Henry did a great job of finding a solution to a non working Bluetooth with an OEM Lexus radio. The Dealer just wants to replace the whole system at a cost of 5 times what Henry was able to repair it for. It took a few attempts but he stuck with it and solved the issue!

I don’t know how this man has such great reviews when he literally tried to raise the price of repairing my radio three times on three separate occasions throughout this exchange. I had to flat out tell him that if his price was final I could go on and buy a BRAND NEW radio with that money and save my time. I understand being a small business owner, but do not give somebody a time window of two days for diagnosis/response and let that time extend to over a week. It’s careless and unprofessional. After trying to raise the price one final time when I came to PICK MY RADIO UP he didn’t even finish everything that he agreed to do originally, because it will “take more time“. so I left his shop with a cracked dash. This was not the only thing that he did not want to do. My radio has multiple functionalities and when he agreed to fix it he should’ve stated ahead of time if he was going to be charging more to restore all of these functionality‘s. Aside from this being ridiculous already, he try to charge me more for this and convince me to leave with my radio no longer functioning fully. Never again.

Henry was extremely patient and knowledgeable at the initial conversation. He addressed all of my concerns and made the process that was stressful very accommodating with the cost being nothing near of what the dealership quoted.I’m thankful to had allowed SST to fix my problem. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any repair: courteous and knowledgeable technicians who really listen and treat you like an intelligent person, appointment system so there is no wait, quick repair at a reasonable price. These guys know what they are doing AND know how to treat customers.I had just about given up on fixing my 2012 Sienna radio, even though I felt it would be an easy repair. I was certain that I knew the problem was with the DVD player but every place I called either said they could not do it or gave an outrageous price for just looking at it. Henry, the technician at SST who fixed my radio, LISTENED to everything I said. SST charges a very reasonable check out fee that is applied to the repair should you choose to do it. Henry found the problem quickly and gave me options for fixing it. The repair was completed in no time and the price was very reasonable!SST makes appointments for service (it’s easy to get one). They require mask in their waiting area, but since they use appointments there won’t be anyone else there. I can’t say enough good things about SST and Henry (the technician). My advice to you – CALL THEM FIRST!

This place can fix anything car audio related, factory or aftermarket. They will actually diagnose the problem with a factory radio and fix it (!), not just replace it. Rare to find a place that will actually do that these days.Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. Ive had three car amps repaired by them, and they all work great! This place is great, and very well informed. Henry (the owner) fixed my 2014 mustang radio in 20 min. I wish I would have came sooner! Hopefully I dont have to see them again for a while, but if I hands any issues with my system again, I WILL BE BACK! THANKS AGAIN HENRY!

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPERIENCEDMy Radio and Bluetooth for Phone Calls in my Lexus wasnt working and it seemed like it was a common issue looking it up on Lexus Community Forums.Went to the Lexus Dealer and they obviously was no help. They are not there to save you money but want to replace every part for you possible, Brand new without diagnosis.Went to Car Toys and they dont fix anything factory, and do custom installs only. But thankfully Car Toys recommend me this place SST Repairs.Henry the owner knew the right questions to ask right off the bat, and was already attempting to pre diagnosing the issue just through our initial conversation.Took out and actually tested every part in my vehicle that had anything to do with the radio.Well as expected the Amplifier was out and also the controller box that controls my volume on my steering wheel.Henry had to order some parts and fixed my Amplifier in house.Yes! They actually do their own soldering work here which is a lost art.Within less than a week everything was fixed and everything works superbly.After 6 months of no radio, I wasnt used to being able to hear music in my car again and answering Bluetooth Phone calls.Youve definitely earned a lifetime customer and I will definitely be sending you a flood gate of referrals.Thank you so much Henry & SST Repairs!

I drive an Audi A7. My MMI monitor screen went black and I could no fully use all of my cars systems because they are displayed on the monitor. Quick repair on my mercedes, audio is working now

Took my radio out of my car and i was told a week and he would tell me whats wrong. I have called he said to call him back 2 days ago and he would tell me what he found out. He never called back I called all day Saturday. Never responded. I havent had any sound in my car for almost a month.

Over priced. Won’t give quotes over the phone.

I was so pleased with the work at the Customer Service and SST the rates were far better than the competitors, very knowledgeable. I had to replace a Cue Screen, they did an awesome job!!!

Stopped by SST to have the audio checked on my MB command system. Due to the pandemic only the owner was working who removed unit. Will update when job is completed. Three weeks of waiting and the owner told me that a part arrived it would be ready the next day. But alas I was informed that the unit worked for 25min and stopped and was the quoted an exorbitant amount. This place is a rip off and a bait and switch. I was charged $50 for them to do nothing because I diagnosed the problem before I took it there and was ot even offered a refund. The way they conduct business I would say that they should not be in business.

It was well worth coming this repair shop. Originally, Mercedes quoted a price of $4000 to replace the cd-radio. SST Radio Repair were excellent with us as they repaired the radio for a fraction of the cost and were very cordial and respectful every step of the way. Certainly, I would go there again for any other type of repair like this.

They found the problem with my display, replaced the bad part, and even lined up a dealer guy to reprogram the system. Now it all works great and saved me from replacing the whole thing.

Had worked done before no complaints but this time I took s new TV in for repair that had no scratches on it only had water in the bottom from the flood I get TV back and finally put back and the screen had scratches in the screen he says it was like that I think he swap my screen with someone else cause no way to have scratches on the top and middle of screen I sent a friend to get car amp fix and he gave him run around I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Sending to manufacturer before him ever again. Quality over quantity!

Expensive. He wouldn’t give a quote over the phone so he wasted our time driving 30 minutes there only to give a quote inside his store without looking at my car radio.

Disc changer went out in my factory car unit. My husband dropped it off for me. Service was outstanding, prices were great and the quality of the work done was amazing. The whole unit works better than what it did when I got the car. Thank you!

10/10 I highly recommend this place. First time here as well. I brought in an amp in pretty bad condition blown output and power supply. After sometime, I got it back it was as good as new. So happy I came here instead of throwing my amp away.

Radio went out in my F150. Henry charged me $45 to take it out and test it which was $30 less than Planet Ford wanted. He ordered another radio from an online after market vendor for $150 less than a new one, had it shipped and called when it arrived. Took about a week. I came by the shop and he installed it that afternoon. Its worked great ever since.He was honest and up front about everything from the beginning. No surprises and he knew exactly what he was doing. Ill go back, and would recommend him to anyone. Five star experience.

This was the fourth place I went to, to have my factory Stereo system looked at. Henry was very welcoming, knowledgeable about his trade and able to fix my problem and have my bose system working in less than hour. He was also recommended to me by a dealership who didnt have the expertise to fix my issue. Would definitely do buisness here again. Recommended !

I have a GMC Acadia that only had 37,500 miles on it and the CD player broke. The dealership ( where I had ALL my work done) said they could not fix it and would only replace the entire radio/cd player for $1400.!! This really angered me, especially that they did not even offer to send me to someone to fix the CD player; but were anxious to have me replace the whole unit, that worked fine ( radio, touch-screen, etc.). I was able to get the player to eject, but it still would not play. Called Car Toys, who referred me to SST, who does work on these units. After I brought my vehicle to them, the owner said it would cost approximately $250-$300 to fix the CD player and would maybe take a couple of days to get the parts. I was very surprised and happy when he called the next day and could install the new part. This was back in August, and it has worked flawlessly ever since he fixed it. I highly recommend SST for car stereo repairs or replacement. It meant a lot to me and my husband to save $1100 on repairing the unit, so I’m very glad to have found SST!!

Don’t waste your time or money. Guy is a lair and a rip off. I went there looking to get the screen replace on my car (factory radio) he charged me $45 to look at it. He said he would have to order a Brand new screen so the total he charged me was $365. Said it would take no longer than 10 days for the screen to come in. I paid and waited the 10 days, called back for 2 days got no answer the first day. He finally answered and told me the place he ordered the screen from that, that whole company has been on vacation for the entire 10 days so the screen had not even shipped yet. So I told him just give me my money back and I will go else where. He wanted to charge me $120 to put back in my old screen that he took out and had kept. I went up there the next day and had to bargain with him to get my money back, he still didn’t give it all back... after I raised hell he finally came clean and said he wasn’t even ordering a New screen as he had told me at first... he was trying to repair my broken one and charge me as if he ordered a new one... dnt waste your time or money, worst experience I have ever had.

Radio on my 55 chevy was not working. Henry took radio out, checked it and it was OK. The antenna was bad. He ordered and replaced it. Works great! Reasonable price and nice people.

My aux cord metal got stuck in my aux and i didnt want to get a new radio, so i brought the radio to this repair shop.Henry was able to get the metal out of the aux and fix the damage. He was very knowlegeable and didnt overcharge me for his service.Originally i had called another radio repair shop and they had said sixty dollars,but Henry only charged me thirty five so his prices are more fair compared to other radio repair shops.
