he had the car there. It was just a simple cover installation, I even provided the OEM repro cover! He declined the job, and said any shop can do that work. Waste of time. Ill be sure to tell everyone in my car club how I was treated.

I dont normally write online reviews, but these guys killed it. A few months ago, I decided to redo the headliner in my Neon SRT4, and I absolutely butchered it. So I decided to have it done professionally. I pass by Louetta Upholstery everyday on my drive to work, but I had never dealt with them. I called them to get a quick estimate, and before I had hung up the phone, the gentleman had set me up with an appointment to drop off my headliner. So the next day I dropped it off and David, the owner gave me another price, lower than what the man on the phone had quoted me! 4 hours later, I get a phone call saying that my headliner is ready to pick up! I was floored by the turnaround of this place. Could you go somewhere else and pay less? Sure, but these guys know quality and you know they arent cutting corners. Would love to do business with them again.
