This is around the fifth time this location has closed early for no apparent reason. The hours are taped to the window; follow them or change them. Won’t come here again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I went straight to purchase a T Outliner Trimmer for my husband, they only have one available which was T outline, the model I asked was TII, when I asked the employee the different, her answer was I dont know...Im not a barber...they couldnt even look for the availability of this product at another store since its only manager access, and on top of that, after deciding to buy what they had which came total $97.41 they dont even have a bag to put it in, you have to buy a paper bag if you want to walk out the store without showing your merchandise!!! Awful customer service from both girls working there did not show any interest of getting the sale or helping the customer. I saw another customer paying for an item and it was the same service to him too.

This is my go to sally’s. The staff is kind and helpful. There is usually always a bilingual employee who can attend my mother, and I really appreciate that. Will be back soon for my wax beads.

Dec-17-2020* From my experience, I went yesterday to buy some hair dye and whatnot. Its a clean but quiet small store. No music is played so it makes you feel like you need to whisper before getting shushed lol. Only 2 narrow aisles that extend to the back about 25ft or so. Very helpful and informative staff. Didnt recieve any bad vibes and the prices are very reasonable with organized products on the shelves. I have no problem to recommend this particular store to another, as this is not 1-3 years old like the other negative reviews I have read.

This is the one and only Sallys I will EVER go to. The staff here are way more educated, way more helpful and Its always a great experience. Im not sure what his name is but the guy with the white hair will forever be my go to. Thanks for saving my hair a million times over! Haha

This is the best Sally Beauty that I have visited. Sebastian asked me if I needed help and Im grateful he did. He gave me advice on products to use on my hair and helped to locate them for me. A second sales associate also let me know of a buy 2 get 1 free deal. Kaylie helped me at the register and also let me know of a buy 1 get 1 free deal on the toner I was interested in. Everyone here was so nice and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience.

I expected the worst reading the previous reviews. I have to tell you the people you dealt with may have been removed. The lady that took care of me today was fantastic. So very friendly, so helpful. I wish her receipt had her name on it. Anyway if she ever sees this she will know it is her from her pretty witch costume, mostly purple. You did a great job lady. I will go there from now on.

I cannot believe these comments. Amii (store manager) is the sweetest most helpful and knowledgeable customer service rep I have ever ran across. She makes sure she keeps up and knows all her products and she makes sure her employees do too. The store is always really clean and its very easy to find exactly what youre looking for

Good staff, well stocked store, out of totes for several of their buy X and get a mini tote as well as the spend X and get a free tote, but thats my fault for coming too late I guess. Always reasonably priced for what you get, especially with mailed coupons with membership.

I visited this store on Sunday afternoon, 4/7/19, and have struggled to put words to my very negative experience. Now, my family and I have shopped Sallys often and have PAID for your discount for many years.On our Sunday visit, after paying for our merch at approximately 5 pm local time, the cashier said and by the way, we saw you put something your purse. WHAT?! Offered to have her inspect purse, even tried to dump it out in the counter., I dont go through peoples purses. We have you on tape, waiving vaguely at the ceiling and the rent-a-cop a few aisles away. Well let it go THIS TIME but dont ever come in this store again OR WE WILL PROSECUTE YOU Wait... what? I requested a view of the tape and was told only corporate has access to that. Hmm...but they said they already had it on tape. Suggesting that accusation without proof was simply unjustified, we were denied any proof and further admonished never to darken their doors again. So, someone can potentially steal merch just this once??? It is unfortunate that this experience soured my Sally experience. I will be buying my products elsewhere from now on.

Do NOT shop at this location. Worst customer service experience ever! My daughter bought 3 packages of hair dye & a bottle of activator last Friday. Dyed her hair that same night, but it didnt take. Took it back on Monday to get a refund & they refused despite what their return policy says on the back of the receipt. The assistant manager, Wendy, said there are special restrictions as noted on the receipt, and I should check the website. I went back to my car & checked the website. No such restrictions! I took my phone in so she could see for herself. She refused to look & stubbornly stuck to her guns. She said it is store policy and that we shouldve done a test on a strand test before using the entire bottle. She pointed out how it recommends that on the receipt. Sure, it RECOMMENDS that, but nowhere does it say that if you dont then a refund will be denied. She said since the bottles are empty, they cant take it back. I told her to show me in writing the stores policy restrictions on hair dye. She said its in their employee handbook, which shes not allowed to show customers. I told her to just make a copy of the page; she refused. She told me to call customer service if I have a problem. I argued some more, but she wouldnt budge & finally called security. I walked back to my car & called customer service. While I was on hold, the security guard came to talk to me. Very nice & understanding man! He said hed be available if he was needed. I was on hold for about 10-15 mins. A nice young man listened to me and verified that I was correct on the policy. If you dont love it, you get a refund. He asked for the store# on the receipt & called the store. Spoke to Wendy, the assistant manager, and told her to refund the money. She didnt even have the guts to complete the refund herself; she sent one of the other associates. Then, as that girl is completing the refund, she tells me that next time I should just do the strand test. Lol Got me all riled up again. I told her, loud enough for the whole store to hear me, that they needed to be retrained in company policy & customer service because they were obviously wrong about denying my refund. Took about an hour for all this. Ridiculous!Just for kicks, I called 3 other Sally stores. Only one knew the correct policy on hair dye returns/refunds. Thats the store on Sawdust. All the other stores said the same thing these idiots at the Target shopping center said to me about doing a test strand. I emailed corporate.

I just left out of this Sallys. The three employees were so engrossed in gossiping about what a fellow co-worker had worn to work that they didnt notice customers needing help. So after 10-15 minutes one of them finally asked me if I needed help. I told her that I would find what I was looking for because yall are too busy gossiping. She made a nasty face and went imto the back room and closed the door. I hope that other co-worker reads this because one of them was bragging about liking to get people in trouble.

Lady was nice and very proactive, I went in there lookin for some beard wax and a beard brush and she knew exclatly where everything was and she was doing all this while dealing with another 2 customers in the store great multitasker love it Ill be back

I normally come here and the service is very spotty. Today I waited 15 minutes for the 3 salespeople to finish their conversation about getting keys. It was clear I needed help and they continued to ignore me.I think this is officially my last visit to this store.

Very unfriendly from the manager on down. they dont like to give you your discount with coupons that Sallys send thru email. Just over not my favorite store to go to but its the closest to me so I guess shopping @ Sallys is out for me.

This Sallys has very rude employeesI went there looking for a specific product and the Manager, Amy was looking at me like a deer in headlightsNo one spoke when I walked in store and no one asked if I needed any help. When I approached counter here again, no one helped or even attempted to help. I finally asked for a manager, and when I found out the lady on register was the manager, Amy with purple hair, I just walked out. She sucks!!, I will not go back and tell everyone I know to steer clear of Sallys in target shopping ctr in Spring off cypresswood.
