This is my go-to Michael’s because it’s closest to me but also because the customer service is great! There’s a greeter at the front door and everyone acknowledges you and says hi while you’re walking around the store and asks if you need help. So I keep coming back!

I recently had my daughter’s 10-year-old birthday party at this location and the experience was phenomenal! Mrs. Penny was the birthday host and she went over and BEYOND to make sure the girls had a great time! Her calmness, patience and age appropriate instructions made the ”Party while you Paint” package a memorable event! I recommend all my friends to have their parties at this location. This affordable price comes with all the supplies, party table, childs name and Michaels balloons. This takes a lot of stress off mom! What kid doesnt want there party at the slime headquarters!

Good prices on vinyl on this visit with a good sale going on. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that Easter items were on sale just in time to send some egg stuffers with my kindergartener for a school activity. Checkout was fast and easy as always. This is a smaller Michaels but always a great experience.

Michaels was in good shape. I was helped by a nice lady find the iron letters for my Christmas pjs. She new exact aisle 57. Checkout was pretty painless and quick.

I am glad to have a local big box store where I can purchase culturally relevant products in addition to items from smaller sites. While I feel as if the seasonal launch of the Capitol Chic products could have been handled better, I have enjoyed every single purchase Ive made.

All I have to do is tell someone im in my favorite store and they know that im at Michaels. Some locations I prefer over others bc of store layout, product and sale availability and ease of checkout. I stop by the Humble-Deerbrook store often, but I prefer the Spring-Louetta store. I also hear there is one off of 99 close to 45 that is the best in town. We shall see!

Love to browse Michaels! Have to be carefull and verify prices. Like other stores they will inflate some prices to lower others. However, you can get deals that are better than online retailers! My favorite activity is to walk around the store and design ideas. End up always spending hours in there though. Lol

I ordered some art supplies for the grandkids. My Michaels by me I go to both Cypress and Willowbrook had sold out of what I wanted. So Spring store had the sale items. It was a nice visit and Drive lol. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Thanks girls. You made my Drive worth the while. Im sure Ill be back!!!

I love Michaels. They stock a variety of craft supplies in a range of quality, from basic supplies for school kids to professional tools. Prices are fair for most goods.If you intend to just mess with a bit of arts and crafts, its a good place to visit. They have great sets of basic supplies for only a few dollars each, making Michaels a good place to just swing by and spend a few bucks.

This place is good for making things. I Come here at least 5 times a week. I recommend coming here for crafts.

Went there today and was very disappointed and sad.I worked in this store for 3 years and never saw it in the condition. We tried so hard to keep it clean and organized.Floor by the carts was absolutely filthy. The ladies restroom was so disgusting, I actually gagged and walked out.I will probably start going to another location. I feel the manager of this store is definitely not doing his job.

First time Ive ever been in Michaels. It had what I was looking to buy and was organized. If you are DIY crafter this place is for you.

Customer service was great, and the store was very clean..but they didnt make a customer put her mask on all the way.

Decent sized for a Michaels... staff was friendly... a little disorganized and disheveled inside the store in some areas.... overall decent store and will return to shop here again

Tracy at Michaels saved the day for me. I went in with a very large print piece of art my husband had bought me for my birthday. The young girl (not Tracy) who was at the framing desk was anything but helpful. I was skeptical about leaving with her after she measured the art and told me the size and price. The artist gave us the size and this girl gave us a different size. Two weeks later Tracy calls and tells me the frame came in and it was too large. She said she would take care of it and try to get the correct size rushed. She was very empathetic and apologetic. Tracy was at the desk, when I went to pick up the finished piece. She was working with another customer giving him the same great care and customer service that I had received. Thanks Tracy for being so kind and helpful.

Went looking around the store, not bad, but there were some stuff on the floor on one corner. I didnt found what I was looking for. Also, the price are a bit high (well for me) ☆☆☆☆ 4/5 stars.

Went 2 times for online pickup at the frame store and the representative was very courteous and Professional. It was a smooth, quick pick up! Will definitely use this service again.

Crafting and decorations galore. Always have coupons when you sign up for the rewards program. I was able to supply my sisters wedding unity candles elegantly and provided gifts for her at an affordable price. Their picture frames are lovely and I have never been disappointed by the merchandise I procur here. Locations are abundant. I love Michaels.

Great inventory of various arts and crafts supplies. Prices are a bit high, but loyalty card can make it worth not just ordering online. Framing person was very unfriendly and not helpful at all both trips that I spoke to her. Seemed put out to do her job.

The customer service was good, I had help with every question that I had. When I was having trouble finding something in the store there was always a worker near by for me to ask for help. Checking out was fast, my cashier asked me how my shopping went, we had a nice small conversation before I left the store.

Customer service is outstanding and sufficient stock on hand. Additionally the cleanliness and shop ability of your store earned you an A+

This used to be my go-to craft store. However with the holidays and my allergy to chemicals I tend to avoid Michaels. However, great sell needed some products I ordered online to pick up in the store and I still had to wait in line for 20 minutes to deal with a horribly rude sales associate to get my order because its up at the front instead of in the back away from all the chemicals.

May be smaller than other craft/ decorating stores, but has just as many products, and different ones too!
