Wow, this place is a mess. The store is not very well merchandised, signs and tape all over the windows. Stocking carts on virtually every aisle that are full, with boxes in between so that you can hardly walk the isles. The employee on duty has his headphones on and a hat on, doesn’t even look like he works here, but he’s the only one here. This place needs some serious help.

The price is a complete mess. No prices on the products, items in the wrong place. But the 2 employees were very friendly and nice.

Spoke to Erma the NEW store manager today just to let her know the store looks amazing. Shes doing a great job with the mess she had to come in and clean up. The store has done a 360 since the last time been there.

This place is always closed around 830pm even thou their sign says 10pm yall got some lazy workers

I just moved to spring July 15, 2020 and Everytime I go every employee has been really great. Pleasant welcoming attentive and theyve always asked if I found everything I needed. And yes I pretty much have found everything except my shampoo/conditioner.. John Freida... But thats ok everything else is great.Im very pleased and its right down the street from my new home.I lovooove it..

If I could give zero stars I would! This store is always trashed. Boxes of merchandise every where cant even maneuver a basket down any of the Isles.I tried to avoid this dollar store as much as possible. But sometimes you just have to do what you rather not. Thumbs down.

It’s was actually clean and organized

I cant believe how this store looks ever time I come to this store it is a royal mess. Today there is a trash can in front of the store with trash spilling all over the top and on to the ground. There is carts and merchandise all over the floor. It really sad that Family dollar and their employees dont care how the store looks. I wont be coming back to this store

This store is always trashy, & cluttered they have different employees every week and they don’t open on time.I’m here at 10am they are suppose to open at 8am. A employee is in the store with the door locked!

At 9:45pm tonight an employee locked the door in front of my face and told me their not taking any more customers tonight. I reminded him that they dont close until 10pm. He told me his manager wants the store closed. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I dont feel appreciated as a customer

They always have the isles crowed with stuff to stock the shelves. Every isle is hard to manage. Why cant they do one and leave the stock in the back until the first one is done???? It is not customer friendly!

This place has gone down its messy and dangerous to go through each isle

They never open up in time and they never have wnought employees working and the store is never in order and the cashiers have a bad attitude

The main manager is on vacation. The store is full of merchandise that is in the aisles on the floor. You cant find things you need because merchandise needs to be put on display. But there are not enough employees there to handle the massive amounts of merchandise.

Was going there everyday when I worked at Sonic. The placement of it is convenient because its in a plaza and everything is just kind of right there. It is only mediocre customer service at the very best.

My cashier was standing there having a conversation with a friend while she was checking me out. They were discussing something that was very inappropriate right in front of me. She could have paid more attention to checking me out. She could have been more polite.

Not impressed at all especially with the treasxhwig location-store #09080. I tried to return something with the receipt and the packaging and he said I need to go back to the store I bought it at! What? that is not what Family Dollars return policy says. then he said it was on clearance and it was not on clearance. He said they dont take back clearance items. thats not what the internet says. But mainly the location I went to on treaschwig they are stocking at rush hour 5 pm, they have carts in 3 or 4 of the isles. you cant even get ypur cart down the aisles. It is definitely a hazard to the customers. you cant even shop. its just so overcrowded-the isles. They have way too much stuff in that little bitty place. Im not good at retail but its pretty easy to figure out that you might stock in the morning till 11, stop during the rush hour and then start back at 2 or 3 when its slow. But stocking when a place is packed. Not impressed at all. Told the manager it was a hazard & she didnt even try and talk to me

What a horrible experience! I went in to get a couple things and have a medical exemption that prevents me from wearing a mask. I was told by Johnny that I had to show him a letter from my doctor saying I couldnt wear a mask. This is blatant discrimination! I was embarrassed in front of other customers and left the store.
