Even though construction is a messy process they left our backyard in tip-top shape and ready for use upon completion. The patio cover is amazing!! It went up so fast we were stunned, the workers were clean and efficient. The lead installer was so knowledgeable and didnt even mind all my dumb questions. Thank you, we are very happy and would reccommend this to everyone over traditional wood. It looks like wood however the maintenance free is such a piece of mind it will never look old!!!!

Lone Star Patio did a great job adding a covered concrete patio to our home. We went from 100 sq. ft. to 440 sq. ft. with lighting and fans. Now we spend more time in the backyard than in the living room. Job was completed in 3 days. Job site was clean. Great job!

We recently used Lone Star Patio to build a patio cover and a deck. I had at least 5 companies come out to quote the work we wanted done. The estimates varied wildly. But, I knew as soon as Brian came out that I would be using Lone Star. He was the consummate professional. He was thorough and didnt try to over sell me on additional work or changes I didnt want or hadnt considered. He offered options for what I did want quoted and knew the numbers in his head. He gave me a verbal estimate before he left and a written confirmation followed the next day. It took me forever to pull the trigger - I am so wary of making big changes. Brian was responsive and patient, when I would request a change in the work I wanted quoted. The office staff is fantastic. The whole team is prompt, responsive, courteous and needless to say - the work is to die for! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new deck, patio and cover. It has changed the whole look of our yard and house. Best price, best work, best results. it doesnt get better than that!

These guys did an awesome job on our aluminum and concrete patio in Spring. Brian was really great on communication, and gave us a good middle of the road estimate which they kept to. Everyone keeps asking us who built it for us, and all our friends are jealous :) They seriously built it is less than a week including a concrete pour. Would definitely recommend Lone Star!

Lone Star Patio Builders is the type of company that used to exist. Brian Sonnier gave great advice concerning the type of screened in patio that would work best for my existing pergola. After the appointment was made for work to begin there was a follow up to confirm the start time. The installation crew was prompt and professional from every aspect; they worked carefully and even solved some minor problems with the details of the installation, cleaned up all debris, and double checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. We need more home improvement companies like Lone Star!

After many years of wanting a patio cover my wife & I decided to call Lone Star Patio builders for a quote.Brian came out, gave us a estimate and gave us a install date. We agreed to the price and the date. Brian ended up moving the installation date up by about a week so we were enjoying our new cover sooner than we antisipated.The service could not have been better and we love our new patio cover.

My husband and I contacted Lone Star Patios after getting a referral from a friend. He left two separate voicemails and I filled out their online form for a free quote over the course of 3 weeks. We did not hear back. On the 4th try, my husband was able to speak with someone and made an appointment for the next week. On the day of the appointment, they no-showed. When my husband called them, they claimed they had tried to call and confirm the appointment, but they must have written his phone number down incorrectly and asked if we wanted to reschedule.Its very disappointing that their customer service is so disorganized that they cannot return potential customers calls and then fail to show when an appointment is made. We are not interested in paying thousands of dollars to a company that cannot keep an appointment or write down a phone number correctly.

Excellent service from Brian S. initial visit to the completion of the project. I would recommend them for your patio oasis.

Thank you Brian Sonnier for a beautiful new screened in porch! We just added 2 puppies to the family (not sure that was the brightest of ideas, lol) and our new porch is a fun place for them to play in the early morning and late evening when it hasnt reached 100 degress yet in the day. Also, soooo helpful with keeping the mosquitoes out of the house since our back door is constantly open for potty breaks! Lee Anne was awesome with scheduling and follow up to confirm appointment. And the wonderful men who worked in this aweful heat were super! I highly recommend using Lone Star Patio!
