This company is very unprofessional. I used in 2013 due to being late in the season. First, their prices are higher than all others but they were available. Second, they missed their installation appointment date with no explanation. Third, when they removed the lights (middle of Feb), they did not notify me. I gave them the benefit of doubt since they seem to be a small upstart business. This year, they reached out to me but I was prepared. Spoke initially and to set up an appointment, then they proceeded to give an overinflated estimate. I called to get this rectified but at this point, Im done...the owner NEVER returns phone calls after days or weeks.

I paid upfront for insulation, labels and takedown of Christmas lights. Lights were installed in December. I have not heard from nor was able to contact Eric for someone to take the lights down. I have received numerous letters from my HOA due to their inabity to provide the proper take services.His number is now out of service and there is no way to contact him. Totally unreliable and will breech contract.
