We had a great experience at American Freight. We were serviced by Randy A. He made the experience exceptionally pleasant and fast. He made sure we understood the process, and answered all of our questions in complete detail. We will definitely be coming back to see him for all of our future purchases. There was no pressure to buy anything, but he was very knowledgeable about the appliances we had questions about. We end up purchasing more then what we came in to the store for, but they were worth while purchases.

Floor Manager Reggie ( or Reggy ..I cant remember spelling) was super helpful and amazing. They listened to what I wanted and needed, didnt try to sell me on other things or add more to my order. Super helpful, friendly, and kept us smiling.

Hi guys,This was a wonderful, laid back transaction. Regis was very patient and professional. He help on the actual merchandise searching, deals and re payments options were well explained to me. The buying experience in August was great. They had a freezer that would work in stock, great price, and they helped me load it into my truck. From the purchasing aspect, 5 starts.Then the problems started. I purchased a Protection Plan based on their recommendation. It seemed on paper to be a good plan and based on my issues with my last freezer, I was looking for extra protection. After a few weeks, I noticed ice forming on the backside of the unit that would melt and run onto my floor. I called for service and they sent out a technician right away. He stated it was not repairable due to a defect in the product and they would request a replacement. That was October 23rd. It has now been 2 months, 3 additional technician visits, over 10 phone calls, and there is still no resolutions. It is always some excuse that their systems are down or an issue with the ticket system so I am left with a defective product and towels underneath my freezer. 0 starts for protection agreement.Bottom line, great place to buy products. Just do not buy the warranty as it is completely useless.

The last minute life of my refrigerator went out and I panicked on how to get another! The finance team and the salesman Reggie has HELPED ME OUT TREMENDOUSLY to the cent of my pocket to get me a new refrigerator & even stayed after opening to help me! I never received GREAT SERVICE within a furniture company before! Thank you entirely so much American Freight!!!

If i could give this 0 stars i would . I purchased a refrigerator with the warranty. 4 days after it stopped working I called to get it fix and it’s been 2 months and nothing. Not having a place to store food is a pain as it is. You’re better off paying retail price at a know appliance store . Where if something goes wrong actual technicians won’t take forever to fix or resolve the issue.

Coming into this store was a great experience. The people were great ! But ....The delivery men were very unprofessional and rude . I told them that they were dragging my sofa and they refused to lift it . They placed the sofa down and I immediately saw the damaged . My husband called the store and I believe the manager Roman said “the sofa was already damaged” . Why would you sell us a sofa that’s already damaged after paying full price CASH and it’s damaged! I will never shop here ever again . Please save your time and money !

I found a beautiful matte black GE Profile with all the extras it was regular $1836, on sale for $1299. Hubby wanted to think, 🤦🏼‍♀️. So we went back three days later, mine was gone!! I was so disappointed. So I’m shopping again. I look at my second and third choice. Disappointment is settling in WHEN I see the exact same GE Profile, except in white!!! I look at the price, it’s less than the original matte black!!! I’m sold! Randy explained how great the extended warranty was & that they do a yearly check after you register your warranty. Bought the three year warranty with the money I saved. I’m super excited. Can’t wait to get it installed.

I was having trouble placing an order online and with calling the main line at Sears. So I called the store and the general manager Reggie helped me with my order, he was very patience with me and me found a fridge and a washer. Ask for Reggie! He was awesome to work with and knows his stuff. They have affordable quality furniture. The only problem like other furnitures stores COVID hit so not a lot in stock.The delivery guys were patience and wore shoe covers and did minimal hits to the wall.

Worst customer service ever. This place is a joke. The employees act as if customers are wasting their time. Horrible DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE TRUST ME Horrible service from everyone INCLUDING THE MANAGER the mattress I bought had holes in it and at first I made called the store and they said there’s nothing they could do about it to call corporate and they gave me a random number and I called and turns out they gave me Another’s STORES NUMBER And so I asked that store if they had the number I needed and after a week of calls my claim was finally accepted and I got a call from the store I bough the mattress from and they told me to load it up come in with and they will replace it SO I DID And I went into the store expecting to get it replaced and the guy said “I TOLD YOU I WOULD REPLACE IT NEVER SAID WITH THE SAME ONE” and then he tried making me an offer to pay extra on a more expensive one and so I basically just waisted money time and effort for nothing and not just that HORRIBLE SERVICE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY THERE ITS NOT WORTH IT

If you decide to use the finance company, American Freight employee will tell you they dont charge tax. Dont believe them, they will charge tax. the $50 also doesnt go toward your purchase. Bad sales pitch, just be honest and clear. I was going to buy what I needed no one needed to pitch the sale under false information. Also they mentioned calling within 48 hrs with any issues and the phone number on the receipt is wrong, so no I am being passed off to the next guy, thats a smart way to do it I guess.

Please . Stay away from this store they sale a dryer and told me was a new and when I hook up in my house doesn’t work I call them and they don’t want to exchange now I have to call the manufacturer and wait because all sales are final . Please stay away or make sure that test the appliances first. Be careful. Now is up to you .

Exceptional customer service! I recently purchased a scratch and dent fridge from Sears Outlet. Unfortunately, at some point between purchase and delivery the fridge was damaged more than what I had purchased. I worked with Randy, the manager of the location. Not only did he take care of the return, he quickly resolved getting me a different fridge. Randy went to great lengths to ensure I got a fridge, I wasnt inconvenienced and I was happy with my purchase. Randy even did everything he could to get me the same make and model fridge that I original purchased. Ultimately I ended up with a different fridge than I had in mind (which I believe I will like even better), I am a 100% happy customer and will shop there again.

Not a large variety of choices.

First and last time shopping here. made a purchase online last sunday and an hour later the manager called and asked if i ordered the brown and gray set. i told him i didn’t give me an option to choose but i’m pretty sure it was brown. then he says well neither is available (tf did you ask for then 🙄) so i requested that they cancel my order after he said they only have the display with a huge scratch in the center of the table. i’ve requested a cancellation email he said to give it an hour. i called back the next day and whomever answered the phone said it may take 24-48 hours to cancel and that i’d receive an email and to call back tuesday if i hadn’t gotten it. called back tuesday cause i still hadn’t received anything and someone again assured me the i’d be receiving the cancellation email. now here we are saturday morning, still haven’t received any emails, still being charged for this item that i never even received! y’all get an F!***update. still no refund!!!!

This company is a rip off the ad in the papers states that the mattress was $59.99 when I get there the mattress is more expensive and pressured to get a higher priced mattress. I asked the representative to search in the inventory for other locations so I wouldn’t waste my time traveling and she said she could not look in the system at inventories from different locations. The sales person also informed me that the mattress listed in the paper is normally out of stock they just use the mattress to get people to come in.

All the employees were helpful and very polite. The prices were not as discounted as I thought they would be. We googled the same items we were looking at at Lowes and home depot, the prices at the outlet were only slightly less. We got stuck in traffic on 45 so it took an hour to get there instead of about 20 minutes (not their fault), the ladies bathroom needed attention, 3 stalls no toilet paper in any of them. I wont go back or recommend.
