Its my go to autoparts store. The staff here is great and they usually have what i need in stock for the small fleet of random vehicles i own/work on.

I went to get my battery checked because it’s been giving me issues and Nick helped me with everything I needed. He gave me suggestions about batteries I should get, and once I bought it, he installed it in less than a minute. Very efficient and extremely helpful. Would recommend to everyone!

I walked In the store was greeted very professionally. I was asked how can they help me. I explained had an issue with a plastic tube that was loose in front of the engine . The sales person Nic S. came out looked at the issue and knew what the problem was and, also found that my air-filter tube was not clapped on to the airfilter unit . He took care of both problems for me .. Nic S. was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite .. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

The People here are awesome I am doing a major tune up and they help me get all the right fluids and lubes and the right quantity for each, so helpful

I was in desperate need of a replacement fuse, and Seth opened the door early to help me get back on the road quick. I knew it was a long shot going there early, but was so thankful for the help when I needed it.

Great staff and great service, it is very satisfying coming in to this store to purchase everything you need for your vehicle.

I went to this location to get a check engine light looked at, and the gent behind the counter gave me a fuel additive to try to help resolve it. 3000 miles later and still no check engine light. Good looking out Sir!

Their nice, they will even change the light bulbs on your vehicles, if they dont have to dissemble the thing to do so. It might not be fast, but at least theyll try.

Great service, Alvin and Daniel are awesome. Im able to get all kinds of parts for my 2017 RAM and my 1990 Dodge dually and my military Humvee great place.

The service is great they work with me fix my car are Easter Sunday until I can get to a mechanic and didnt charge me one penny AutoZone you are the best

Good selection and friendly staff. A little pricey for me though and even though the staff was friendly they dont really have the knowledge I would expect someone to have in that industry. I dont expect mechanics but some general knowledge would be helpful. When I go to a craft store the employees have a general knowledge of crafting.

Great store. If you have any questions and you call there friendly and patient. And willing to help. When you go into the store even though most the time I see only 2 people working there they are fast and very helpful. And get what you need. This store is by far the best.

Very helpful over the phone and when I arrived for a battery for my car clicker. They took apart clicker for me and found the correct size battery, installed it, and put it back together for me again. Great customer service.

Really friendly customer service and very very helpful it was a sweet elderly man at the counter who really really made my day I wish I remembered his name.

I like auto zone for several reasons. First is convience. There are 3 stores within about 5 minutes of my house. Secondly, the customer service is great. I had an emergency situation in an RV while on vacation and an employee helped me change an alternator in the parking lot. Also, they loaned the tools to do the job. Thirdly, their prices are competitive. Recommend.

Had what I needed to fix coolant problem and got in and out with no issues.

Helpful but didnt have the part I needed

Went here to grab a brake bulb. I knew what I needed and went straight to the aisle. I scanned the display for about a minute and then an employee asked me if I needed assistance. I was in a hurry and he was very helpful. The service was quick and courteous. I would give it more stars but I cant since it was a quick visit. Thanks for the service.

I went in for a simple battery change and the guy put it in backwards and burned out a fuse in my car. After putting in a claim for over $250 in repairs (aside from the $200 i sppent on the battery) the REGIONAL manager called me to tell me they weren’t responsible for damages done to my car now i have to go through corporate to get my money back. Save yourself the money and go to O’Reillys or Advanced auto parts.Update i was given back the money i spent on repairs and parts. The staff was professional.

I was greeted, asked if I could be assisted.. they had what I came for.. Seafoams Deep Creep penetrating lube for loosing stuck bolts .. supposed to be great stuff.. This location was very busy however they were staffed appropriately and handled customers quickly..

I was having battery troubles today and the guy (the manager I think) who helped me was so kind and helpful. It was a quick and easy fix. The thing that compelled me to write the review is that he came out and helped me in the terrible cold weather, where other places wouldnt have done that. Highly recommend this location!

The employees here are very helpful, but that doesnt help if you dont know anything about auto parts. Dont plan on coming here anytime near when they close, as they always seem to have an attitude late in the evening.

Gave them a call on a Sunday afternoon after I had to get a jump start on my battery. I arrived a few minutes later and they helped check my battery. Thankful for their hours (open when dealership was not) and I am happy with the service.

The manager Eric really has a clean store, and I was very satisified when I got my battery checjed and found out I didnt need a new one after all. I just needed a new battery terminal,and he changed it out for me. He also changed out the windshield wipers that I bought. Several years ago I got a battery that they put in for me. Ill keep going back to this location.

Terrible customer service at this store. Absolute worst experience here. Called and left a message at regional office. Never got a return call from them. Left the store number and repeated my number 3 times.It made sense to me on why this stores customer service is as bad aa it is since upper management does not care enough to return a voice mail.If they do not INSPECT what they EXPECT out of their employees then they need to restructure from the top down.I pre paid for an order and was assured it would be set aside.Sent someone to pick it up.To be told there is nothing there under my name.Nothing under my number.And obviously there is nothing set aside.Then told my friend that this item has not been ordered at all in 2016.I drive up there for this guy to be very rude from the second I walk in. I describe the guy I paid and ordered the item with.He says knows who it is. I ask him to call him. He says he doesnt have to since he found it. But then pointed out that he had to dig around to find it and Made It CLEAR that it was an inconvenience for him to actually do some work. Asked him if he had it then why did I have to drive up to the store for him to stare at me and smirk. No apology. Nothing.Then says he had to go through receipts to find the order. I asked why this was not set aside with a copy if my receipt, number, name, anything. He says cause it wasnt.____________________________________________***** he could have grabbed the bull by the horns the beginning.Example:I dont see it set aside. Let me see if I can find it. And then actually tried to work. And shown an ounce of courtesy and customer service.Done. No problem. No hassle.In the event he could not find it.... Or if he simply did not know how to look up an order he could have tried honesty. And could have offered to have someone follow up and follow through on ensuring the customer gets what they already paid for. Simple.____________________________________________After asking for a name 4 times I finally got one. Sean.However Sean does not wear a name tag. When I asked why he does not have one. He responds- because I am not wearing one.I asked Sean 4 times to get anyone else to help besides him. Just smirked and refused and continually made it a point that he is wasting my time and then loud mouths off to show that he is in charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked if it was his first day on the job, or if he is new. Would not respond.Figured he had to be with how poor he was at his job. SIDE NOTE. And if he is new then tell the customer. *** I am new but I will do my best to answer your questions. In the event I can not answer them I will ask to make sure i get you the correct information.Moving on.Asked 4 times for the number to corporate manager. Only to get the wrong number from him.Two days later. No call back from Regional office. Incredible.If you care about who you do business with than go to any store except this one.Have had better service at Autozone location on kuykendahl and Louetta over the years. And the one at tc jester and 2920. Way better. And both are close by.Always Get HANDS down best customer service at Oreilys near old town spring. 1 mile east of this place. The Oreilys hub store at Rayford is good as well.If you expect to get any level of customer service then go to another store. There are about 8 different parts stores within 5 miles of this one. Pick another one.Bottom line is...If you want to be treated right then you should go else where. They do not appreciate customers or their time or the fact that customers spend hard earned money at their location in minutes.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. With no follow up from corporate.
