Staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Went in today for a restock of our base ingredients and they were so knowledgeable and helpful for finding some unique things like Japanese Whiskey.

Came upon this location since moving to the area. Havent been disappointed. The staff are amazing. They make great recommendations, are very knowledgeable about the products they have and they actually taste the liquors/wines so the recommendations are even more valuable and personalized.

Everyone here is always helpful and has good incite to the liquor your looking for.

Basic liquer store with most standard spirits. Decent wine selection as well. If youre looking for something hard to find, this is probably not the store to go to. Also they do not have any loyalty or discount program.

Clean store, and friendly staff. Suggestions have been hit-and-miss. Custom order requests was denied in store;asked that we email instead.

They said that they would be easy on me for not wearing a mask, but next time... I dont need another parent. And it opened my eyes to their RIDICULOUS prices. 20% higher than the gouging gas station across the highway. The topper was the always surly service. Very disappointing.

Very nice people working here, they give great advice. I think their deals can be great at times. Still great prices nonetheless. Very convenient next to HEB to pick up fresh fruit.

Do not use this store if your credit card/debit card requires a PIN ( you know that number you use to protect your cards from identity theft). They bypass this part and wont let you enter the PIN and of course your card is denied as it should be but theyll tell you its your card, call your bank. I prefer to shop at stores that protect my information.

Stellar selection. Great staff. Amazing location. That last part is because its withing walking distance, but that may not apply to you and thats cool because this in my review. :)

Prices and sales are pretty much the same as the competition but the staff really make the difference here. They are always welcoming and cheerful not to mention delighted to help. Any questions you might have are answered thoroughly and patiently. I really appreciate not feeling like a nuisance and the music they play makes me inclined to browse further.

This place was amazing. Rob S, and both Rob H. Were the best people for customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I called to have an order put together for an event that i was bartending and Robert S., was kind enough to go over and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I told him the day I was picking up and he said he was leaving at 4pm to ask for Robert H. Well I went to the store earlier to get it together and my order was ready. I got there around 615 and noticed that Robert S was still there. I asked, did you stick around to wait for me to get there, his response was yes I did. Omg talk about awesome customer service. They let me know about all the specials, I was not pressured into buying anything nor was I pressured to purchase more than what the original budget was. This was my first time at a Twin Liquors and it left a great impression. I will be doing business with them again, whether its personal or professional.

The young man who was cashier was helpful and quite knowledgeable. A young lady wss a bit cold. But the place is well stocked with a lot of variety and and well priced.

As soon as I walked in the store I was questioned about my age by two ladies. There was no hello or what can I help you with? When I started to fire back they used the whole its protocol excuse and they ask everyone how old they are. Which was a lie, because I was the only person they asked who walked in the store. The heavyset cashier with the red hair went so far as to asking my birthdate and other things like when Im pretty sure she couldnt even calculate it that fast. I didnt drive all the way from atascocita to spring to a liquor store to be harassed about my age. Ive never had this happen at any other liquor store Ive been to. However, the guy that worked on the floor was great and really nice. The only reason why this place gets two stars is because of the guy who helped me! But Im definitely not wasting my time and gas to visit this store again. Ill stick to specs!

Im a very small built woman and will tend to put a basket in between me and any maleCustomers or clerks. This clerk keep pushing my basket aside. Making me feel uncomfortable enough that I left the store....he even stood at the door watching me leave.....I was soo scared I .called a friend to follow me home down Rayford
