Went there for a thorough breakdown on the different types of lights and the employee was easy to communicate with this person knew and explained everything to me in a nutshell.

Batteries were failing on my old iPhone 6, I took it here and they replaced the batteries quickly for a reasonable price with an extended warranty of 2 years. A month later I have to bring my phone back because it was not charging, it resulted to be a problem with the charge port and NEO took care of it, he change it and fix the problem at no cost in 45 minutes! I will suggest this stores as a number 1 option for phones repairs! Also Neo offer excellent customer service skills! very impressive !

I ordered a battery charger for my 12 year old DELL laptop. I could not find it anywhere, but something told me to check out Batteries Plus, so I did. Low and behold, you had one. The one! The store that I placed the order with realized they did not have one in stock, so they contacted another location in my area. They contacted that location for me, then contacted me with the new information. I was able to go there the very next day and pick it up. The manager was so kind and even allowed me to bring my laptop into his store and check to make sure it worked properly. IT DID!!! I will shop for all my battery needs at this store from now on!! Thank you SO much!!!

I ALWAYS give great reviews. Never once had to place a bad review. This place was just awful. I thought they were suppose to be good pricing? There was one guy working there when I went and he didn’t seem like he knew anything. If he did, then he told me there was only 1 brand of CR123 batteries they carried.. why only carry 1 brand? Instead of paying the $45 for 2 packs of 6 batteries each. The batteries I bought here lasted in my camera for a month (at max) and were dead. I went online and bought a package of 50 batteries for $50! WAY better deal.

I will never shop here again i came in a few weeks ago for a back glass replacement on my s9 plus and they had left an incredible amount of chips and scratches on the frame of my phone and the back glass dosent even have a samsung logo... so for the price of $60 you get scratches on the frame of your phone and a back glass that doesnt have a logo for your device, now I really dont care about the logo I would have gave it a 5star but yall damage my phone in the process of repair.

Plenty of the 6V (think large square) batteries and D batteries. Stocked up for this rainy season. Open on Sunday.Tip: bring your flashlight to confirm they are working. Store had tester batteries.

Customer service was excellent on a difficult to find bulb and ballast. Staff ordered the items for me and called as soon as they were available.

I completed my order on-line for the discount with the expectation of picking a motorcycle battery up the next day as it said it was in stock. Never got email saying it was ready so I had to call the store. Turns out it was not in stock as specified. Store offered to cancel my order so I could go to another store which had it, or they could try to get it to their store. I chose the latter option. Ended up having to wait another day before finally receiving it. Even then, I had to call the store again to find out if they had gotten the battery from the other store. Email and phone communication for this business is very poor. The on-line ordering is unreliable; however, the only saving grace was that the store employees were very friendly and courteous. If it was not for that saving grace, then I would have rated this business one star and never returned to do business again. I will give them one more chance in the future.

I scheduled a cellphone battery replacement for a Sunday. The rep was so nice, informative, and efficient. Several people came in to the store and he maneuvered from task to task with great effectiveness

The battery in my iPhone that I purchased at this store 5 months went dead. I called. Dont worry that you cant find your receipt, I will trace it through our system. When the phone #s I gave didnt work, nor my name, he traced it via my email. I didnt expect that type of service. Mr. Sam Touchstone replaced the battery and I am back in service. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I finally hung up and called back. The person on the phone did not seen to upset or concerned that I had been on hold that long.I gave him the part number of the bulb I wanted and he clicked a few keys and said it would be a special order. I was also on the manufactures website and it was the exact same price he quoted me. I informed him that I figured he was on the same site and he said oh no, we have our own suppliers. Im so not believing that! He did not seem to want my business so I just ordered from the web site of the bulb maker.Ill only go to the Spring store in an emergency! Sorry Im blowing your so called reputation of being the best! You arent!

The below review was posted 3 years ago and I was pleased then. The battery had a 3 year warranty and failed just after 3 years. That didn’t bother me and I happily went back to Batteries and Bulbs to pick up a replacement. They had it in stock and the price was ok - but now they tack on a $3 Environmental Fee. What a bunch of BS! I complained but they wouldn’t remove it, so unless you like paying BS environmental fees, buy from someone else. And I am now changing my review from 5 stars to 1.——original review from 2017——Needed a new battery for my generator. They had exactly what I needed and a good price. Nice store, helpful employees. I will be back for all my battery needs.

Despite the fact the store was about to close, the salesman still installed my car battery so I wouldnt be stranded. I recently sustained an injury that prohibited me from doing any lifting. I also received the best value. I had shopped around at all of the local national chain auto parts stores.

When I arrived the item was even waiting for me at the front counter. They even properly changed my order ahead of time to the correct connector type for my product and refunded me the difference.

I went in the store on a Saturday to acquire for a simple screen repair, the skinny brown long haired kid smelled like he just showered in pot and so did the store! It was terrible I couldnt even look around the store because the odor. The owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves for having employees who cant even keep thier pot consumptions away from work. I will never be returning to this location!

Needed a battery for my commuter. I looked online at Oreillys and they were more expensive. Autozone had terrible reviews from numerous people about their batteries so I went to the place that knows batteries. I don’t know why I check the other places. Spring Cypress Batteries + Bulbs is my place to go.

They took my iphone for a screen repair. A day after the repair, the screen went completely black. They told me that its not them, and that theres nothing they can do, and no money back. Took it to a different place, they told me, whoever installed this screen did a sloppy job, thats all. Awful. Awful place. They do not stand behind their work, and their DM does not even care. Thats what he told me when i called him. Save yourself some time and money and go to a honest place instead of these people. They dont care, why should you?

Ive never experienced such racism before in my life! I felt the hate as soon as the country hick with the cap on saw us walk in! As for the other clerk with the pony tail,he was ok. In fact he was really nice to my wife and I but the one with the cap on could have passed for a grand dragon of the KKK!

Took a running watch to have battery replaced. After installing a new battery young man stated that the watch was broken and would not run. Reason for visits watch was loosing about one min. per Hr. Will not return for any product all he had to do was admit he damaged.
