Went to this shop to have my truck stereo equipment installed and met Gino the Manager. Let me start by saying he was great and looking for anyway to help me with what I was looking to do with my truck. When it was finished he had my head unit with two amps and two 10 inch woofers with front and rear cameras installed and sounding great! The staff is very friendly and are not satisfied until you are. Great customer service and warranty is what I was looking for and what I received. Gino is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and honest! Brought my own mids and high and purchased my amps subs and head unit from them. They did the install and I couldn’t be happier. I had an issue with a sub and it turned out being one of the terminals shorted out resulting in one of the subs not working. They fixed the terminal free of charge and I was on my way! Great experience! Customer service and communication was top notch from the first time I called to book. They did an install on my 2021 ram 1500. JL Audio stealth box with two 10TW3’s under the rear seat. They matched my subs up with a perfect amp that didn’t break the bank too! Install was super clean and my system sounds GREAT! Will definitely be back for more work on my Ram. Highly recommend these guys!

I see the reviews on here and how you immediately put up a 5 star review to cover your tracks. The community is starting to catch on to your games and what ends up to be lies. Hes everyone’s best friend when you first meet him right and when what you paid for comes to light Gino is no where to be found! I will never use this company ever again. And don’t respond with the old we can’t find your name or invoice trick. I read the other reviews. Your whole job is nothing but excuses. Horrible in every degree. This place needs some serious help. Unbelievable your located in the woodlands. More like a 5th ward location you have.

Bico did an excellent job installing a modern audio setup in a 2006 vehicle. They gave great guidance with options and their recommendations, then great installation and follow-up. Gino and the crew take a lot of pride in their customer focus.

Called this shop about 2 days ago asked for a quote to get something diagnosed In my sound system they quoted me at 30$ to get it looked at come to find out they charge 49$ to get it looked at and was like okay cool not what they told me but I can work with that so they pull my truck in and tech says its a ground issue and well i was like okay cool no big deal so they come and work on it sat there and waited an hour later one of the employees comes to me saying that an additional hour of him looking at it will make the price go to 70$ and come to find out the ground wasn’t the issue so ended up wasting 40$ for getting nothing fixed but my time wasted

I have had so much trouble with the electric on my truck. Gino is the guy to see. He is a great guy who cares about getting the job done correctly. I had all the after market wires removed and the old alarm system. A new alarm was installed and it works great. I have been to many other auto stereo shops as well as the Ford Dealership. None of them were able to fix my problem. Thanks to BICO Stereo, my problem has been solved. You won’t find a nicer guy than Gino to deal with.

I had an upgraded car stereo that I purchased from an online vendor. I was going to attempt to install the unit myself but after getting a quote from Gino I decided to hire them to install. This was a GOOD DECISION! They did a great job on the install. You may need to be flexible with the scheduling but you will be pleased with quality work and the reasonable price.

These guys are awesome they did an amazing job putting LED strips on my motorcycle theyre honest and fair good group of guys they do the job right and compared to other stereo shops around here theyre not out to take you to the bank best prices around I highly recommend them.....UPDATE well I wasnt happy with where I told them to put the lights it was all on me and I noticed my front end wasnt lit up where I asked them to put the lights so I went up there and talked to Beverly and asked him to move two of the lights so they did and only asked for $10 they make sure youre happy with the job they did and they will work with you even if the mistake is all on you youre not going to find a better stereo shop Beverly did an awesome job

If only negative stars was a option. Horrible management. Gino you need to find another career. Taking to customers the way you do and the lies you say to people. It’s just sad. Overpaid so much money for our sound system here. It doesn’t even work. We paid thousands of dollars for some junk in the trunk and a possibly the most pathetic wire job we have ever seen. System overheats, speakers rattle, system randomly turns off and speakers turn off. We took the vehicle back here 7 times before we finally gave up and went somewhere else. Paid for Ubers and Lyft rides every single time! We took the vehicle to another sound shop and 7 of us all stood around laughing at how bad of a job was done. We run a company that asks us daily about where to instal sound systems. I personally have sent 30 vehicles to a different shop in the last 2 months alone. I tell everyone I know never … and I mean never use bicco stereo. I have never wrote a negative review to a company until now. It’s amazing you make your customers this upset. Where the last resort is literally telling the truth about you and how you treat people. Good luck in business! Your gonna need every bit of luck available.

Bico installed an Alpine header and two speakers in my 2002 Chevy truck. The installation was perfect, and Carlos the installer (who has been with Bico 25 years!) went over the setup procedure with me. You wont find a nicer, more helpful and knowledgeable individual in Gino, the manager.Bico gets my highest recommendation.

Had a great experience getting a new sound system for my f150 here. I was recommended by some co-workers to get my stereo system checked out here after having some shady work done elsewhere and they were able to redo everything that had been previously done and get me set up with a good sounding system that works right, and sounds great. Mike was super helpful and helped me get everything figured out in a timely manner.

I wouldnt even give them a 1 but I had to rate them...they are not reliable I wouldnt send anyone my husband talked to someone initially and he said they would order the part called back days after it should of arrived still no part then called talked to Mike there was no invoice or nothing mind you Mike talked to my husband day before had him on hold said he would look to see if part came in never called him back...when I called he Mike acted as if he didnt even know who or what I was talking about and when I told him my husband called the day before he still had no recognition and still no part or invoice but he had just talked to him the day before how you dont remember that its only two people that you can talk to Mike and Geno I know you dont forget that quickly...well we wont be returning for anything and I definitely wouldnt refer anyone!!!

My cars head unit kicked the bucket and I wanted an upgrade. I have aftermarket audio equipment. Wanted a touch screen head unit and back up camera installed. Most affordable, fast paced place I have ever been. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted warmly. I called at 2:30 yesterday checking on my car and he had said they just started. Not even 15 minutes later he called back and said my car was ready. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

Gino and Chandler are awesome guys! Very stand up, patient, and trustworthy. I went in to have a custom box built for my 8 sub in my Focus ST. I told them I was looking to retain as much hatch space as possible and they hit the nail on the head. The ported box they built me works perfectly with my sub and left a good amount of space for me. They also built me a false floor to accommodate the sub due to the factory one not being strong enough. Gino & his crew are awesome! I went specifically for a car stereo that offered Apple Car Play. The price was great & I didnt have to wait long for the new system to be installed. Unfortunately, my phone did not always interface well with the system. I went back & the guys switched it out for another of same model. Same problem.They were expecting in a new shipment of another brand (step up from what I originally bought.) They replaced with the new one & no problem! Then they cut me a deal on the cost (and no extra labor charged)! They did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied & I am!I highly recommend Bico & will use them again!

Gino is one of those people that I knew for a short period in my youth and always wished that I could have been around more to learn to be like him. I called and asked if the could look at my truck due to a burned power wire installed in Florida. They were very busy and low staffed but said to bring it in and they would look at it for me. I got there Renee found the problem had the part and I was out the door in 15 mins. This is what service is about and I will be going here for any future upgrades for my truck!!!!

Bico Stereo just finished an installation on one of my cars that was initially intended for one of their competitors up the road. The competitor surprised me with wanting 1.5 days for the work and I did not plan to leave the car for more than one day so, decided to look for an alternative. And, am glad that I did. Very friendly staff but still too new and unorganized. After being put off 3 different times and told call us back on this day and well take care of you yet they never kept their promise and asked me to call back, i finally got offended by the run around and found another shop.

Had a new stereo put in my Yukon and service was outstanding. Very fast service and quality of work was great. The owner is very personable and makes you feel like you have known each other for very long time. I will definitely go back for any other issues they can help with.

Chandler and Jeno were very helpful. They provide lifetime warranties on their labor and parts (if applicable). The customer service they provided is excellent; they are very friendly and very informative. They also give very fair pricing. If it weren’t for their great customer service, I would have probably rated them 4 stars. I had a remote start installed, but by the time I got it back to my house, I noticed that I could no longer unlock my doors using the key fob or the transponder. I had to take it back to BICO. Fortunately, as soon as I got there, the immediately took my vehicle around back and resolved the issue instantaneously. If that isn’t good customer service, I don’t know what is! I would certainly come back for some more projects! I highly recommend this shop!

Stopped by today to get a quick quote on how much it would cost to replace my car stereo (purchase a radio and install) but guy behind the counter was on the phone the entire time I was there and didn’t even acknowledged my presence so after a long 15 minutes of looking at the few items they display, and waiting to be welcomed, I left!I don’t believe they deserve my money after being ignored that long. or maybe they don’t need it. Or want it.

Went in to get some prices to do a complete system in my Tundra. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what i was looking for in my stereo. Ordered all the parts can not even tell any work was done. sound quality is incredible. Went with all focal speakers and amplifier. Chandler was amazing tuning it to top performance. would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality sound and work.

They are not the most competitive, they do rely on market clients “ The Woodlands”. They quoted me over 400.00 for one 8 sub, drove down to Houston and got them for just a bit over 260.00 so i that shop my entire business. Do your research and shop around before you commit to them.

This company is the go to place for car audio. Gino upfront hooked me up with a very musical and excellent sounding pair of morel speakers and morel subwoofer with a kenwood amp. Gino had Brock install koning 6500k lumen Headlights in my car for a affordable price and when I had a issue with the drl going from halogen to LED they researched and worked tirelessly to fix it and made it work. The specialist who worked on my tint did a excellent job. My car is amazing now and I never want to sell it.Bico was able to Essentially turn my used i sport mazda3 into a superior higher trim model for about 7k less than Mazda would charge. There is not much these guys can not do. If you need a custom speaker or subwoofer box/mount bico has a specialist named Carlos who can build any subwoofer or speaker mount/box for any vehicle including boats.There is not much these guys cannot do and I trust them 110% with my vehicle. If you need custom parts or a upgrade to your parts call gino at bico and he can get you hooked up.

There’s not many car audio stores in Spring so I decided to give Bico a shot instead of driving to Houston & I had a really great experience. Chandler was really friendly and professional and provided great service. I was approved for financing and decided to finance everything. This is where it all goes bad. A couple weeks later, I get a phone call from Bico from a random guy named Gino who I guess is the manager and he’s being very rude and condescending and demanding payment for his merchandise. I’m really confused and just hang up at this point because I financed it through Snap Finance and then he calls me back being really rude talking about how the store didn’t file the finance paperwork to the bank properly. Okay, how is that my issue? I hung up on him and I felt bad for the guy because the store genuinely had good service so I called back and he started being condescending again over the phone. Great company but don’t finance anything.
