Will and his guys are GREAT! I broke down (dead starter) in a nearby business and live an hour away. They got it going enough to get it to the shop and fix it for me in a couple of hours. Its hard to find a shop that cares about your predicament more than their schedule.Thank You guys for taking care of me...above and beyond expected customer service!

I brought my truck in for a transmission swap. Will took beyond excellent care of me. I purchased a transmission and had it delivered directly to the shop. He kept me updated the entire time as the job was being done. We hit a couple snags during the process with parts missing from the shipment but he worked with me and kept me updated as the parts arrived and was able to get my truck back in the shop as soon as the parts were in his hand. Overall top notch work and great customer service. I will for sure return for any other repairs or performance needs.

No body is perfect and that is a fact. Not everything goes as planned but when they do not go as expected I was able to count on William to make sure everything was taken care of.Lets start with my Duramax pushing 300k miles and had a clogged DPF. Just starting my move from the west coast to Texas and having all kinds of issues towing not able to break the 50 mph barrier without the truck going into ecu fail safe mode. William was able to diagnose and fix the major issue to the truck. When picking up the truck from service there was an issue and I was dead stick on the the road not far from the shop. (This is where I will give William my committed business.) On a hot summer evening, William came to me after shop hours in his personal vehicle and let my dogs stay in the airconditioned car as the tow truck came to take my vehicle back to his shop. Just this alone was enough for me to want to take my vehicles back to him. The truck still needs more work as it is far from perfect but after the repairs that were completed I was able to make 6 more trips from west coast to Texas and even on to Florida on a few visits. Some times towing in excess of 10,000 lbs and still keeping up with the speed limits in all states.You can bet money that I will be back to continue work on the truck now that I have finally settled into my new home. There are many more trips that need to be made and with William and his team I am confident that there will be little to no issues. Now for my next service coming soon.

This is Fred and I am commenting with one of my co-workers phones. If you want details I can give you some. I did take my truck there after another mechanic didnt rebuild the engine right. That was the issue. You did say it had all those problems which none had ever been an issue but I trusted you. I did not pick up my truck before you finished working on it. I paid over $4,500.00 for these repairs. My other truck was driving fine just the clutch was sticking. I picked up the truck and the check engine was still on. You told me just to drive it and run 2 tanks of supreme gasoline and it should clear up. I did that and it was still on. I took it back so you could try and fix it. Meanwhile we were still driving my other truck. After I received it back the second time I put my other truck in the shop. Truck drove and shifted fine just clutch was sticking. You supposedly put in a top of the line clutch assembly. Of course you call me and say my transmission needs a rebuild now.My transmission was running and shifting fine before he got it and was making all sorts of noise after he worked on it. I Took it to another mechanic for the rebuild and he told me that they didnt replace all the parts to the clutch and he is trying to get some of the parts to do it right. I did get a call from him after he read my initial post saying he would try and help me out with the repairs if i took my post down. Not to do the right thing only if I took it down. No thanks.

Had a slipping transmission, and needed repaired for a cross country trip with the family. I was able to finance the repairs at their shop, which was a great help. It took less time than we thought it was going to. I had a great experience and recommend them. Very friendly and treat you like a person not just a number.

Polite staff, but terrible service. They had my truck for a month (twice) to fix a lift pump issue and when I finally got it back (good luck getting anyone to give you any details) the issue was not resolved. At first I though the insane delay was a fluke. The 2and time I came through the same thing happened. So its now consistent. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. I will spend the money to trailer my truck across town if I must to avoid this shop. Ill post the wrecker bill to prove it to any unbelievers of how serious I am about avoiding here.

I would highly recommend anybody looking to get their diesel truck turned into a high performance machine or anybody looking for an honest repair facility for your everyday repairs. Oh and they know transmissions like the back of their hand. These guys are very reasonably priced and work hard to make sure you’re satisfied with the end result which makes for an excellent experience. I’ve trusted them with projects big and small and they’ve never let me down. And that says a lot because I’m a fairly picky guy and I like stuff done right and historically have found it very hard to trust people working on my vehicles. These guys have a customer for life and I bet if you’d be too if you give them a shot.

Popped a fuel line, but was not in a position to diagnose or fix, so I had it towed to these guys. They have done a lot of aftermarket work on my truck already, so I wanted to make sure everything was still in good shape. They slapped on a new hose clamp for free and called me after test drive. I appreciate that whenever they work on my truck in any capacity, they test drive and recheck before handing it back over. Love this place!

Pulled in with an RV transmission issue that would take several days to fix. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in a hotel that accepted dogs. They even cleaned out our fridge and stored our groceries in their fridge so our food didnt ruin. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would give no stars if I could. This place is a rip off. I have taken 3 trucks there and every time I do the issue I take it for isnt resolved. They always find something else that needs to be fixed and keep running up the price. I will never use them again. Update. After I posted this I get a call from the owner. That he will work with me on fixing my truck only if I take down my post. I spent over $4,500.00 dollars on these repairs. For that much anyone would expect for their vehicle to be repaired properly.

As a female your always treated like you dont know anything when you take your truck in for service. Not here. Bryan and his staff made me feel welcome and included me in on every thing they needed to do to my truck. My transmission needed to be rebuilt. They have done that and as a bonus. Replaced my ACs mother motor as well. I recommend to take your transmission problems on any truck. Diesel or gas to Bryan and his guys. Ladies you wont be uncomfortable at all. I called around for an estimate to rebuild my transmission on my car, they had a great rate and stuck to the quote. I had my car back in 2 days, and its running great. I recommend them for car repairs.

Brought my truck here to have a performance built transmission put into my 2015 f250 6.7. I asked for SunCoast torque converter, billet input shaft and clutch hub, high performance clutches, and a brand new valve body with a shift kit and then to paint transmission purple. Brian had my truck for 3 weeks the first time and charged me $7800. I then received my truck back damaged (scratched and dented the bed of my truck). My truck drove for a week and the torque converter he installed kept locking when I would put the truck in gear, shift into false neutrals and hard shifts, even had the wrench come up on my dash a few times within the week so I brought it back. He then had my truck for another week claiming he warrantied out the torque converter and put in a new one, but nowhere on the paper work did it say any of that was done. What the paper work did say was “ a friend adjusted transmission line pressure to extreme ( which is impossible with my monitor) if adjusted again warranty will be void” he also claimed he redownloaded my tune to my truck because he kept claiming my tune was the problem, come to find out he ordered the lowest stock tune on my truck and thought I wouldn’t notice. After then again going to get my truck from him the second time I noticed it drove even worse so I immediately turned around and went back. He put my truck on his computer again for some reason and told me that nothing was wrong the transmission was just trying to relearn and drive it for a week. I went home and parked it for a day, the next day I started it and the torque converter instantly locked up again. Now frustrated and questioning the fact if any work was even performed on my truck I called Brian and starting asking about my internals since he did not provide me with a parts list and refused to print me out one, he couldn’t even tell me what clutches he used. After finally deciding to not give Brian anymore chances I took my truck to another shop to confirm the work was performed. Unfortunately the only thing replaced in my transmission were the friction pads and they were oem not performance. All the steels had burn marks from old the clutches, he didn’t even replace the steels. The old filters were reused and clogged with metal debris that then contaminated the entire transmission. No seals were replaced. The valve body had never been touched and torque converter was completely stock. Brian scammed me out of 7800 and refused to give me my money back and then Told me to come with me lawyer. So now I’m working on building a case against him. I would not recommend this shop to anybody and if you would like any pictures or videos of proof that none of his work was performed I’ll be happy to send it to you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED AND LIED TO.

Took the truck in for an oil leak. Its a 2008 f250 diesel. Told me I need to fix my intake before the oil leak could be fixed. $1.5k Told me then that I had a blown gasket that was causing the issue. Had to remove whole engine get the headers checked etc. $8k. Said I needed new rockers, $800. Still leaks oil.

Went here for a second opinion on a transmission torque converter problem. They road tested the truck 2 times, pulled the codes and advised me that the issue was with the number 2 cylinder, all at no cost to me, these guys are honest and easy to deal with.

They had my truck for 4 months and had to take my truck back 4 times. Last weekend I tow the trailer with a load on it and she was losing power because oil was to hot runny at 255 degrees and coolant at 190 degrees. So before I toke my truck to All out performance diesel and south texas transmission never leak oil now the truck leaks, and my oil temperature was running at 220 degrees and coolant was 190 degrees. They were supposed to Bulletproof my truck and put in a new oil cooler, head gaskets, head bolts, and more. but they didnt install the oil cooler cause they said it was not included but the owner siad that was included. I think they installed a bad oil cooler in my truck and I know my reservoir was new now its old.. piss!! so Im installing the oil cooler and doing a oil and coolant change.. I have a hard time believing that the oil cooler doesnt come with after spending $4,200.. they broke parts and tried to cover it. Then they siad that if I dont take off the bad reviews they wont fix my truck the parts that they broke.. I believe that they switch parts from another truck to my truck.. NEVER TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE!!Update on my truck.. my truck lost power I did a air test and found I had a leaks under my valve covers. So i found that they didnt torque my oil rails, injectors, and i have to replace all seals. And stripped a bolt for my valve cover.. So all in all I payed them 4200. Nothing wasnt done right

Well I spoke with Chris and ask if he had time to fix my 2004 F350 and he said yes it was my work truck and I needed it back soon so after 6 weeks I got a call from Chris saying she was ready so I paid my 3000 $ bill and drove off only to get to 242 on 45 and my truck quits and leaves me stranded on the Hiway so I call Chris only to get no answer so I got nothing for my money my truck is sitting in my drive still not running
