One of the best deer and game processors around the Houston area. Very good customer service and quick turnaround. Jimmy knows what he is doing and will treat you right!

So I actually was set up to take my deer to someone else and when I got there after waiting a few days he told me sorry he was full again. I called J&A and they said bring it in. I’m so glad that I got turned away from the other guy cause I couldn’t be happier with what came out. These guys are super affordable, I was surprised with the price at the end. We got summer sausage and it’s some of the best I’ve ever had. We got German sausage and it is amazing too. Haven’t tried the pan sausage or burger I had made but I’m sure it’s gonna be good too. The service is amazing too. As soon as I pulled in with my deer someone met me at the truck. He pulled my cooler into the shop on a cart unloaded it,cleaned it out and put it back in the truck while we made our order. I was told 3 weeks to get it done, which was fine with me, but got a call 9 days later to pick it up. This place earned all 5 stars I’d give 6 if I could.

I took my wild hog to J&A for processing. I selected J&A because they took the whole hog and didn’t make me skin and quarter it first. The staff was friendly and polite. This was my first hog, so I wasn’t exactly sure what my options were for cuts of meat to pull from it. They walked me through it cut by cut and helped me select exactly what I wanted. Turn around time was fast considering it was the middle of deer season. When I went to pick up the meat and pay the balance, I thought they had made a mistake. I actually argued with the office staff that I MUST owe them MORE money than what they said. Nope!! I got my entire hog processed for a GREAT price. And the meat is wonderful. J&A has earned my long-term wild game business. I will definitely be back.

We dont even have our meat yet, but I am beyond impressed with Jimmy and his crew! The service we received was above and beyond and we had a great time chatting with Jimmy and placing our order. Ill add on to this post when we get our meat back, but so far? 10/10 would definitely buy again!

I’ve been to a few other places and they always seem to be “bothered” when a customer calls or visits. Not this place. Very friendly, quality is the best I’ve found around her, and they’re fast. I take all hogs & deer here now. Thank y’all for what you’re doing 👍

Excellent taste and pricing. The Jalapeño cheese sausage may be the best I’ve ever had. I am really happy I chose to use J&A and will continue to do so.

I’ve never had a problem with this place. The link sausage is about as good as it gets and the turn around is always pretty quick. I’ve had the breakfast sausage and the boudin and it was excellent. Can’t speak for much else but overall I’m satisfied.

Dont bring boned meat and expect not to pay a process fee. 70 is about right to bring in a deer thats quartered. I got charged 35 for boned meat. Never been hit with that before and Ive been doing this for 35 years. Done doing business with them.

I go here every year with my deer and they always nail it. Amazingly good link sausage and back strap steaks. Next time Im going to have a venison roast done. Keep up the good work folks!

Showed up mid season with 5 white tail and 1 mule deer to be processed. I called multiple places and everyone told me it would be about a month to do it all. J&A had it all done in a couple of weeks!! They are a great group of people and catered to my special request on the processing. I needed my deer cut with beef instead of pork due to a pork allergy and they said it wouldnt be a problem or any difference in the cost. I purchased a good majority of their products and my family and I are very happy with the taste of all of it. The jalapeño and cheddar summer sausage and boudin are by far my favorite!!! Thank you J&A processing for the wonderful products and fair prices. I will definitely be coming back here every season with future deer.

Dropped my deer off and they told me it would be a couple of weeks, second week of gun season. It was ready the next weekend. Link sausage is Amazing. Ive had problems in the past with different processors when it comes to Summer Sausage. J&A nailed it.... Delicious!

We ordered quite a few items (back strap, jerky, and summer sausage) and it all tasted amazing and was done just right. The prices are also very great! Definitely recommend J&A to everyone!
