Nice location. Not too crowded when I went. Found a helpful employee. I think she was a manager of some sort but stayed with me patiently helping me find crockpot liners.

Its was great. I was looking for Kitten Replacement milk and 2 other Walmarts didnt have it and this one in Spring did. So glad, thank you.

I have to admit that Ive NEVER been a fan of Walmart because of population congestion & lack of cashiers. However, while living during the pandemic, things have shifted in favor of the us, the consumer! Waiting for long lines to go down are not half bad because theyre minimal at best AND there seems to be MORE cashiers in hopes of alleviating some of the congestion!! Whether you choose to wear a mask or not, social distancing is alive & well, thus I encourage it!!Thank You!! 😉

They say there auto center opens at 7am on Sundays that’s a lie. The hours on the door says 8-6pm on Sundays and Monday-Saturday is 7-7pm. Hours need to be updated on website for the public.

The employee that helped me with my grocery pick up was very kind. I did not get his name, but he had long hair and was wearing a vans hat. He made sure to take care of my substitutions, and did it all with a smile. Will definitely be back.

Nice selection. shopping carts falling apart. staff was pretty good. everything i saw was well stocked, including the chabani coffee yogurt. havent been able to find it in the last 40 or so stores Ive visited

I went to go and buy a utility cart. After finding I went to the automotive register, no one there to check me out. I then went to the electronics department to check out, WM employee said cant help you my register is being used currently by the phone person and my other register is not working. Ugh, so I walked over to the garden center two WM employees there by the register. I asked can I check out here? One of them said No, Im going on my break.I then had to go to register 6 in the mainlines and wait for what seemed forever to check out. Reason for my wanting to check out by the automotive register is that I parked on that side of the store. Poor service at this location, thats why I rarely shop at this location and go to the Riley Fuzzle location.

Bought two shirts online at the same time. Each came from a different vendor. Neither one was as pictured. Cheap material poor fit. On the app I marked for return. All set to return to store NO SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN. After standing in Customer service line for an hour, associate said they were marketplace items. I could package each for return and bring them back again. I left them with the associate. Already had spent too much time to return. Stopped at restroom on way out of the store. NASTIEST restroom ever. I asked for manager on duty..None responded . Never again Walmart.

Well we were not prepared for the amount of people that were there. It felt like playing bumper cars with everyone. It was mostly self check out and the lines were so very long. From one side of the store to another.We went to the jewelry counter to check out. To the Guy we let go ahead of us.... I hope your son feels better.In all the chaos the store was pretty clean. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and no one could direct us on locating simple items.

Store wasnt crowded, the store was surprisingly clean from my last visit and associates were very helpful.

Not a bad store. Usually has what I need. They do need to hire more cashiers and open more scan and go registers.

My favorite walmart. I dont mind traveling the little extra distance for this walmart to get better selection. I prefer the womans clothing and accessories at this location more than others. The whole store is usually very clean. As a bargain shopper, I have noticed that their clearance and price reduction selection are also better than any walmart I have been to.

I’ve been standing at the pick up section for 25 mins and asked 3 different people who I could talk to in regards to helping me in a order that I wanted to pick up and I also called the number that it said to call and yet again no one answered. Sad

This is my favorite Walmart in this area. The staff is always nice. The lines sometimes are a little long but all in all its a nice place to shop.

This walmart store is on Santas naughty list. Management is irresponsible. Upon entering the store the aroma is unpleasant which does not subside throughout. The store is a Walmart supercenter which means groceries and as such the filth that has accumulated negates purchase.

I shop here every once and awhile. It’s got just about everything I need when I go. Staff is nice, store is clean. I would recommend this location as the lines don’t seem as long as other Walmart locations. I’ll include a picture of one of the items that I can normally find here but can’t find anywhere else.

Its walmart, you get what you get. Definitely need more registers open. They take away all human cashiers, and still dont have enough self checkout lanes open. Bring back the human element

The lady worked at automotive desk on July 20, 2021 was amazing, I bought some wrong windshield wipers, she helped me return wrong one, chose right one even helped to install them. Very kind, patient and helpful. I had great experience there, I would vote her for employee of the year.

Store is to cold. Check out lines are too long. Need more checkers.Floor employees do not speak English. Police should not have handicap parking spaces, they can park any place.

The store itself was really nice. It was will organized and clean. The cashiers customer service skills werent the best. There was no greeting or thank you. Only thing she said was this is your total

The checkout was a nightmare. We were in line for over 15 minutes. Employees were slightly rude. The checkout area was so dirty. Melted ice cream sitting on top of a beverage fridge, dust every, abandoned products. SMH. The manager should have their pay cut.

Got a oil change car worked just fine…..go to start my car it wouldn’t start. Spoke to a manager he tell me o your car was like that when I pull it in for oil change. I ask so why you didn’t tell me that my car didn’t want to start when you pull it in for oil change. His reply I don’t know there nothing we can do about it sir. I get the car to my mechanic just find out that the two that work on my car forgot to connect everything they supposedly checked. Cost me $120 bucks just to diagnose my car and get one hose put back on. Been going to this Walmart for years won’t be going back. How about getting people that know what there doing not little kids that come to work to Goff of a play. I will sending to this bentonville Arkansas.

There were a lot of things that they were out of or just didnt carry. I requested help from three different associates and one did so while the other two said they would go get help and they never came back nor did the help they said they were going to get.The cleanliness left alot to be desired, especially in these times. It is the closest to my sons new home but we have decided we would prefer to drive to a location a little further away where service, cleanliness and products are more what we have come to expect from Walmart.

I hate going inside the store, they never have enough cashiers and leaving I always get checked like Im stealing something. Grocery pickup has been nice and Ive always liked the workers who have brought out my groceries.

This particular location used to be great about 7 or 8 years ago. The redesign does make the store look better.

Needs more cashiers... Not everybody likes doing self check out, some people like the friendly personal touch. A smiling face to help us. Other wise this Wal-Mart is pretty nice.

For starters this Walmart doesnt carry half of the items. I normally buy at Walmart such as Mountain lightning. . When were finally done shopping. We got up to the front. I found that there was only two cashiers working. In the entire store and they each have lines of about 10 people each. And all these automated cashier check outs. Or we could do it ourselves where available. The last time I checked Walmart wasnt giving me an employee discount to do their work for them. And this is at 8 at night. What a lot of people are shopping. And not a single sore on a register. . Then on my way out the door a lady has the nerve to say excuse me, sir, and holds up a scanner like she wants to check my cart. To see if I paid for my stuff. And get her job for her by ringing it up. So I probably said to her have a nice night and walked right by her. You see the Statewide Texas law clearly states that we do not have to stop and show our receipts of the door Unless they suspect us of stealing. This is very rude for them to expect us to do their work and then accuse us of stealing on the way out the door.

The store is somewhat clean and organized... The employees are somewhat helpful and they are extremely limited on their mobile cards for handicap and disabled people 😔

I ordered 1 item, a Johnson and Johnson cream with aloe and vitamin E, for pickup. They notified me when it was ready. The curbside pickup area was well monitored and I received help very quickly. They then brought me a lotion in a bag, but not the one I ordered. I flagged them down and described what I ordered. They came back letting me know they were out and asking if I wanted the substitution. I declined but had already tipped. They then apologized that no one had updated me correctly. That ended up being a waste of about one hour with drive time and waiting time altogether. Im also still waiting for the refund and that was 5 days ago.

The worst Walmart Ive ever shopped at! Employees are rude, and they never have handicap carts.

I had purchased a tyre in Walmart.com, order # 4742191543090 in July and got it installed and purchased road hazard warranty on it. Thai tyre got bad so I order a new tyre on Walmart.com, order # 52721662219480, dated 09/13/2021.I went to get it installed and requested for credit since my old tyre was under warranty. To my surprise no one listened to me and refused to credit my warranty . I have written to Walmart.com as well trying to contact Mr. Christopher to get the issue resolved and get back my new purchase .

Extremely SLOW Waiting for Only 3 cashiers and ONLY 1 WORKING Self Checking; Houston Walmarts have become the Stinking Armpits of Super stores. NO One is trained right Much Less Completely.

Store cleaner than most Walmarts, what staff I could find was helpful. Check out was fast. Would have given it 5 stars had the parking lot trash been dealt with.

By the time I found the stuff that I was looking for which was labeled incorrectly on the app what was on G6 with label g38 does not exist. I get to the line only one in the stores open its not even 8 tonight the line is literally from the self-checkout on one extreme side of the store all the way to the middle of the store in between there are no body checking people out this store needs to be leveled and turned into an HEB I would have made a photo but I was too busy throwing down to things that I had gathered leaving them and walking out pathetic

I would really like to give no star. I went there to get the batteries in my watches replaced. When I got there I pressed the help button and waited around for about 10 minutes before this lady came to turn off the button and to tell me that the person at the jewelry is on their break. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes and still no one. Is it only one person that can help at the jewelry counter? What a waste of my time!

I only gave 3 because I love the young men who do curb side. As for going in the store I’ll pass.

I asked this employee to put her mask on and she responded Mind your own business. This is one of my favorite locations. I appreciate the prices and cleanliness of the store. Not too happy about their delivery service anymore. The last few deliveries were either not received or the delivery was someone elses order.

Take too long answering the phone and Automotive Department hung up in my face 10 times. Ive been trying for over vcd an hour trying to see about a battery and they it this so hard. Worst customer services ever from Walmart.

Whoever does the purchasing for this store is not very good at their job. Ive been a regular customer for years, and I dont think Ive ever been able to buy everything on the list, either because its sold out or they dont carry it (and Im meaning stupid things like sweet tarts and cereal, not obscure things that are already hard to find).All three stars go to the front end employees, because they have never been anything but wonderful to me, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. That being said, Im probably going to start going elsewhere, as they no longer carry one of the staple items I need to purchase.Tl/dr: great employees, terrible management.Update: still no change on this front. Once again, the selection here leaves a lot to be desired. Please get better at ordering inventory! Was 4 person in ck out line 12. Only one ck out line open. After 6 pm. Stood in line 35 min. I look at watch when got in line spoke to manger at 7.35 pm. Took 35 min. When left then 2 line was open. Some payment are not taken at self ck out. These is not way to run a store. Manger said person on line was new. Why was no one there to help her understand ck out if that was the case.

It was the cleanest I have seen it in 20 years ! Got everything I needed quickly ! Time is money.

It seemed there were very scarce employees for such a huge store. We waited for a cashier to check out for over an hour. The lines spun around outrageously long. Then the cashier was older, my husband and I tried to talk to her 3 X she had a major just huge attitude, like she wanted to chew us up and charged several items 2 X and 3X. I wont be going back.

The clerks are rude and not helpful at all. They have no cashiers ever. I hate going to Walmart. I only go there if I need something. Guess I will have to travel a little further to go to 🎯 Target.

Probably one of the worst run Wal-Marts I have ever seen. Carts have taken over the parking lot and they have the stupid fencing setup that actually forces people out of the crosswalk to get into the store. Obvious terrible leadership coming out of this store.

I went 2/20/21 & the frozen section was really empty due to the Winter Storm experienced in our area this past week. Trucks are bringing supply as fast as they can. But shoppers might need to look at going to other grocery stores until shelves are fully restocked.

It was good but whenever i go shopping over their 1 time somebody stole my Cadillac converter.

This Walmart, my favorite also. Drove to Walmart 249, and 1960/Walters Rd several times looking for a pack of 3 t-shirts. Only had 10 pack, more than l wanted. After leaving Fred Haas, decided to stop by. Looking for the t-shirts, saying to myself, they dont have any. Taking my time looking, l saw the 3 pack size medium t-shirts. I was so happy my search was done.

A billion dollar company and they will not hire enough cashiers to assist their customers to get them in and out in a timely fashion. You have 10 people in the return line and one associate to help them, that is ridiculous and the cleanliness of this store is unacceptable. This is why I try not to ever shop here. The worst retail practices ever and it is a shame.

Teresa M. is amazing! I finally talked my sister, a PTSD Vet to go shopping with me for Easter. The store went from quite to hectic in what seemed like seconds. We tired to check out the garden center, but no one was there. Teresa in cosmetics took us and cheerfully rung up over $300 of stuff. She was the perfect balance of professional and caring.

Its Wal-Mart but its hard to go in and find that one thing you need but its ADHD heaven.

#BreakingNews 😳. Found 🙌 this GV disinfectant spray can this morning 🌄, at Walmart Neighborhood Market on Aldine Westfield in Spring TX. They had a few cans on the shelves in the cleaning aisle, for $2.98 each limit 2 per customer and no hoarding allowed 😀. They also have plenty of Lysol disinfectant wipes on the shelves. Good luck 👍
